The location of the Hotel is good. Metro Station is on walking distance from the Hotel. Mini Market and the Restaurants are also at the surroundings of hotel. Although we checked-out at 4:00am but, they make sure that we received the Breakfast. I am grateful for all their help and kindness.

There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel is also very close to the subway station, unfortunately the subway runs at 8: 00. From T2 you can walk to the hotel and take a taxi to other stations is very convenient.

On a brighter note, I want to commend your staff for their excellent service and attentiveness throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall amenities offered were enjoyable.

Pros: The hotel/apartment is located close to a metro station. Great value for money. We stayed in room 473, which featured a bedroom with an attached bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a guest toilet. The kitchen had utensils, which seemed fine. The service staff not only cleaned the rooms daily, but they also cleaned the utensils, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was nice, as was the pizza we ordered for dinner. The staff was polite. They provide three 300ml water bottles per day. There are supermarkets nearby, but no decent restaurants or pharmacies.

Cons: We discovered stains under the dining table chairs and restrooms. The attached bathroom did not appear to have proper ventilation, and it smelled foul after use. No room fresheners were provided. The facility did not provide separate toiletries, but rather an all-in-one solution. They requested a security deposit of AED 200, which was not mentioned in the communication I received. There aren't many satellite channels, and most of them are in Arabic. I wish they had a smart TV or dongle. The WiFi speed is below par, perhaps 5 Mbps; this needs to be improved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was truly a delightful experience. Everything was nice, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay thanks to all the staff members, especially for the front desk team who consistently exhibited warmth and friendliness throughout my experience. I want to extend a special appreciation to Saqib, a member of the maintenance staff, who went above and beyond in ensuring the hotel's cleanliness and functionality. Saqib's great job is truly commendable, and his excellent rapport with guests sets a high standard. He is not only very polite and respectful but also provides valuable advice to enhance our overall stay in Dubai. Kudos to Saqib for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. Maybe add more storage in the room to accommodate our belongings especially for our clothes.

Location is close to airport, had supermarkets available close by. Noise proofing in the rooms and road view is good. Dishwasher, utensils(though bit large), electric stove, washing machine is provided in 2 bedrooom apartment. Can order food through Careem from indian restuarants and cabs are easily available through app.

Got the smoking floor even though preferred non-smoking room. Corridor has full of smoking smell and sometimes in rooms as well. No indian variety of food if you are looking for. Location is on express way, so U turns add to few kms everytime.

The staff was very helpfull and went well beyond expectations to keep our experience an amazing one. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Facilities were adequate. Swimming pool/gym and associated facilities were great. The location was great, and very close to Metro station and local amenities as well as airport. Would definitely want to stay again.

1. There were two toilets in the apartment. Out of the two the one without the shower (next to the laundry room) had bad smell. We had to keep the door shut to prevent the smell from coming out into the apartment. Aparently there was no obvious cause of the smell. Although we didnt report it but this is something the management should consider fixing as this may be a structural issue. But overall this was not a big negative point. 2. There was no microwave in the apartment. Again this is something the management should consider installing.
