My husband joined me on this final night of my total five night stay. I had surgery and was discharged, staying in the Studio M hotel until my flight back to the US could be arranged. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all my special needs and requests. Overall the comfort, cleanliness, accessibility, transportation assistance, room service, free Internet and location were very good!

While the team cleaning and refreshing the room were excellent, there were restrictions on the towels. Only one large towel and one small towel per registered person was supplied. A bath mat had to be requested. The day my husband arrived, the team did not have towels available at the time of cleaning the room. I had to call for towels and when brought we had to prove we had no towels - a bit odd. The Internet supported video conferencing but did not support FaceTime or Skype video telephone calls. The room was a bit small.

This apartment is amazing, the location is perfect, and the breakfast is delicious. I absolutely recommend it.

The price is a bit high and there is no flexibility for early check-in or late check-out. Had a negative experience with a member of the restaurant staff which was disappointing.

The 2 bed room apartment was very nice and it has a big family hall

It need some improvement in the cleaning and providing of toilet items like dental kits and lotion

The apartment was very spacious and cleaned daily by the staff which was very helpful! Location is very good ... 10km from Dubai downtime! We had a parking space included in the price which was a big bonus as you need a car to go anywhere in Dubai!

I did not like that I booked a one-bedroom apartment which was supposed to be for 4 people to sleep in it but the living room was not sleepable as there was only one sofa and we had no choice but to upgrade to 2-bedroom apartment as we've booked and paid already for 12 nights which was not free of course :)

The location of the Hotel is good. Metro Station is on walking distance from the Hotel. Mini Market and the Restaurants are also at the surroundings of hotel. Although we checked-out at 4:00am but, they make sure that we received the Breakfast. I am grateful for all their help and kindness.

Room a bit small, limited toiletries, limited linens, WiFi did not support video calls on FaceTime or Skype - did support video conferencing on Skype and Zoom.

There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel is also very close to the subway station, unfortunately the subway runs at 8: 00. From T2 you can walk to the hotel and take a taxi to other stations is very convenient.

Fair prices, especially worth checking half board options as it sometimes comes for a really good rate. We could choose everyday of we want besides breakfast lunch or dinner. Dinner time is between 6.30 and 10.30 and food quality is fair!

Appartement equipment is very poor. Yes, there is a kitchen but only a minimum equipment. Very funny: There is a washing in the apartment but only a short line to hang wet clothes in the shower. I asked fro a drying rack at the reception but they told me that they do not have any drying racks so that all wet clothes had to be hanging everywhere in the room over chirs, doors, etc. couldn't be a big investment for the hotel to offer drying racks of an apartment has a washing machine. especially as it would protect all the furnitures from the wet clothes.

This place was one of the best places I have been. The apartment was basically a sweet with a very good spacious size. The housekeeping, restaurant, reception , swimming pool team, and all the hotel stuff were very friendly, welcoming, and cooperative. The other good thing is that the apparent is equipped with everything (kitchen , plates washing machine, clothes washing machine, and iron). The location of the hotel is near to many services around.

The bedrooms need to include locks to close the room. It is not right to have the parents' doors unlocked when you have children.
