it was clean and very good place and it was a nice choice fpr relaxing

the staff in reception were too slow and they don't care about customer they let me check in in 5 pm so i lost the best two hours to swimming pool and it makes me so mad and they keep not having solution they only say my colleague will call you wait a minute they are too slow ..

First of all would like to give the highest rating to all the hotel stuff! Excellent people, excellent service! Second of all property: Very cousy place, rather small hotel with a huge territory where You can have a walk, play tennis and basketball, You may visit here absolutely marvelous horse stables. Would like to say peronal THANK YOU to MELIA crew: MERON - absolutely unique, kind person, HARSHAD, TIJO, BINDIYA, SHAM, SAIKIRAN all from “EPICURE” team! Very quiet, so a peaceful place to relax Great facilities including the pool, the gym and all the restaurants and bars Fantastic attention to detail and service with extremely helpful, friendly staff

breakfast was wonderful room was very spacious and the sun shining in it was a bonus point furniture is very clean and the curtains controlled by a remote are definitely amazing bathroom is the best thing about the room! temperature was very good room service is very fast and convenient a very very very very quiet place if you're looking for a relaxation stay

unfortunately the soundproofing system seemed to be bad. once I entered the room with my event planners to decorate for my anniversary, the security came to tell us to speak quietly because the neighbours were annoyed by us.. we were only talking! forward to 15 minutes later I could hear my neighbour screaming and shouting for some reason and I literally heard the whole conversation.... there was no hair comb in the bathrooms. it isn't such a bad thing, but i expected it to be there.

Wonderful staff at reception. We got there at least 2 hours before check in but they were able to arrange the room within 30 minutes. They offered us a tour of the facility whiles we waited. Very nice experience overall. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing atmosphere out of town, this is it.

There seemed to be a lot of mosquitos. Spent 1 night. It was a rainy night also so may have contributed to it. The locks on the sliding doors leading to the pool were faulty. Couldn't lock it in the night. Found out too late into the night.

Everything was great .. it was very peaceful and quite. they upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. The Iftar buffet didn’t have too many options which made it really easy for us to pick our favorites. All the staff were great at the restaurant and at the hotel. A big thanks to Abdelhaq for a personalized support during our stay. Will surely visit again!

nothing really.. maybe the living room sofas need to be changed as they looked too old and not really comfortable when sit and watch TV

My wife and I visited the resort for our anniversary and it was perfectly set up with all the decoration. The highlight to the stay was the Heated pool in the villa. The weather was really good which let us enjoy the premises indoors. The breakfast was amazing. All the staff are kind and helpful. No complaints what so ever. The staff were kind enough to take us to the stables to have a look at the horses. Lovely experience! Would definitely visit in the future if possible. A++++ Recommending the one bedroom pool villa to all!

The treatment, the hospitality and the facilities. basically it was worth my while.

the cleaning time is a bit late, and I used to leave early and come back around noon and still find the room not clean. but when I informed them, they adjusted the cleaning to my time.

just wanted you to know that i was really happy dealing with your resort , Abdelhaq was really professional and kind to upgrade my stay , we had a nice conversation and got to know from him that you offer iftar , all staffs from security to cleaners where friendly and i am really impressed , enjoyed the polo game and definitely coming back to try the iftar 😍

location , the environment, the polo match was fun to watch and the peace , everything was great
