What this hotel makes so great is the staff. They are the most pleasent, polite and well behaved people! Whatever we requested, it was provided within minutes. Special kudos goes to Mr. Parth on the reception! He welcomed us and gave us an upgrade apartment with balcony and I cannot thank him enough! We used that balcony so much. Munish and his crew made the apartment spotless every day and I thank them for their service. The people in the breakfast room were so quick to clean the tables and find you place to sit and they did it with the smile. Those are so much hard working people and are not appreciated enough. All these employees in the hotel definitely deserve a raise. The hotel is located in Marina, 5 min walk from Marina Mall. There are dosens of restaurants few steps away from the hotel and several supermarkets. It is so nice to take a long walk in marina during the night when everything is hustling and bustling. Try Beirut restaurant immediately on the right from the hotel on the Marina promenade. Great food! There is also a pool in the hotel, maybe on a smaller side, but still enough to refresh. Tip for the travellers - taxi is cheaper than Uber, so opt for taxi. They always run on taximeter so there is no fear of being conned. And one more thing - the city is so safe, there is no crime, I've seen half-naked women walking around and nobody even shouted any comment or said anything unpleasant. They can teach all of us a lesson how to treat everyone.

The breakfast room is small and cannot accommodate everyone during rush time, so you need to wait for the table. The staff is doing their best to lead you to the first available cleaned table and they are actually saving the poor situation, but the owners should work on finding better solution, like expanding the area for example.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent. I am too satisfied. When I arrived I asked if they could give me a room with a view of the marina and a balcony. The front desk people are fantastic. They gave me a room that cannot be described in words. Every day they bring clean towels, clean the rooms, wash the dishes and everything else. I just have no words for this hotel. It is located in the center of Dubai Marina. Nearby you have the metro and the Dubai Mall. In dubai mall on the lower floor there is a large market that has prepared foods and they are very cheap. Many praises for all the people who work in this hotel. There is also a woman who sits in the lobby and helps you book every single attraction in Dubai. Simply the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The staff are very efficient and helpful. The building is very well Kept. Very near to the marina mall And metro Special Shoutout to Dharmendra, Umesh, Shameer and Mehindi, who took special care of our accommodation . Everything was provided and more they anticipated our needs and the cleaning was impeccable. Usman the senior receptionist checked us in and gave us a free upgrade on the apartment which we greatly appreciated . I totally recommend this apartment hotel it ha everything you need for a short or long stay and is very reasonable . They even provided us with a luggage scale !

It was a pleasure to extend my stay in this wonderful place. Largely thanks to the attentive and responsive staff. Many thanks to Afridi and Sabina for their help. The hotel can be proud that such people work in it. I have been at the hotel for a long time, so I can say that it is important that the quality of cleaning and service is always kept at a high level. Apparently this is the policy of management. Well done guys, keep it up! I already wrote that the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I would like to add that near each bedside table there is a socket for all types of plugs, as well as 2 USB sockets 5V/2000mA . If you do not have adapters for the English standard, you can charge your phone and laptop here. If you don’t have enough outlets, look below the wall cabinet under the TV, you will find 2 more there;) Finally we got to the gym. Works around the clock. A cozy room with panoramic windows and a good view. Lots of treadmills and exercise bikes. Gymnastic bench, dumbbells of various weights, power simulator. For me, the only thing missing is the horizontal bar. I want to note that the hotel has a convenient taxi entrance. Several cars are constantly on duty near the hotel. By the way, a taxi from the airport to the hotel costs 100-110AED (20AED cheaper back). If there are no cars, turn right, there are also taxis on duty near the neighboring building. As a last resort, go to the Marina Mall entrance, there are almost always a lot of taxis, but there can be a queue. Take official HALA taxis, they are cheaper. The meter should only have 5 AED. Another life hack - there is a very short way to Marina Mall After leaving the hotel, turn right, go straight to the circle, go to the underground parking.

Facility is very good and comfortable in great location. Staff was very helpful, especially I would like to emphasize Assis's great help during our check -in and the stay! We got Happy birthday balloons and nice decoration from hotel team for our daughter - this was very nice - Thank you!

1. Breakfast is bellow expectations (choice and quality) 2. We arrived very early (about 8:30 am) but got the room only at 3:30PM (no early check in was possible). 3. Construction in front of hotel (but I believe it is temporary)

Staff were excellent Blanche on reception was amazing as we're all other reception I came across. Housekeeping was definately 5 star immaculate Apartment was really comfortable and view was nice. I was in 907 A great 24 hour super market just across the road . Dubia marina mall is only a 5 min walk so location is excellent Would definately recommend.

the stay at your hotel was pleasant, the room beautiful, the breakfast stupendous and also the staff, kind and courteous, all always available, really excellent. the only thing we didn't like was the attitude of a young girl at the reception today January 24th at 12 at our check out. I asked to charge my phone while waiting for the taxi and she was annoyed by my request. this girl, even the day before, had taken on an irritating and different attitude from the others. All very kind and courteous except this girl who clearly had no desire and that we annoyed her with our presence. the rest all very good and excellent

Perfect location!!! 10 min to JBR walk, 12 min to metro station, perfect for walks through Dubai Marina, really great location. Very very nice staff! It was worth the price, beautiful view. Not beautiful, total AMAZING! Breakfast not great, but you always have to think about the price you pay, so it was completly OK. I will recommed it to everyone. Great for short dubai trip!

Studio was little older and you can see that it needs to be renovated little, but nothing horrible. It could be cleaner. But if you are not going to spend all your time in studio, you do not care so much.

The service and staff were fantastic, they exceed my expectations. I was not sure what to expect, but the room was perfect. The front desk gave me a late check out without any issues. I would stay here again.

The gym facilities need more upgrade. The gym is very tiny and did not have the appropriate equipment. The pool area does not get enough sunlight. The treadmill were not safe in the gym. The pool area is very small.
