Location is Great centre location very easy access to metro Deira city centre and any places you wish to access. Room is very spacious big massive front lounge kitchen and dining area Bed room is also very spacious you got an extra toilet on top of your en suite master bed room Rajesh is an asset to Marriott as his help was extremely commendable as he was some one if i been asked to mentioned any staff name in that hotel as he was with every guest in that hotel if any one need any help

I was not happy with swimming pool as i went to swim they told me the heaters in the pool is not working and the guy in charge said it is still not fixed ,so bit disappointed with pool facility as i cannot swim as water in the pool was freezing.

From the moment I arrived until my departure, my stay at the Marriott Executive Apartment was nothing short of exceptional. Every aspect of my experience here deserves a solid 10 out of 10! Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connectivity was outstanding, offering seamless and fast internet access. Whether for work or leisure, I was able to stay connected effortlessly, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. Breakfast: Each morning was a delight thanks to the exquisite breakfast spread. The variety and quality of food were superb, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. It was a perfect start to my day! Cleaning: The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining a pristine and inviting environment, which made my stay comfortable and stress-free. Hospitality: What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, making me feel valued and well-cared for. In conclusion, the Marriott Executive Apartment exceeded all my expectations. We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom apartments for about one week, and it was a fantastic time. The apartment was lovely and spacious equipped with everything we needed. Very comfy beds and pillows as well as lovely bathrooms - bath in the master and shower in the 2nd room. The hotel is just about 15 mins walk from the metro and is located in the older section of Dubai - so closer to the souqs and more historical areas. I'd say it's location by the Creek is the best of 'both' worlds. The staff was also super duper helpful. Special thanks to Bishwajit, Abhishek and Rajiv who managed the daily housekeeping. The complex is made of 2 towers that have a connecting bridge and we got to watch the New Year's Day fireworks across the city from the bridge which was fun. The gym was great and the breakfast was very nice (it seems there was a special offer at the time). I'd definitely recommend this as a great option in the Deira/Bur Dubai area.

Our one complaint is the temperature. The apartment A/C had 2 options - cooling or off - no warm setting. And throughout our stay, the temp ranged form 19-21.5 degress celsius indoors. It turns out we were in Dubai during a few days of rare rain and it was a bit too chilly for our family indoors. We would have appreciated the opportunity to warm up the rooms slightly and had to ask for extra blankets to use in the living room. The TVs in the rooms could also do with a bit of an upgrade.

We made a reservation for 3 bedrooms apartment. It was on 15th floor and did meet our expectations as a family. Very spacious and will equipped. The living room furniture could be better, but overall good. Room service was good and was daily done. The location is excellent if you like to stay in the downtown and have access to everything that you may need at anytime. However, if you do not care about this then you will not be happy as it is busy area 24/7

Parking garage is tight for large cars, like SUV or minivan. There is no card reader at the garage entrance and you will need to wait few second for the staff to come and check your information before they allow you in.

The stay at Marriott Executive Apartments was outstanding. From the front desk to security, bellman, housekeeping, the whole dining staff, and anyone I have forgotten. I was treated like family. Everyone was so nice, polite, and respectful. Our needs were met beyond our expectations. I also enjoyed the views from our room but even more so the views from both sides of the bridge connecting the 2 buildings. One side being the Deira and the other side being the Jumeirah with the Burj Khalifa as the highlight of the whole skyline. I would like to thank specifically the housekeeping supervisor Joey and his staff. The front desk, Hritik, Shilpa, the restaurant manager Walter, and the whole staff of waiters and cooks. They were all so accommodating and attentive to me and my family. I am so thankful and grateful to all of them. I love the Marriott for this.

Perfect location, friendly staff, immediate service on demand, cleanliness all over, strong and fast wifi, shady pool on the 18th floor, full breakfast buffet incl. hot drinks and freshly made eggs, for guests only for 30 AED, huge apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and guest toilet, two metro stations in walking distance (Al Riqqa and Deira City Center)

Apartment needs definitely refurbishment. According to reception will come in the next few years (because of Covid will take a little bit longer).

All the staff are friendly, is always a smile in their face. For house keeping, they clean our room very good, Denisesh is very accommodating, he make sure we are happy for his cleaning our room. Even the supervisor name Joey, he doorbell and gave us Quran book. And asked how's the cleaning of our room. Even in our breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. All the staff their are very accommodating the All the guests. specially Mary Jean she visit in our table asking what else we need, she offers hot drinks. All I can say, good job for all the staff for Marriott Executive Apartments Deira Creek.

The staff is very friendly, willing to help all the time, provide what is required instantly. The apartment spaces is very convenient with three bathrooms, enough closets, separation between the sleeping rooms and living rooms. Very nice open kitchen with all the necessary equipment, more than enough supplies of tea, coffee, water, sugar, kitchen tools. The view is great to the Dubai Creek. The breakfast is very nice and delicious. The security also is professional, they do their job efficiently, without bothering guests

Carpets are removed due to Corona epidemic precautions.

We stayed for 6 nights. I have 3 kids, and they all loved the room (2 bedroom apartment). It was super clean, and daily serviced. The view from the room was really nice too. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, and all of these were super clean, and serviced daily. Rooms are really comfortable, big size rooms, and comfortable beds and bedding. Both rooms have their own TVs and 3rd TV in living room too; with lots of channels to choose from; specially multiple options for Kids channels. Kitchen had all the required utensils, washing machine (with washing powder :) ), Dish washer etc. Location was quite handy for anything you need. Breakfast was awesome, hats-off to the chefs who were so accommodating with the things kids were asking them to cook. Restaurant staff was superb and really helpful Hotel staff including the people at reception, security guard and other staff in hotel; everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. 1 good experience I would like to share; one night we returned back to apartment around 11pm, with 2 kids sleeping so we were carrying them. After reaching into the room, and putting kids to bed I realised that I left my phone in taxi. I came down to reception, told it to security guy and found that they note all the taxi rego numbers which stops in front of hotel. So, we were able to find the taxi's rego and were able to contact the taxi driver, who was a honest guy so came back to return the phone. Super happy.

I think we liked everything about the apartment, so really honestly nothing to complaint about.
