The hotel is amazing... this is the second time I've stayed there already.... There is attention to every detail, from the amazing bed and comfortable super to the large and clean rooms, and service from every worker is no less than amazing. The breakfast team was no less than amazing! Within seconds they fulfill every request with a positive and genuine desire to help. I rented a car, and at every hotel entrance and exit I only needed to give the car key and the hotel representative would park the car and bring it back. The hotel's location is no less than perfect, about 7 minutes walk from the metro station or next to a large interchange and from there you can get by car to any place quickly. In short - if you want to stay in this hotel, it is highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel is like nothing I’ve come across in terms of hospitality and warmth. Exceptionally clean and comfortable facilities, Joydeep and Simran kept the room spick and span for the 9 days I stayed here. They added a personal touch of care. The breakfast buffet is great and has a lot of variety. Fizza, Rameeza, Harman, the chefs, all took great care and were wonderful to meet. Great location when compared with distance to workplace, and also very close to the JLT promenade/walk which is great for evening strolls. I would stay here again without a second thought!

The building being constructed behind the hotel created a wee bit of noise early in the morning but it’s difficult to avoid construction in Dubai and it frankly didn’t take away from the whole experience.

The hotel is distinctive and elegant, the service is excellent, the staff are active and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the view is wonderful. The breakfast is distinctive and has an Indian character, delicious and varied. They have a rooftop swimming pool with a stunning view. The hotel offers free transportation for guests from the hotel to the Emirates Mall and Jumeirah Beach. It is also available They have a modern private taxi that can take you anywhere in Dubai and its prices are good.. Thanks to Mr. Ashutosh Chauhan for his good treatment and hospitality.

Modern coffee machine Very good work of workers , I booked 814 room , there was men who clean the rooms , name Rohed - I was surprised how fast he reacts on all my requests , thanks to chef who trains such good workers Comfortable rooms, shower and toilet separated by walls and this is very nice, cause water from shower zone never gets to other parts of toilet, like in other hotels. You have no worries that you may hit the ground because of wet floor

Room needs to have big mugs for tea. Iron in my room was old, my wife damage her costume bacause iron just stuck to the clothes after just 2 seconds. All we got to do is to throw out costume. Please check it.

Reasonable price with the good view and a wonderful breakfast. I had very good customer service thanks to the manager Monika. She is very kind and gives the guests the high quality guest service. The promotion package was very nice. late check-out , early check-in, discounted food. They have a wonderful swiming pool with the fantastic view. I highly recommend this hotel!!!^^

The breakfast was brilliant and had so many varieties, in addition, the staff went that extra mile to make up really happy, and I would like to specially thank Mr. Karthik Jayabalan, director of food and beverages for his kind attendance to our needs at the table.

I think the room rate was really high!! For the price I paid, which is nearly 206 Euros (Per Night) 180 GBP (Per Night), i can stay in a real luxury hotel in any big city in Europe!! But again, Dubai is a great great city DON'T GET ME WRONG!! But i do think that the rate was a bit too high!! I also ordered a place of Club Sandwiches. And it costed me DHS 95!!!!! That's about 26 UD Dollars, and 21 GBP!! Now that's TOO MUCH for some slices of bread with eggs and cheese with fries!!

The best thing about Taj JLT has to be the staff. Each and every one of them was amazing and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The rooms have fantastic views of the Dubai skyline including the Burj al Arab and the Dubai Marina area. The rooms are decent sized and the bed had just the right amount of firmness and support for a wonderful night's sleep

The spread for breakfast didn't have enough variety, I felt and the menu was more or less the same on all 3 days we stayed. Slightly disappointed with the room size and some of the decor was starting to look a bit tired, if I am going to be picky

They were prompt, efficient, and always ready to cater to my needs. Whether it was a late-night snack or a morning coffee, they exceeded my expectations every time. Cleanliness is paramount to me, and the Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers Hotel certainly excels in this department. The rooms, common areas, and even the restaurants were impeccably clean throughout my stay, which was very reassuring, especially during these times. Speaking of restaurants, the hotel boasts an impressive variety of dining options. From exquisite local cuisine to international flavors, every meal was a delightful culinary journey. The quality of food and the diverse menu options were outstanding. I can genuinely say that I would choose to stay at this hotel over and over again. The Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers Hotel has truly outdone themselves in providing a top-notch experience for their guests. I upgraded to a suite. All staff were welcoming, friendly and professional, Room was very comfortable, especially the bed and the bathroom was spacious with a large bath and walk-in shower. The breakfast choice was amazing; the best I have come across. It's a pity that the hotel does not have a licence to serve pork products (for breakfast). The Club Room provided breakfasts, teas and dinner canapes and drinks. The views were fabulous.

Not much. The pool area on the top (roof) level was rather small with little space for relaxation. I did check it out but as my stay was limited, I didn't need to use the facilities. I liked the area (JLT) but some people might find it too far from the Marina/Jumeirah Beach or indeed the downtown/Business Bay (about 10 miles away).
