I recently had the pleasure of staying at Time Asma hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to commend staff for their exceptional service and behavior. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in experience. I would like to extend special recognition to Mr. Tahir Abbasi, whose excellent service truly stood out. His professionalism and dedication significantly enhanced my stay. The hotel was good, except the drain smell in some rooms, which was awful. We changed the room and everything was fine.We liked all restaurant staff, they were always nice and helpful. The food was also good, rich breakfast menu and possibility to have lunch and dinner buffet for extra payment. We liked that there was a swimming pool on the roof with free towels and possibility to order fruit smoothies from the restaurant. There were slippers in the room and every day a bottle of water.

I liked the welcome of staff like Ramadan on the front desk. Then there was Sumayya who would always clean my room and always courteous. The last day there was another front desk staff who helped me with getting Taxi to Mashreq station. A little help goes a long way! The location of property is perfect. 7 minute walk to Mashreq metro 🚇 station. All restaurants, coffee shops and sheesha lounges are like 2 minutes away. The hotel is good for families. Nice guests. The pool is nice and the gym is very good.

In the gym the cycling machine was not correct in assessment of calories burnt. It can be improved by replacement with the screen on the machine. There was no bar to watch the Germany v Scotland game on the Friday night (my last). Try and keep a rooftop bar with projector for tournaments like Euros 2024

We stayed for 2 months in April - May 2024 and we were pleased with this hotel . We want to mention Mrs. Nadisha from the reception - she is a good comunicator and she is doing a good job at the reception desk. We also have to mention from the cleaning team of the hotel - especially Mr. Muhammad , thank you for cleaning our room alot of times with care over the 2 months period - and also thank you Mr. Ahmet - the manager of the cleaning team , a very nice and respectfull person . Also , thank you Mr. Muhamad and Mr. Junaid from the swimimg pool stuff , very nice people .

We visited with a large family and booked four rooms. The property was very close to all amenities and walking distance to a mosque and Emirates mall. The swimming pool was a good size. The rooms were also a good size with modern furnishings. The car park was also great with enough car parking spaces.The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of food. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Tahir who was always helpful and able to offer advice on any of our holiday issues. He even helped with a package that was delivered to our hotel one day after we had left, well done Tahir !

There wasn’t much bad to say about the property one day they had some issues with the electronic door mechanisms which affected our door entry but it that was a one off that was corrected the next day.

Breakfast was good until 10.30 got omelette made Fantastic swimming pool...Nice room it was ok you can screen mirror from your devices to watch your own stuff. Fantastic gym but needs more abs machine but has a treadmill and weights and room service cleaning was fantastic! Shuttle bus to the outlet mall was good. Staff are very polite.

Needed shuttle to go mall of Emirates as its just 5min drive. Juices in the morning were not fresh and cakes too sweet, no chocolate spread option for kids who like it on their French toast or pancake. And they charge for ice latte at breakfast but not too bad, but you don't get it all overall we had good experience.

The location of the hotel is just great. A short walk to the metro station and Mall of Emirates. Plenty of street food options, shopping options just outside the property. Good breakfast and a clean bathroom with a very helpful front and travel desk staff.

Floors weren't properly cleaned when the "make my room" button had been pressed, but that shouldnt be a deal breaker if you are choosing to stay here. The stay was great. It is in fact my 2nd time staying here. This is just something the management of the hotel can improve on. Disposable slippers would have been good.

It was a good experience. The location was very nice at Barsha 1 and it's located near a lot of restaurants/supermarkets and gift shops. Also, it is branching near the mall of emirates and nearby many other good facilities. The swimming pool was awesome and the water clear and fresh. The staff were good, supporting as per their limit and serving in a professional manner. The breakfast also good with a good variety of options, it can be rated as 8 over 10. But I really recommend this hotel. And they were also generous in extending the check-out time.

A relatively cheap hotel in Dubai with nice and helpful staff which provides a 24-hour reception. Importantly the hotel is not located in the very center of Dubai but it is relatively close to the metro station (about 10 minutes walk) from which you can reach the center of Dubai and attractions. Daily room cleaning, private bathroom with cosmetics and towels. There is efficient air conditioning in the room. A kettle and a fridge are also available. Perfect hotel for a few nights in Dubai.

There is noticeable slight wear and tear on the furniture in the room, but it does not affect the overall comfort

The rooms at Time Asma Hotel are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. I found the housekeeping staff to be thorough and attentive, ensuring that my room was always clean and well-stocked. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. Overall, my 16-day stay at Time Asma Hotel was extremely enjoyable. The exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Ramadan, Mahran, and Norena, made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.
