Really friendly workers, receptionists and security. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you need. The room is neatly arranged, a huge bed on which three people can comfortably sleep.

Breakfast is similar to Bangladeshi Pakistani and Indian cuisine, a little more specialties from European cuisine should be included. But that's understandable because most of the guests come from that part of the world.

It's an Indian hotel with a really nice staff. We even got our boarding passes printed at the reception. I really enjoyed the variety of Indian breakfast and the kitchen manager even offered us a fried bacon that was not a part of the breakfast. The room was very spacious, clean and the wifi was working. The hotel was about 10 minutes walking distance from the central bus station.

The pool on the top of the roof is small and there were only 2 sun chairs. The hotel is located around 20 minutes walking from the metro station. Lastly, it's right next to the mosque so the early morning calling for prayer can wake you up.

The hotel is modern, clean spacious rooms, big comfortable bed & bathtub. There is a smart tv, good wifi & all amenities. There is an Indian restaurant, I was served breakfast. The staff were nice & helpful. The spa was rejuvenating. Opposite a big supermarket that opens 24hrs you'll get all you need there. Food outlets & restaurants surrounding the hotel. Value for money.

They messed up our food order for room service a few times. We ordered what was on the menu and received complete different dishes.

The property is in prime location. Staff Ranjeeth at the reception was attentive, friendly and upgraded our room , extended for 1hr as well. Overall latest modern interior and clean rooms. The house keeping staff also are sweet. They had smart Tv. Overall i would come again for a stay

There was another man on the reception counter who was not so helpful when I asked for a bottle of water , i didnt have coin so wanted to swipe with card. But they said not possible he said you have to order from the room service and pay more. Made no sense.

Hotel was nice and clean. Room was spacious. Location was ok.

The bath room was very nice, spacious and tiled, but very dangerous as the chances of slipping and falling are very high. Shower area is neither enclosed nor has floor barriers so the entire floor becomes wet and very slippery. Towel rack was too far from the shower area, causing greater risk of slipping and falling.

Location - Supermarket + restaurants around - Ashitha @reception proactive in explaining the facilities- Cleanliness in the Room , bathroom Lobby , Restaurant - Toileteries & coffee desk , high speed internet - Asian Bristo in 1st floor had a live streaming of the football matches - Happy hour - Manager @ the restaurant visited each table to enquire about the guest..well above expectations for a first time stay

Air freshener in the room was too strong - Bathroom was small without proper cover for the shower area , after a shower the whole bathroom was wet.

The hotel location is great. Very close to shopping area and restaurants.Cosy and clean room .Hassle free parking at the basement. Will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Really fair-price, nice hotel in the heart of Al Raffa area. A lot of supermarkets (and street food) are on the corner, the hotel itself is 10mins walk from the Sharaf DG metro station and 15mins walk from bus station/old markets, absolutely great location for tourists. Our room was huge, we loved it. Breakfast is Indian style, whoever you can always pick something or order a delicious omlette. WiFi was quite good which was essential during nights to plan.

The bathroom had some rust at a few places, this should be cleaned. Water is not too hot and the room was a bit cold for us, even with AC turned off.

We stayed just for one night and could not explore the whole advantages on this place. Our room was rather big and well designed. The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants.

The water in the shower was lukewarm. We also couldn't figure out how the air conditioner worked, so it was also cool at night. The rooftop pool was not heated, so swimming was not possible at the beginning of March.
