Breakfast was great, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and did everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were a perfect size for a family and it felt like a home from home.

Due to construction in the area, there was some noise from the building opposite, however staff ensured we were moved to a quieter room. The hotel can seem like a bit of a maze to get to (also due to construction in the area.

I liked everything about this hotel. Zahra and all the reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and met all of our needs. Shafeeq at concierge was very helpful with anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were very big and we were given a free upgrade with palm Jumeira and sea view. Staff also gave us a very late check out as our flight was late at night. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The best swimming pool we have seen in Dubai and the only one which stays open till 10pm. Very friendly staff, always wanting to help you with a smile. Will come back to this hotel anytime.

I booked this hotel as it was very very well priced for May in the heart of Dubai! I stayed in this hotel with my sister for 1 week in May and I have to say from the very first moment I turned up, I got my door opened for me from the Uber. I then had every single door opened for me throughout my stay. They have complimentary luggage service taken straight to your room, the reception staff are so so lovely they can’t do enough for you! They call to make sure you are enjoying your stay and if they can help you! Every staff member you see are always so polite and smiling! The breakfast is unreal! Sweet treats, cereal, fresh yoghurts, smoothies, fruit and full hot breakfasts are just some of these options! The hotel is so friendly, air conditioned everywhere, they play live sports, has two infinity pools with views of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa! The hotel smells amazing it’s a mixture of essential oils and truly makes you feel at home! They clean your room every single day and fill up waters in your fridge and help you with any issues you have (although I didn’t have any problems here) you are a 10 minute drive to the Palm and around 25 mins from downtown Dubai. Taxi and Uber here are so easy and you can get these from outside the hotel and the staff at the hotel ensure you get in a safe taxi and know where they are taking you! You have balcony views of the city and the hotel is very very clean. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Myself and my sister travel the world and this is by far the best I’ve ever seen! Oh and make sure you get the monorail from the Palm Gateway station which is 5 mins walk from the hotel… you can go all the way to Atlantis and get scenic views all across the palm. I believe it was 60 AED for two people return. IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN DUBAI…PLEASE LET THIS BE IT!

Great staff, amazing breakfast buffet, centrally located to do everything needed in Dubai, amazing gym, nice room, would recommend and would stay again! Concierge set up amazing safari tour and tour of Burj Al Arab hotel.

Nothing much to complain about besides confusing AC control and TV remote dead in living room

the hotel was clean and stocked up with kitchen and bathroom utilities at all times. The staff are really professional and always happy to assist. Our housekeeping duos Shakti and Sita were so nice. They always kept out rooms neat and tidy. Although I would sometimes tell them not to worry about making the bed, we would still come to a nicely made bed. They were very thorough with cleaning every room and bathroom/toilets. The breakfast was amazing.. There were lots of food and different choices everyday. The juice bar, the coffee station, the salad bar, the sweet corner, and lots more. I loved my vegetarian dishes. The pool was amazing. The waiters will take no time in bringing in your order with their smiley faces. Everyone in the reception area was very helpful too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone as it u it s is close to public transport, grocery store and most importantly it is close to the famous Palm.

I loved the very polite and accomodating staff. Response time was immediate and they attended to every request. My kids loved their stay. I'm definitely doing this again. The location was also very good and central.

Absolutely nothing. I think they need a Spa or Massage place too. That would round it up for me.

from the moment I check in until i checked out, avani exceeded my expectation. i would really recommend this to everyone and special thanks to zahra and carl for attending to my family’s need. i most also mention the attention to house keeping when cleaning my apartment. honestly the Best part of my stay.

Amazing location, it is close to the metro/tram stations as well as the Palm monorail, the tram station is just couple of minutes walking, which made it extremely easy for those who opt not to rent a car. Also it was very close to the JBR beach, Marina walk which made the planning for the night with the family much easier. The staff were amazing, they upgraded our room as we preferred the sea view apartment ( which was worth it, despite our request to pay the difference, but the hotel ended up adding no extra charge). The rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly, smiley and very professional. The breakfast was nice and diverse. All in all, this is an amazing place and worth every penny. Special thanks to the management and the wonderful staff( Dahood, Rose , Zahra for such an excellent hospitality)

This hotel was very clean and modern. We had a upper level room with beautiful high ceilings, exactly as pictured or bigger! Staff were extremely friendly, especially our friends in valet - they were absolutely lovely and fast at their job. The pool was really nice and warm, gym was clean and modern. Air-conditioning worked perfectly. Bed was incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. We had a blockage issue in the shower but the housekeeping staff got an engineer to fix it right away. Very pleased with our stay.

I was not aware that there was significant construction nearby. This was not a big issue because they were not loud or anything but it was a bit unpleasant as the infinity pool had to overlook a big area of construction work and if you are driving, the GPS will not take you to the hotel entry and you have to do some laps to find it. I think the value for money takes this into consideration as I imagine it would be a much higher priced stay when the construction is finished :)
