Hotel is good located close to La mer north - 20 minutes to downtown Rooms are nice and big, breakfast was very good and helpful friendly staff. close to la mer beach, but at la mer beach all facilities are closed about refreshment

pool was nearly all day in shadow because it is on east side. beach club is locaded in partner hotel 5 minutes walk but the atmosphere in the beach club was middle. all a bit old. the hotel is very nice and new but the beach club of the partner hotel need a refresh

Excellent hotel on great location, beautiful design, nice and very clean room, delicious breakfast and great staff. Lovely beach for hotel guests is just across the road. Hotel location is very close to many bars and restaurants in La Mer area and just a short taxi drive from Burj Khalifa.

No WiFi on the hotel beach. In this time of the year the pool is in the shade most of the day.

Very clean, new hotel. Great restaurant with nice staff. good location, across the street from the La Mer beach with restaurants, playground for kids and other entertainment. Restaurant OSH is particularly good. Argentinian steakhouse next to it is great too.

We did not like bathrooms without a main door and glass doors to the shower and toilet area. For families with kids it is particularly inconvenient. there is no pedestrian crossing ti the beach right in front of the hotel, but a short walk away. When ordering wine, while sitting outside, several times the wine in the glass was either stale (from a bottle opened days ago) or even of a different variety. So ask to see the bottle before it is poured into your glass.

Beautiful building, rooms, clean, great staff, space on beautiful La Mer beach, great location by the beach but also not far from the city- easily accessible. Amazing gym and facilities! Beautiful pool- although I didn’t use it because I preferred the beach.

The only thing I can think of- and this is picky- is that the swimming pool doesn’t get a lot of sun. But it doesn’t matter when the hotel has space for you on the beach that is not even a 5 min walk away! Everything was so great!

Location is new and you can tell, however there are some aspects to it that are just outstanding. After years of continuous trips to Dubai, I have to say that this is the hotel that served me the best breakfast. The way they serve you breakfast not only is much more sustainable than buffet breakfast, but the quality was absolutely stunning. I think there was an Italian cook to direct the kitchen and everyone else from the bartenders to the waiters where absolutely great: I was literally waking up with the purpose of tasting the incredible quality food options served at breakfast. A special thanks note goes to Elisa, which I think is the manager, and her team: they helped me sorting out a big issue I had with renting a car in Dubai, which is always headache inducing, and she supported me greatly. This was my first time in La mer, although I normally sleep either in downtown or Jumeirah, so I knew the area before and I have to say that it's strategically a good option when you are combining business and leisure.

The room sadly doesn't have bidet, which is something you normally expect in Middle eastern countries, and being Swiss Italians I was disappointed on not seeing it. Also, the toiletries looked a bit like and afterthought, but indeed toiletries were never Hyatt chain forte.

The view of the room is very good. Hotel parking is also very good but need to be shaded. Location is very perfect if you're beach lover.Hotel have so many fancy restaurants nearby.

Ac systems needs to be improved we can't lower the temperature we call the engineer to check it twice after that the problem was solved. Room service is bit slow. The breakfast should be an buffet in the hotel. The restaurant service is very very slow even the restaurant is not that crowded. We had breakfast on our table we have to ask many times the waiters to get the things on the table.

Nice location, room is spacial with a very nice balcony with a nice view. Huge comfy bed and enough mirrors (for me and my friends to do make-ups at the same time :p), quite ok value for money, there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby - Perfect for 2 girls' trip :)

To be honest, some staff doesn't really understand what you need, and maybe due to shifts, they forget your requests sometimes... It was a very LONG check-out process, I waited at least 10 mins for the staff to figure out how my deposit was held and they somehow held my deposit for more than a month even though they mentioned it was clear during check-out (apparently they forgot to defrost it...) I had to write mutilple emails after I return to NL...

Unable to connect with wifi. The worst wifi experience I had in years. The quality of the mattress it was poor as per my liking- mattess was too soft and I prefer hard matress Entrance/Reception is always packed. Too many employees in front of the entrance/reception At the restaurant i was waiting 10 minutes at the table to give my order. There were more than 10 employees nobody cared. After I made a complain they bothered to serve ( this is called bad managament)

Location at the La Mer beach is perfect. A lot of restaurants, beach and fun to do is very near the hotel itself. Food in Hotel in the restaurant and room service was top. Nice bar outside with very friendly bartender Ali. All the staff was super supportive, nice and professional.

In the time of my visit SPA was still not working since hotel was in trial mode, everything else was super.

We had a really nice stay. Hotel is brand new, located in pleasant La Mer area with lots of restaurants and nearby beach. Pleasant staff, clean, good value for money (as we had Genius offer), below 30 dirhams taxi to Dubai Mall.

External area still under constructions so we were woken up by machinery.
