The staff, location, courtesy levels, overall room itself, breakfast - all were good. The guy (Dithin) gave me a junior suite as a free upgrade and other staff like Vijay and another whom I have forgotten the name, were all super-nice. The concierge guys were absolutely fantastic as well. The walk around the hotel is great and you can find metro at a 10 minutes walk and tea (chaii) down at Classio or other restaurants all nearby. We didn't use any taxi nor Uber just purely because everything was either too close or we could take Metro everywhere,

I think a bit more cleanliness would be beneficial. (of course it was clean not that it wasn't clean, just that i think there were a bit too many spots and stains on the furniture etc which should be tried to be removed if possible - if not then this doesn't impact any stay nor ambience).

Staff is very friendly and super helpful, a real strong point for the structure. Was upgraded to the executive floor by the hotel and this was a nice surprise. Room had a nice bathtub too with very warm water. Position of the hotel was very convenient ofr those landing a DXB T2. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel might want to consider freshening up the decor of the rooms, and while the room was overall clean it was not spotless. Breakfast is abundant, but "healthy" options are not many and could benefit from additions in this sense to make the offer a little more diverse.

Booked last minute on business next to my office. Great receptionist, fast check in and as no one was about we talked about Indonesia where I visited a lot and he was from. From then on lots of engagement about my stay and was everything okay, which it was. Big room, good desk and wireless was excellent. Shower was good, lot of power, easy temperature control. Didn't eat there, lots of Middle East and Asian restaurants in street and a couple of small supermarkets across the road. Hotel is now my go-to hotel when I am over for business.

The staff were so friendly and upbeat, we were exhausted between connecting flights and they made it a really easy and enjoyable experience.They arranged a taxi for us in the morning and were very helpful. Beds very comfy, nice pillows, clean, I loved that they provided conditioner as well as shampoo and shower gel!

Bedding felt just very slightly damp, although very clean. Couldn't find a working plug socket so couldn't charge my phone! Meant to report to hotel as I'm sure they would have handled it perfectly and efficiently but we were literally there to sleep, shower and catch another flight so I didn't.

It’s near to the airport, metro station is 15 minutes walk , the size of the room was huge The facilities of the bathroom is superb from the size of the shower tub, shower gel, body lotion to conditioner, didn’t need a refill my whole stay period The room was very clean The staff was hanging the Christmas tree it was so joyful to see the whole process for 3 days

The only unpleasant things is the carpet outside the corridor is smells like dirt and not cleaned for a long time

Room is overall clean and large with daily housekeeping. Bed and pillows are medium comfort. Breakfast was OK. Staff was very helpful and decent. Check in was smooth and fast even arriving earlier than check in time. WiFi was good and available in rooms. Metro was nearby, only 10 min walk and many restaurants around with good prices. They were fast in solving AC problem.

Linens and pillow covers were not changed during our stay.

The room was extremely spacious and it was nice having a balcony. It was very close to the airport which is why we chose this place. We had about 30 hour layover before the flight to our next destination. The rooftop pool was great and the pool staff were fantastic. The staff in all areas were very accommodating to all guests.

I think the rooms and furniture needs a bit of updating and brightening up. They decor makes everything look very dark and because it is a bit older, it doesn't 'appear' clean, although it was quite clean.

Vinay the receptionist was very welcoming upon check in, I reuquested a late check out and he offered me to stay till 2pm, which was great.

At 12:30pm, I received a call that I need to check out as housekeeping needs to clean the room and they are fully booked and I was given 15 minutes. I went down to checkout and the receptionist told me why I didn't stay till 2pm... So someone from housekeeping took it upon themselves to have me evacuate the room for their cleaning convinience.

Staying in the hotel was very good. Breakfast quality and sitting area was great. And staff’s response was excellent. 10/10 👍

Shampoo, bath shower gel and soap for bathing in the bathroom were not calculated for the number of people staying in the room. And the towel was also one while we were two people in the room. The sweeper used to come after being called again and again to clean the bathroom. These issues need attention, thanks

Staff were very friendly and happy to answer any queries. Nice lobby area and room with balcony, super clean room and communal areas. Breakfast was very good, lots of different foods from the buffet. Train station not far away, but didn't use public transportation, free parking available, 15 minutes drive from the airport, would definitely stay here again. supermarkets and shops around. Comfortable beds had a very good sleep.

There are not any nice restaurants around the area, there are some, but the food they sell didn't look fresh and clean, so didn't go to any of them.
