There are so many good things I can write about my stay, but here are the things that I liked the most: - Location is perfect. Everything is accessible by feet: 2 mins to Marina promenade, 2 mins to the metro and tram stations, 5 mins to Marina Mall, 20 mins to the beach). - There's a nice street food Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel (one of the best in Dubai in my opinion) and a small Starbucks. Also, there are a couple of grocery stores around the corner. - The staff is amazing: very professional, friendly and responsive. Whatever we asked for we got immediately. The cleaning team is so good! I don't think I've ever seen the cleaning team paying so much attention to the details while doin their job. Pool team is very friendly, engaging and they definitely like children! - Pool area is very nice. It looks stylish, has a nice view. There's a children pool and children playground there. Also, a small bar and a lounge area where you can eat. - Everything is very clean and well maintained. - We got a free room upgrade and a cake because of our wedding anniversary. Lovely! - We stayed in 1-bedroom apartment, it was pretty spacious and comfortable and it looked better than on the pictures. - Our view to Marina and the sea was lovely! - There are beach towels and beach bags available on reception if you want to got to JBR beach to swim. I would definitely stay here again!

There's no perfect hotel for me, so, I'll add a couple of things here, too: - The pictures here are a bit misleading. As I've already mentioned above, the apartment looks better in real life than on the pictures - it's more stylish and it's bigger. But the balconies are smaller in the real life despite that according to the pictures the balconies seem to be pretty big. - There's a lack of information about the things available for the guest of the hotel. For example, I didn't know about beach towels/beach bags or free water/coffee near the pool before asking. So, feel free to ask the staff and I bet you'll get whatever you want.

Ideal location for us, staff very helpful and welcoming, especially Min on the front desk and the lifeguards who kept providing us with water and coffee. Although booked for breakfast I can’t comment on it as we never actually had breakfast and went out most days. The rooms have everything In that you need for your stay. Rooms are a bit tired and furniture could do either upgrading A lack of sockets in the rooms, when you located one they’re awkwardly placed, thankfully my straighteners are cordless. Some USB sockets would be good

Location at the Marina and proximity to the Marina mall, Restaurant’s and attractions. Two pools for the children to enjoy and the balcony rooms facing the Marina are a must, great view. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, no problem organizing a taxi, there is a small supermarket across the road from the Hotel. Barber at your doorstep and a pharmacy just minutes down the road.

Not much, the hotel apartments are starting to show some age and could do with refurbishing.

My Best check-in experience in a long time. I was with my family and we reached the hotel post midnight, after a long and very tiring day. And the gentleman at the check-in counter was exceptional. He was very welcoming, alert, empathetic, corteous, warm, and helpful. Basically all the qualities a hotelier should have, but are rare these days. His name is Tarandeep I think. He gave us a room that we couldn't have asked for better. Every other staff with interacted with were very warm and forthcoming. Be it the porter, Concierge, housekeeping, maintenance team, everyone was just so great and perfect. Anything that we asked to be delivered ro the room was super quick. Cleanliness was great too.

The electrical sockets are old fashioned and not too convenient. Though the hotel is maintained extremely well by the team, a complete renovation is needed.

I’ve never encountered hospitality quite like what I experienced with the Radisson Blu Residence Dubai Marina crew. My initial impression wasn’t perfect, but over time, I came to appreciate just how professional, kind, and attentive this team is toward both guests and staff. Suresh, my housekeeper in 107, is always punctual, exuding professionalism and working with remarkable efficiency. Jonah, the receptionist, has shown an incredible level of empathy and kindness that genuinely surprised me. Mahmoud, the Egyptian manager, is equally commendable. And OH, the bed! The pillows! The high-pressure shower! Belissimo! The rooms are well-maintained for the budget, and although the decor may feel a bit dated, the cleanliness is exceptional. Honestly, I really like this place, and I truly love the people here—every single one of them.

The hotel rooms are like mini apartments. Very spacious. Every day was cleaning and garbage was taken away. The staff is friendly and helpful. At first we were given a room with a shower, but when we asked, they changed it to a room with a bath and a good view of part of the marina. There are road strips nearby, so there is a little noise from cars. The balcony doors hid the noise, but not completely. There was a stove and pots, plates, cups, cutlery, but no frying pan. А kettle was covered in limescale. The microwave is a little old, but clean. A washing machine worked well. In the bathroom was a bit of mold in the corners. TV is not smart, but big and you can connect your phone to it to watch YouTube. Very great location. A 24/7 store across the road and a mini Carrefour nearby. Metro is about 15 min walk. The beautiful Marina embankment is 5 min away. JBR Beach is a 10-17 min taxi ride away. 5 min walk to Marina Mall, where there is a food court, shops, and even a zipp line. We were given a bed for child, but it was not wooden, it was iron and very short. My 2,5 year old son did not fit in it, so he slept with me on the bed. It was necessary to pay extra money for an additional bed. In general living in this hotel was comfortable.

Aala at the front desk took care that we have a good experience during our stay; she promptly resolved our queries to our satisfaction. Concierge was knowledgeable and provided genuine advice. The location is suitable for anyone who wants to enjoy Dubai Marina and nearby attractions. Grocery store across the road to get your supplies. Rent a cycle from just outside the hotel to ride along the Marina.

There is no in-house kitchen, so no room service. Breakfast is at the restaurant within the premises, but they offer only Lebanese cuisine, and have limited options. It is a wonderful restaurant with friendly staff - we had a sumptuous lunch there. However, if you are staying here for several days, it will get monotonous.

Everything! Our room upgrade was amazing thanks to the best front desk member of the team Taranpreet. Hee was just amazing throughout the whole trip. Fully supported us. The pool was great too. Open from 0700-2200 and the lifeguard Naeem was also the best. Water supply, fresh towels and we didn’t even have to ask. Amazing team and comfortable room

The only thing was the sun goes from the pool at 1400 daily although the pool is heated it gets cooler with no sun and the breakfast facility is an adjacent local cafe which has a very limited menu.

I stayed in room 0119, and the check-in process was smooth and the service provided was quite exceptional, I had an accident one night while walking the marina strip and was injured with some bleeding. When the check-in desk people saw the injury they helped me patch it up using the first aid kit. The room I was in faced the main road, yet I did not face any traffic noises during the night time.

I would recommend adding a small rug in the rooms so that if needed a person can sit on the ground comfortably instead of sitting on the cold floor.
