The front of service, security and housekeeping team were welcoming. The front desk was always resourced, and the team accommodated any requests we had. The staff appeared to work together. The security guard Dev was helpful and knowledgeable about the area and was always alert. Nishan from housekeeping was friendly and always asked if there was anything more we wanted. The electricity did trip one morning but it was sorted within an hour. Our microwave wasn't working but it was replaced immediately. The term work extremely long hours at the same time they are always smiling and do their utmost to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. If you drive, like to have a cooked meal at home and have a family I would recommend.

To be honest, there is not much to report except that there weren't any serving bowls, so I had to make a purchase from the convenience store next door.

The internet is limired only to 4 device considering we are in a presidential suite with maximum 9 people.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for 3 nights. It was really spacious and confirmable. Staff is really friendly and professional. Mr. Salim and Ms. Manisha at reception are very friendly and take care all of your concerns. I will definitely stay there again.

The only thing which bothered us if you are a tourist then the location is a bit far from main attractions. You have to pay hefty amounts if you travel by taxis.

This hotel offers great value for money. It's very nice, spacious, clean, and the staff are wonderful. location wise also it was good and we were able to reach to all attractions between 10 to 20 mins drive. I want to give special thanks to the reception team, especially Hamid Ali and Manisha. I'd also like to appreciate the restaurant team, Surya and Arjon, for their kindness and excellent customer service. What's really convenient is that within the same hotel building, you have a pharmacy, a supermarket, and a restaurant. Everything you need is in one place!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but there are a few things that could be better. It would be great if the hotel could provide irons, toothbrushes, extra tissue boxes, and slippers in the room before guests arrive. However, when we asked for these items, they were brought to us in less than 15 minutes. The service was amazing!

All of the staff from reception, management, security, housekeeping, chef and waiter were exceptional. They were all friendly, helpful, professional. Breakfast was great and was cooked to order, plenty of choice and tasty. Our two young grandchildren ate it all and loved it. They do a buffet breakfast when occupancy demands it, as was the case on our first morning and it was as good as the cooked to order. Nice swimming pool which the kids loved. Apartment had a washing machine, which was brilliant as it meant we did not have to bring home all of our dirty clothes. We had a 2 bed room apartment with en suite bathrooms, with king size beds and one of the bedrooms had an additional 2 beds for the two grandchildren and still had plenty of space left. Storage space was also plentiful with multiple wardrobes and drawers. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. There is a little supermarket next door which had everything we needed. There are some restaurants nearby which offer good food and are value for money. Easy access to main roads. As some of the previous reviews have mentioned some of the furniture and decor is a bit dated/tired, but not so bad that it would make you feel it had ruined your stay. Parking was plentiful.

The odd night we wanted to cook in the apartment was a bit difficult without an oven. Although there was a microwave and hob.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and the cleanliness of the apartment hotel. Dave the security was very attentive and took my luggage from the vehicle to my room. The rest of the staff, Goodwin from the lobby, and Ahmid at the reception made my checkin very smoothly. Great value for money, this was perfect for me and my family. I had a rental car, so there wasn’t any issues getting around and they have free parking on-site in the basement. Silicon Oasis mall was only 5 minutes in the car. You can easily go downtown to Dubai Mall in under 20 minutes.

Staff were super friendly, great location, free shuttle bus to Dubai mall and Jumeirah Beach. Delicious buffet breakfast with the friendliest chef and staff. They were all very welcoming and professional. I loved the cleanliness of the apartment and how spacious it was. Will always come back to Abidos when travelling to Dubai. Thank you for making our stay super superb.

Nothing! Honestly it was all great.

Room sizes were excellent including the kitchen, hall, and bathrooms good for large families. Enough parking space is available with basement parking. location is great 20 mins from most places around Dubai.

The gym was good, with maybe a little more equipment, and they open by 9 am would be great to have it open by 6; still not a deal breaker. There are treadmills, exercise bikes, free weights, and an all-in-one fitness weight machine. The kitchen appliances were a bit old or heavily used, still good but could have been better.

I like the hotel apartment and it is closer to so many amenities. The staff are polite in approach especially the room keepers. The view from the hotel was superb. The apartment is very big and lovely. The kitchen is also big and has all the necessary things needed. The hotel has a bus to drop/pick occupants to/from Dubai Mall and Emirates Mall. I recommend this hotel apartment for families with children or multiple people. It has a rooftop big and clean swimming pool on the 16th floor.

The location of the hotel/apartment which is called Dubai Land is about 15 to 20 minutes away from the city and about 25 minutes away from the airport. Even though there are many things happening within the area. For example, The Dubai outlet for all designers and silicon village plus many new facilities are located in the area.
