Really nice hotel.. great and quick check in.. i had room with balcony and was great experience i enjoyed it really nice hotel 👍🏻 clean , comfortable rooms with quiet rooms and good entertainment there.

During the check out.. they were noisy. I know it’s their right. But they start calling very early from 10:30am to confirm that you’re going to check out or not, and after that the door knocks at 11:00 🕚 to check the mini bar and then another call at 11:15 am asking if you need door man to help you with luggage. Another visit and the knocking at 11:30 🕦 am to check if you will check out or not! Was very bad and noisy way!

The rooms were nice and spacious as well as the gym

I wasn’t aware that in order to use certain equipment in the gym I had to pay extra money. I was told I can’t use certain weighted plates because they are for PT customers. Considering that I’m staying at the hotel I should have had access to all facilities in the gym without paying extra money.

Great hotel! The food is amazing, both breakfast and both dinner. We had half board, and it totally worth it! At the dinner you get to choose between the 3 of the hotel's restaurant. The goose and the Italian are amazing and you get 160 AED for each dinner you can choose from (the hotel also alow you ti use it for lunch,.what can gives some flexibility) The facilities are great, the reception is very helpful. The room was great and they even gave us a free upgrade. Everything feels professional.

I loved my stay at the Five Jumeirah Vilage! Such a nice hotel with an amazing vibe, pool and several restaurants / bars. I hope to return soon!

Very kind, friendly and helpful staff and in all various categories (welcome outside, breakfast, room, etc.). Clean room. Good qualitative breakfast.

Got too many repetitive mails and text messages on a daily basis (also via Booking) igniting costly daily roaming packages (this stopped after complaining at check-in desk). Messages saying every day: you still need to pay and then: sorry, we made a mistake you paid already, so clearly bad communication between Booking.com and hotel.

Overall OK stay. Good room, the view, coffee machine.

Some construction works started at 7:00 am, not an issue if the window is closed. The service at the reception was very slow. I was rushing to catch a taxi to the airport and asked to check out. The person at the reception first tried to get me to complete a survey, which was not appropriate considering I mentioned I was in a rush to the airport. Then, it took about 5 minutes to print the receipt. The Italian restaurant made a mistake with the cocktail. They offered a substitute and an apology, though that also took about 10 minutes.

The service is always professional and efficient. Valet parking makes a huge difference to the hotel experience, arriving to the room to find your luggage already there hassle free, priceless. Comfortable beds and selection of pillows. Great view of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa, even better at night from the balcony. Bathroom awesome, free standing bath with floor to ceiling windows and ample space for toiletries.

There are no power sockets close to a mirror, only a shaving socket in the bathroom. I used the plug socket for the coffee machine and stood in the bedroom with the bathroom door open to use the bathroom mirror.

The room that I stayed in had Jacuzzi which I was really looking forward to jump in and relax. The breakfast was awesome and the staff attending me was friendly. Went for a spa session to get my body scrubbed and massage. The 75 mins was well spent.

Privacy for jacuzzi was not on point so I only went in once and that was during day time. Had to take bath gel from bathroom to get some bubbles in the jacuzzi. I was not properly guided to all the facilities and whats happening in the hotel, the staff could have been more welcoming upon guest arrival.

everything was great the room facilities , location , the hot tub perfect but there was noise outside the balcony because of the other guest so I hope the property focus on it next time and make sure that the place where the rooms are quiet because people come to the hotel to relax not to hear other people scream and noise , thank you
