It was an amazing experiance. The location of the hotel is on the main road itself. Near by metro station is just 7-8 mins walk away. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. We booked the 2 Bed Seuite as we were 2 couple and it turned out to be a better option. Staff was welcoming and very sweet. There are few clubs in the hotel which are much visit. We booked our rooms with breakfast and it was delicious. Over all a wonderfull place to stay and explore the Bur Dubai Area.

We booked the 2 bed room suiet and the rooms were smelling a little as may be they looked like they were not occupied by anyone since long. Rest everything was amazing.

Hello. My wife and I arrived at the hotel on February 4, 2024. I presented myself to hotel information. I told him that I had booked a super deluxe room. The information officer told me that we did not have a room. They sent us to a second hotel, about 2 km away from them, in the hotel car, and we were tired. The second day, i.e., day 5/ 2/2024 at 11 am, a car arrived and took us to the Royal Hotel. We took a room and settled down, and on the fourth day while we were in the room, the curtains in the room were unusual and wanted to fall. I told the information services and a person came from the hotel and said I will treat it tomorrow. Secondly, he waited until 10 am and he did not come. I told the services and they did not do anything, and then the curtains with the wooden frame fell to the ground. If we had Sitting on chairs, we would have been among the dead or wounded. The hotel manager came and apologized and provided justifications. My wife and I left the hotel to go shopping, and after that we returned and they fixed the curtains.... The manager said, “We will change the room for you.” They brought a plate of fruits and wanted to please us... As for the morning breakfast, it was as if those staying at the hotel in one of the cities of India had never seen the morning breakfast in my life, nor did I break my fast with it.... Loud music sounds at night until 3 am. This is not right... I wanted to respond to your consideration, and this is considered a complaint from me, and I am someone who always books through your site. Thank you...

It's a up market hotel with a budget friendly price tag for Dubai standards. Polite and friendly staff. Nice pool on the rooftop. Lobby and room is very elegant and matches the photos. Breakfast is amazing with plenty to choose from. The Location is in the Indian district of Dubai so plenty of delicious restaurants and great prices to eat out at. Safe and family friendly. I would stay here again 100%.

My only issue was that you could hear the nightclub from our room (room 153). So some rooms on the first floor you may hear the nightclub music. Therefore if you're a light sleeper you may want to request for a room on a higher floor. But it didn't bother me a great deal.

The breakfast spread was really nice with good number of vegetarian options. The menu was different everyday. The service provided by the staff was very prompt. The staff members are kind. Good location with access to metro, supermarkets and restaurants.

The water in the bath shower could have been warmer. Also, the check in time is only 2pm, which i feel is quite late. We arrived in Dubai at 10 am, and had to wait until 12 noon to get our room.

Reception staff well mannered and courteous. Mr. Sahil on Ftont desk is a very mature and well experienced staff who knows how to take care of guests.

Valet Parking is very very bad and staff totally ill mannered who refuse to take cars from client by not even looking at guests honking to them. When I confronted them in the basement parking lot they simply said we are waiting to take client to airport and hence cannot accept cars at Valet counter.

I recently stayed at Royal Ascot Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished and offered a great view of the bustling roads outside.Staffs were very helpful and a special mention to Ms. Sunanda who checked in with us daily to ensure we were comfortable.

One downside, however, was the marble design in the bathroom, which gave the impression of being dirty, even though it was clean. Aside from that, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

All staff at the Royal Ascot were really friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious and was at a good location, just 10 mins walk to either the metro station or to the meena bazaar.

I Stayed for one week ,and for sure i will choose it again next time i am in Dubai .The hotel is clean and tidy , the staff is so friendly and try to make your stay comfortable . Very nice friendly staff , Peter , Remant ,Faizal ,Afreen ,suerizel and Sindhiya in the reception all are so helpful , all are doing their jobs Perfectly, they made me feel that I am VIP House keeping also was perfect thanks to Poshtraj. Although the hotel in a good location and the room was spacious but what I loved the most in the hotel was the friendly polit professional staff. Thank you all.

Nothing the hotel is worth the money

all staff were very helpful to me especially a lady by the name of SUNANDA. She was so good at her job that every day she rang us and asked if we need anything, whatever we needed she arranged with a smile. i cannot praise that lady any higher. also mr sangam working in the gym was also very good and helpful.

only thing needed in that hotel in my opinion is a good t.v. channels like more sports and news channels.
