I liked the close access to public transportation and airport. Deira is a decent neighborhood and I felt safe walking down the street even at night. But this is not the neighborhood where you can get the chance to meet the royal family. There is a market right across the street which was really helpful. That's where I purchased my first souvenirs from Dubai. After 14 hours of flight, I got to the hotel around midnight and was delighted to walk into a super comfortable and very clean room. I liked the interior design, from the pictures on the wall to the taupe color. The bathroom was as clean as the room with everything I need for shower routine. The restaurant also has a nice design. The food was good, particularly the "A la carte" menu. You have the choice between "A la carte menu" and the buffet. I was not impressed with the buffet. Breakfast was ok. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant hotel during my whole stay. The staff was nice. Most people from the restaurant section have outstanding customer service.

I was really disappointed with the lobby design. It has a really poor cachet if we compare it to the rest of the hotel sections. On July 6, I put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door only to receive a call from the reception telling me that the housekeeper has not been able to access my room because of it (which exactly why these signs are there for). I told her I was checking later that night and needed to pack and rest. I did not understand why I had to justify myself for hanging that sign on the door. I found this very unprofessional. It's a detail that can be overlook but some of the staff members (and I noticed that a lot from those in the lobby), make eye contact with guests without greeting them. They stare at you. That's unprofessional and you don't feel that welcome.

Location is good and quiet. Welcome at reception was cool and quite a good help in organising our tours..thnks

Breakfast could be included in our stay

The stay was very pleasant, the location is very nice, and can travel to many other attractions around Dubai very easily, breakfast was really nice, and helpful staff members, overall I would go back and really recommend Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat

Our hotel room card key stopped working on the second day, and on a daily basis, it got to be activated from the reception. Perhaps this can be avoided for the customers who paid for a specific number of days. Looks like a technical glitch can be fixed.

Location is excellent, close to the airport and a lot of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff is polite, helpful and friendly. May from Myanmar is a lovely girl always with smile on her face. Room is clean and big enough. Housekeeping staff is nice. Overall is good and value.

Breakfast is good but everyday is about the same. Dinner is more worse and no drinks included even tea and coffee. wifi is slow.

Room, sheets, shower, was very very clean. AC was very good. Staff were super friendly & professional trying to help you with any matter. Hotel’s shuttle is a pro too. Hotel is very close to Airport, so it does not cost you much with Taxi.

distance between hotel and closest metro station Alrigga is 10-15 minutes walk, which may be difficult in hot weather of Dubai between June and September.

All the staff is very welcoming and friendly Specialy MR. PARAS AND MR. PATRICK in the front desk they are so very nice 👍 . Also room service is very fast when we need something from our room they are so quickly to arrive. 😀😀😀 thankyou . Very excellentand unwind place . Surely we will come back.

The location of the facility was very good.

The breakfast was not enough. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. Although I stated that I was allergic, mushrooms were added to the omelet even though I had asked and warned 3 times. I think that the English of the chefs is not enough. One of the receptionists insisted that we could not understand why, and responded to our every request with an aggressive manner. We were very pleased with all the receptionists except Ms.

The shuttle to Dubai Mall, the closeness to Dubai Mall, The cleanliness, The facilities, The unique architecture that makes it standout and easy to spot, The friendly and reliable staff...Dinah stood out as being very instrumental at the restaurant, The reception staff really helped us settle in efficiently despite a date error in one of the group bookings. It was good value for money.

I wish it had bath tabs in the room.

Breakfast was good because they offer fresh eggs and omelette. But there was a lot of different foods like bread and vegetables, noodles, rice. I wouldn’t usually have this stuff for breakfast but the fresh eggs were good. Kids loved the waffles as you can make them yourself in a waffle machine which was fun for them.

I think food for dinner could be better
