The apartment suites are absolutely lovely. Spacious, modern and with huge amounts of storage. A real plus! The staff are all excellent without exception. Thank you all for making us so welcome.

The property is fab but there really isn’t much around it and that isn’t obvious from the pics. Have a look at mine to get an idea. The Miracle Garden and Butterfly garden are very nearby though.

Hospitality and the convenience Staff was friendly and supportive Thiwanka from Sri Lanka from the front office was quite supportive and the entire staff was professional and well trained

I liked everything about the hotel, all the staff in all fields are very helpful and humble, the hotel is very, very clean and the atmosphere is fantastic. And the swimming pool is very beautiful. We spent most of our time in it .. I will definitely come back to re-experience again in this wonderful hotel . Thank you Mr. Noor And his team for making my holiday one of the best holidays I have ever spent in Dubai.

Everything is nice, cleanliness, treatment and morals, and I would like to thank ikhlaq for his good ethics and treatment frankly, one of the best hotel staff I have ever met he did check in very quickly and whenever he talk his smile never goes from his face God goes a long way.

Hotel apartment was good size and had enough amenity for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Chicken Biryani was delicious and well portioned. Area felt very safe. Nice to have supermarket in walking distance.

TV options were very limited for English speaking people. Just a little far out from main tourist attractions but this was understood when booking.

Everything . The location is centralized and closed to everything , 25 min to Dubai mall , 20 min to mall of emirates , 10 min to Dubai hills mall and 25 min to palm Jumeriah. Surrounded with a lot of hypermarkets and pharmacies . The staff was marvelous and so friendly and helpful in everything . The manager Mr Mina was extraordinary , he even got out of his way to make our stay as perfect as possible and he was checking on us everyday . All the front desk receptionist was so friendly . Special thanks to Assad who helped me a lot and responds immediately if I wanted anything .

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by two smiling and kind employees who arranged everything very quickly and offered us to go to breakfast while the room was being prepared, because we arrived after 10:00 in the morning, but check-in starts at 15:00. One of the employees name is Assad, but unfortunately I did not remember the other one. Treats visitors very professionally and knows his job. After breakfast, our apartments were already ready, which was very important for us, because we were very tired after a 7-hour flight. The apartments were very clean and tidy and they were cleaned every day during the entire maintenance period. Very good underground parking space on three floors. There is a 24-hour store near the apartments, a shopping center with several restaurants and a store with all the necessary goods is a 5-minute walk away.

The only minus is that the breakfast was the same all seven days.

It all start with meeting Mr. Meena George at the receiption, he was very welcoming. Although we arrived earlier than the checkin time and he noticed that we had a long early morning flight he managed to get us an Upgraded Room on the spot which was an excellent gesture. that Gesture led that we had a couple of hours rest before hitting the city for Fun. While we were out he managed to get us the second book room (Upgraded as well) before our return to the hotel. His hospitality was beyond my expectations. just perfect .room size was perfect, the bed was exceptional, the bathtub was perfect, i loved the whole setup of the room. the view was so stunning city view special thanks to Akshay and gurdeep

All staff. Management T… ( sorry can’t spell the name)and service deck agents highly helpful with needs and A…. ( sorry cant spell name) physical help with luggages and taxi services carried havy languages for us talked to taxi driver assure our well being and having help at airport. Changed our room with a first request fir a more buggeted and I will be reimbursed in July 6, 2024….. waiting 🙏🏼 Entire stay was a pleasant. Staff are professional and greatly frohelpfull. Will definitely stay there again and recommend others. Thanks 🙏🏼
