The staff was always helpful and kind. Bikram was attentive and resourceful to help with your needs. Maintenance people were answering quickly. The rooms are very comfortable, is not just a hotel room, it is an apartment. It is located in Sports City and close to Carrefour market, like a 3-minute drive to a Grandiose and 5-minute drive to Motor City.

At this location you need a car or a taxi to move from there. The metro is like a 15 or 20-minute drive. The kitchen is handy but very small, the oven doesn't heat at all, a fried egg takes a long time. It is not bad, but you struggle to cook. Again, it is not a bad option, but it can be a little bit better.

Very friendly staff. Even housekeeping supervisor Joyce came personal to ask if everything was perfect. Very comfortable room. With even a washing machine. Swimming pool with nice warm water. Restaurant had delicious food. Breakfast was very complete.

For maybe some people the hotel is too far from the center of Dubai. The smell of the restaurant kitchen is noticeable outside the kitchen. Maybe use carbon filters to prevent this.

Great overall experience, professional staff. I entered my room as it was being cleaned. Raj was very kind and professional. He finished his duties as I enjoyed my coffee from the balcony.

Hello, first I book for a week and finally decided to saty for a month because this was just perfect! The room is big with everything you need, microwave, dishwasher ....then the staff is perfect ! Bikram did an amasing job with my room and service! Then, the pull is big on the roof, nice view. Downstair you can work outside near trees, the wifi is perfect and the weather also, you are like in a corridor, with fresh air! And then the restaurant that adpat really easily to my vegan diet ! Well done! and for sure I will come back in September!

The apartment room was big and spacious, clean and well laid out. The bathroom was clean and functional, the door didn't lock properly but not an issue. Housekeeping was also fantastic every day they did a decent sweep of the room and bathroom, provided clean towels and tidied the bed. The swimming pool was great, we went in the mornings when it was relatively quiet the gym was ok not a lot of equipment but enough to get a workout in. The breakfast buffet was good, especially the coffee and the food from the restaurant on the occasions that we got it was also very good and decently priced. Would definitely recommend this place, and may even visit again in the near future.

The apartment was cozy, most of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The view we got overlooking the Hessa was beautiful. Location was so perfect to get out to the 311 highway. Food from room service was great.

he housekeeping can do a better job at cleaning the tables/desks as it was dusty. The kitchen in my apartment wasn't convenient. The sink area was very cramped between counter and fridge. I extended the stay by one night and one man from the reception kept on calling me to pay even though the payment for the rest 8 nights previously was paid upfront. Wasnt a great feeling to be disturbed when sleeping.

The fantastic personalized service provided by the front desk manager, who graciously extended complimentary breakfast for two nights when we decided to prolong our stay, greatly contributed to the overall experience! Throughout our time at Treppan, the quality of service remained consistent. The food on sight is varied enough for all people to find something they like, and was delicious. The atmosphere provided a much-needed break to relax from our own roles in the hospitality industry. It was refreshing to witness the high level of professionalism and warmth exhibited by the Treppan team. Coming from positions at Atlantis Royal in Dubai and Four Seasons DIFC, we were happy to stay with a great group, Treppan Hotel and Suites not only met but exceeded our expectations, demonstrating commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s highly central with lovely canal views, there’s something for everyone to do here! I will definitely recommend Treppan Hotel and Suites, we will definitely be staying here again!

The room was quite spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the big balcony was a highlight, offering a wonderful space to enjoy the surrounding views and unwind after a long day. It was a great addition to the room and added an extra touch of luxury

The soundproofing was inadequate, and as a result, I found myself being disturbed by noises from neighboring rooms or the hallway. This lack of sound isolation can be quite frustrating, especially when you're looking for a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. Additionally, I was disappointed with the small size of the bathtub in the room. As a person who is 5 feet 10 inches tall, I found it difficult to comfortably fit into the tub. It would have been more accommodating if the bathtub were larger or if there were alternative options available for taller guests.

We had a large two bedroom suite, that was comfortable for my familiy as the children had seperate room to sleep. Kitchen with washing machine was available, especially useful to have everyday clean towels going to the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and 4 bottle of waters were given. The restaurant has good food for reasonable prices. The beds were comfortable. Sports city is easy accessible by car and close to main spots (15-20 min. driving).

The swimmingpool at the top was small and maybe need some renovation/decoration. The turkish steambad was not working.

Good value for money . Little far from downtown, but the price was a good hotel apart . It's really, really nice ... buy not enough of a wow! From anything to rate a 9 or 10 .I would definitely return.staff were super friendly

Everything was done well very good in fact, but they never really tried to go beyond very well. Perhaps I'm just being over critical, but with a little more effort, this could have been a 9 or 10 . No serious complaints at all.
