The entire staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and had all the comforts I could ask for, with stunning views of the city skyline. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel restaurant—absolutely outstanding! The food was delicious, with an impressive menu that offered something for every palate. The ambiance was elegant, and the service was impeccable, making every meal a memorable experience. The location was also perfect, close to all the key areas I needed access to, yet peaceful enough to unwind and relax. Park Regis Business Bay truly sets the standard for hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Dubai. Can’t wait to return!

Feels Like Home at Park Ridge Businessman Hotel! I stayed at Park Ridge Businessman Hotel for over a month, and it truly felt like home. The service provided by the staff was incredible. Iqra was especially welcoming, always ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Raju, Shoaib, Shakeb, and Muhamad Zaheer also provided outstanding service, always going the extra mile to assist. Shahzad made sure my room was spotlessly clean throughout my stay, which added to the overall comfort. While the service was exceptional, I must mention that I wasn't particularly impressed with the breakfast. It could have been better, but the amazing staff more than made up for it. After spending so much time here, I’m really going to miss the hotel and the wonderful people who made my stay so memorable!

I did not have breakfast, but ordered room service in between meals and was nice. Food was always delivered on promised time and always warm!

I happened to fall sick during my stay, contacted a Doctor afterwards who came to check on me and had brought drips as i was severely dehydrated, but unfortunately the lady at the front desk did not let the Doctor up to my room to administrate the drip. I (sick) had to then go downstairs and asked to speak to a manager or someone other than that lady. In the end, after i begged for at least 40 minutes, for that lady said i had to get the drip in the doctor's car on the parking lot, this was not an hospital she said, the security supervisor then accepted to come up to my room and witnessed the doctor administrating the drip, the consultation and the rest of the medication. That lady attitude was a bed representation of your hotel.

I really love the location of the hotel and the breath taking view of Burj Khalifa from our room. I also want to say the exceptional service they provide to their guest! A special mention to the front office team for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. Also, I personally want to say a big thank you to Ms. Irene (Front Office Manager) went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. In addition, a big thanks as well to Bella, Muhammad Zeer & Waqas for also giving us a great service.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Staff like them make us want to visit this hotel again! Our room on the 26th floor offered an incredible view, and the quality of the room itself was top-notch. The bathroom was modern, and everything was kept immaculately clean thanks to the attentive room cleaning service. The hotel also had a delightful, fresh scent throughout, whether inside or outside the room, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location was another highlight, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy everything Dubai has to offer. I would highly recommend Park Regis to anyone looking for a great experience in Dubai. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip!

The hotel is nice, relaxing and clean, I was upgraded and our room was on the 27th floor, we had a very good view. It has a complete amenities (we thought there’s no hair dryer but it’s on the living area). staff are very friendly and helpful, we even called the housekeeping to ask few things and it was delivered directly. you can ask them anything then they will help you, specially Ms. Irene, Ms. Iqra and Mr. Raju.

Outside the hotel is traffic (moving slowly) I think because of the intersection (for taxi or uber only, though it’s a 10 mins walk to metro). There’s no bar at the hotel, I think if there’s lounge it will make the stay for the travelers to be more enjoyable.

The deluxe room was exceptionally comfortable with great views of downtown and the Burj and the skyline at night is mesmerizing The staff were amazing, specially Waqas who cleaned my room with the friendliest attitude daily, was a delight on the days that I worked from my suite. I used the pool at the start of every day and Amila was so kind and helpful and a pleasure to interact with at the start of the day. The front desk were extremely helpful, went out of their way to accommodate me,, specially Bella who on numerous occasions resolved whatever problem I had from issuing me new key cards when I would clumsy leave mine in my suite to arranging for my luggage storage between my stays at the Park Regis. Im looking forward to returning for my next stay already!

The hotel staff made me feel right at home, compelling me to rebook for future stays. Special recognition goes to Mr. Shakip at the front desk, and service staff members Mr. Shehzade, Mr. Abdurahman, Mr. Shabrim, and Mr. Mansur. They were exceptionally helpful and respectful throughout my stay.

Service of booking.com I didn't like They didn't permanently upgrade my room automatically I am genius level 2 and they didn't follow what they are offering I don't know.i don't know if there is something to do with the hotel or from the booking.com Also Ms Bella needs to be a little bit in a happy mood

Staff were welcoming and helpful at check in and accommodating requests. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Particular mention to Shoaib who was very welcoming and offered his support in planning and organising attractions if needed or transport services. He was very kind and gave exceptional service and his team should also strive to give the same level of genuine service to guests. He also recommended places of interest that tourists may not be familiar with, which is very helpful to those who have limited time to explore. Thank you Shoaib.

Communication through booking.com to the property was abit slow in response, which was eliminated at check in, but would be nice if they responded quicker. also worth mention is that the additional bed, although appreciated, but was not comfortable.
