New hotel, well decorated both the hotel and the room. Everything is new, clean, fresh, excellent cleaning. There is a coffee machine and plenty of water in the room. Lovely spa, great massage, I want to go there again

The hotel is located in the middle of noway. The metro is very far away. The pool is located in such a way that you go to it through the restaurant where people have breakfast. It's very uncomfortable Small gym and few exercise equipment. The staff all need a break

I had a wonderful experience at the (Grand Plaza). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Will recommend to any one! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. The first hotel I been to with a 24 hr gym😍

I booked for breakfast for six days but they don't change food so i got bored with the same food every day

I was given an upgraded room with a nice view of the Palm and the sea. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. Special thanks to Mr. Kamal from Housekeeping who took care of my room. The room was always exceptionally clean and well organized thanks to him.

Hotel is far from way from business focused locations such as World Trade Center. Therefore, taxi or Uber costs quite high from the hotel to reach to these places. Downtown is also far.

Rooms could be cleaned a bit better, the carpet was quite dusty, especially in the corners, there was a beer bottle top under the bed when I checked in. The hotel is located quite far from the metro station.

Friendly Customer service with genuine smiles. Simple check-in and late check-out provided due to our late arrival. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Team Movenpick! Lobby and lounge area is beautiful, stunning high ceiling. Would definitely stay again when visiting this area for sure.

Small thing - the multi digital button light system in the room was a hassle, confusing for a new guest. Buttons slow to respond, wrong lights going off. Got frustrating. No guide for AC in the room. Kept lowering it to 21c but few hrs later it always returned to 24c.

The room was very Modern and clean every day location great near all hi-tech companies and close to the metro station The pool area is surprisingly relaxing The gym with spa was excellent breakfast was Delicious, Chef Yasser and the restaurant staff there were great specially Niama The Manager Kareem monitors every section by himself

The coffee machine was out of order in the room for three days, they never replaced it

The staff treated us very well! Hanna in the reception did our stay really memorble! Room was amaying: big size with seaview and the bed was very comfortble. The bathroom was beatiful with bathtub and a really nice shower. The breakfast buffet had everything: fresh omelette, warm dishes, hummus, pancakes, waffles, bread, healthy corner including yoghurt and nuts. Selection of juices. Also very good service of the staff here! The pool was lovely with nice relaxing sun beds. The gym had everything nessacary for a workout.

The location is a bit off. It taked about 15 minutes to walk to the metro and no restaurants close by.

breakfasts, the executive lounge, the mattress was soft but it was fine by me. extremely polite staff. lovely sea view from the higher floor. very short taxi to Dubai marina, Jumeirah Zabeel House hotel opposite for all sorts of dining

didn’t bother me but if you’re bringing kids you’d want a much bigger pool. maybe needed 1 more elevator

This is a very nice family or business hotel in Dubai Media city. We booked it the same evening that we were about to check in and it was a smooth process. The bed was soft so we asked for a harder mattress and it was changed in less than 30 mins. This hotel exceeded our expectations compared to the other hotels we have stayed in Dubai. We will definitely stay here again.

The pool is too small and shallow. Other than that this is a lovely hotel
