I stayed in this hotel during a short layover in Dubai. The hotel is located within walking distance of Al-Ghurair mall on backstreet facing away from the main Al-Rigga Road. The hotel is a short walking distance from Al-Rigga metro station and is near busy street full of restaurants and business. Price was very reasonable. Room was wonderful and checking quick. Generally great experience.

LOL, This is Dubai. It is what it is. Adjust your expectations based on Price. (If you overpay, they will never refund you) This is Dubai-wide, so just be aware. This is mainly because all the Hotels are Indian-run, and in their culture, if they get your money, no matter the issue, you will have a better chance of walking to the moon before they give it back. I still like the place; I know how to navigate the country's pitfalls.

My husband and I really liked the hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful. Especially Lubna on reception along with her other colleagues. In the restaurant, Uttam was very helpful (especially his milk tea was perfect), as well as Idrees and the girl. They were all amazing people. During our stay we were very comfortable there. Atmosphere was very family friendly, and the hotel was located in the heart of the town with 25 hours of restaurants and convenient stores. Our whole stay was very enjoyable. I'm looking forward to going back again. ( The buffet food was good, too)

All the faculty here are excellent cooperative and a friendly environment Must try it in pearl Swiss option. Manager reception are good quick also even in cleaning like Mr ubaid is very good in cleaning the rooms I have noticed and checked also All are good room Internet room space washroom

Bed was double Expecting a guest to arrive to shift to single bed Double bed is comfortable but less spacious it feels while sleeping Lack of switchboards for connecting adaptors chargers Pin points were less and never used T v because won’t get it should do something to get channels so to make it interactive and entertainment will move the day for sure in here Location is good in riqqa

The location and convenience. Size of the room, comfortable bed and Hotels attention to our request for a Handicap room which was provided.

Noise from the road. Communication with housekeeping was very difficult as they were not paying attention to our request. ( Exmp : When asked for a towel we were provided with coffee creamer instead of the towel ) Our room was on a nonsmoking floor however there was a very bad cigarette smoke smell coming everyday from the Saloon on the same floor.

it is a good value hotel in a very nice neighborhood. The location was ideal because it was located within walkable distance to the union station so it is perfect for those who want to use public transportation in Dubai. The staff was very helpful and friendly especiallyIslam and Azar. The main manager is usually around if you have any issues to help you I will probably stay there again if I come back to Dubai

there was an incident where one of the employees try to open my room with the master key card by mistake but the manager and the rest of the staff reassured me that it was a mistake and the issue was immediately resolved by the manager and security
