My fiance and I stayed in Emirates Stars Hotel apartments for approximately 18 days. I am American and she is Filipina. The size of the room and living room were incredible, especially for the price! Housekeeping (Jahid, Kumire, Bobarul) were exceptional and gave extra water and towels sometimes. They cleaned very well. I loved the air conditioner the absolute best! We loved the stove and appliances, etc...complete kitchen and very quiet location. I loved having a tv in the living room and in the bedroom, with hdmi ports. Lots of stores and markets literally downstairs from the hotel. The mini balcony was also nice. They also readily provided several power converters. Overall, the hotel management were very responsive to all requests. Very rarely did we have any issue. Very clean hotel! Very good closet space! Lots of taxis nearby.

The microwave didn't work, but they replaced it immediately. The shower was lukewarm at best, and they only provide giant wash cloths. Next time I will definitely bring my own wash cloths. Moreover, showering in cold water was not pleasant, but not a deal breaker. The wifi was sub par and often could not support streaming and downloads usually took day(s). We also lost access to our key cards on two random occasions. The pool and jacuzzi looked nice but closed very very early. None of these things are deal breakers but contributed to the overall experience. Nearby stores were ok, but don't expect too much western foods and/or restaurants nearby, except for Baskin Robins and Dominoes. Just cook or order your foods on the Careem app. Furniture was acceptable, not luxurious.

location and staff : especially the reception, kitchen and the clearers - Ajmeer and Jaspreet they both were very helpful and did an excellent job.

The apartment is good and I have everything in it

I go there every week and sometimes I go before 12 and I make check in easily Last 2 times receptionist refuse to make check in before 12 and he tell us to wait although it was 11:30 that wasn’t good at all , And time before he said the same u have to wait until 12 to make check in and all is full ( and we know it’s not true ) ,, his main problem was the time Then he said if u want to go now take the apartment that has 2 room !!!!! I had to accept that although we were 2 persons I go regularly and I really love the place but please tell ur employees to be flexible with customers

We had a very comfortable stay, We were impressed with the room size. Room: Very spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Good Wifi, and AC. Restaurant / Leisure : We did not use these facilities Location: Excellent location, 10 mins from Airport , in walking distance to restaurants, breakfast cafes. Fresh juices, hair dressers, Bakery, pharmacy, Emergency hospital. Could not ask for a better location, most of the cafes and restaurants offer free delivery to your room Staff: Very courteous and friendly staff, a huge shout out to Adeel at security, Rudy on Concierge desk, Muhammad Istiak and Noor at Reception. and finally not to forget the House keeping and the maintenance team, Very quick and efficient

No real issues, couple of the appliances needed looking into, but nothing major and the team sorted them out very efficiently

This was a very difficult trip to be with my son and his wife for Cancer surgery and resulting serious infection. It was day by day and the staff were so kind and helpful on days I didn't even know what day it was. The front desk always asked about him and made me feel very cared about. I slept the nights, and his wife came for a nap a few days...and just a few minutes walk from NMC Specialty Hospital. Made an awful time easier...Thank you! Theresa Maurer

Just that my son was so critically ill and we didn't know if he'd make it.

- The service from the staff is amazing - The size of the rooms and the whole appartment - Cleaning service - The facilities within the room is beyond expectation - Security of the hotel - Value of the rooms

- No hot water in my kitchen or guest toilet - Car park need strict rules as many people taking 2 spaces rather than one - Location of the hotel is good but always traffic jam around it

It could be more good if there big light aside from the dim light in the room. It's little dark in the room especially in the dining area. Shower was not working properly.

well our stay was for 14 days so the price was very reasonable location was exceptional and everything what we needed was in the location especially there were many tea shops around it ..the staffs were very good especially munna and chiring the housekeeping team they did a good job according to our liking..we had a great stay there

I like how the room service and the amenities were provided before asking. The room completely exceeded my expectation as it had it own washing machine and other utensils for kitchen made my 5 days stay much more convenient.

The room walls had little cob webs and kitchen utensils were not washed properly, other than that the room was excellent.
