My recent stay at Al Hayat Hotel Apartments booked through Booking.com was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible hospitality provided by Dua. From the moment I checked in, Dua went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Not only was Dua professional and efficient in handling the check-in process, but she and the entire staff also took the time to personalize my experience, catering to my preferences and needs throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly set them apart. Dua's warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests made my stay truly enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to deal with my complaints. I was moved to a better apartment after the first night. Clean and comfortable apartment but lacked the basics in the kitchen. Water, coffee, tea etc. was provided daily. Both the receptionists were extremely helpful including the guys who park the cars and the maintenance people.

Television was a problem and no English channels were working until the second last day. Cooking utensils were inadequate and not suitable.

Excellent service. No wait and on single call your needs will be fulfilled. So far the best ever hotel apartment I ever stayed. I was feeling bad since never checked this Apartment for my stays all these years and wondering how could I miss this. Not saying anything extra or neither the hotel pays me for this but it was my experience which speak. For sure in Sharjah i wont chose any other hotel than Hayat❤️

Only one drawback - cant control the AC in central hall. Because I dint like that much cold in the room

I got an easy check in with Mohd and the ladies. The property was very accessible and near to all shops, saloons, banks, parks and malls. The apartment was really spacious and looked like a second home, as I prepared my food in the kitchen with all their amenities. The bedroom was so comfy with their mattresses. The housekeepers were very helpful as lead by Naem with his staff Luqman and Nahin. The TV area was so relaxing with their sofa in its good color. It was an easy checkout too with Rizwan.

The Front desk team and the Rezvan from the front office was the best employee, he was very friendly and helped us despite many problems we had, he is Guest oriented and was very friendly every time I called him. I give the Al hayat hotel one last chance due to kindness of their staff and rate it a 10.

Here, the hotel management should come up with something, cleanliness is a big construction site in your hotel and something must be done here, I speak from experience since I myself work in the largest hotel chain in the world. If you want you can contact me and I will discuss the details with you. I think it is a pity for your hotel, you have very good and professional staff (FO team and technical team), please invest time and training in your housekeeping department to avoid further negative feedback. Small criticism to FO: Dear reception, please give guests an adapter when they check in or change the appliances in the kitchen they have in their rooms, the socket does not fit the plug! Location is very convenient, staff is friendly and helpful, room's size very good, and very clean and Hotel located in heart of Sharjah. However, parking available at any time you arrived.

Kitchen needs to be improved to include all basic appliances (Egg frying pan, Destiny, Meat cutting knife, ect .....), and there were some cockroaches.

The restaurant was good. Close distance to Dubai mall. The facilities there.

The check in was horrible it took a long time and being a VIP gold member I was supposed to get an upgraded room but the receptionist gave me a difficult time I had to keep requesting it before she actually gave it.
