The receptionist lacked the basics of welcoming a new guest. She maintained a poker face, provided very short answers whenever I asked about anything. As for the room, the door didn’t have a chain lock which made me feel unsafe during my stay.

I've stayed here multiple times and have given a previous review. This is a very good hotel for the price. Sometimes the staff can be a little curt, and some of the interactions with them are not as pleasant as I'd like. However, the hotel is clean and lovely and best of all THE BUFFET ON SUNDAY IS AMAZING!!! And its very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The smoke detector was glitching and they thought we were smoking. We don't smoke at all. They woke us up in the morning at 4 am and they weren't nice about it. We had to prove we weren't smoking. I was very angry about this. Other than that, the rest of the trip was fine.

The staff, especially Mariel at the front desk so super helpful and polite. She made us feel welcome and cared for. Thank you Mariel. House keeping were very responsive and met our needs instantly, without having to wait for a long time. They're a lovely team. Our room was cleaned daily and all water, toiletries were replenished. Breakfast was nice, with a lot of nice choices and varieties. The views of the Corniche are beautiful from the restaurant. I hope to return again if the issues raised below can be sorted out.

I requested for Soya milk which is a basic need, but the hotel/restaurant couldn't provide this basic need which was very disappointing. I cannot have cow's milk due to health reasons/intolerances. Also the pillows were not good at all. I have asthma, and feather pillows can cause allergies. I had to use my asthma inhaler a few times. Not good! :(

The hotel's location is great as it is not far from the lagoon and all the good restaurants there. Plus there is a 24/7 Carrefour and Life Pharmacy on the ground floor of the building, making it very convenient. The room is spacious, with good enough kitchen facilities and a working washing machine. We like cooking our food and being able to wash our clothes is always welcome. The maintenance crew was very courteous and cleans well, responds to request quickly. The reception staff was equally very good and they provide valet service if you have a car. My husband and I quite enjoyed our stay there.

There was a bit of an occasional bad smell in the master's bathroom. Probably from the old plumbing.

Great choice if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 persons, you can book one apartment which could take up to 8 persons in a case of big group each apartment has two bed rooms, two toilets , kitchen and a nice size living room. Carefour is down stairs, you may buy what ever you need. housekeeping service is great too, daily check-up routine.

Swimming pool was smelly and full of cloride, please change the entire pool water. Internet was soo poor, we couldn't make a successful call over wifi. breakfast charges are so expensive comparing to what provided.

The staff and housekeeping team were extremely friendly and hardworking, the view was very nice and the receptionist was helpful. The location was excellent there was a carfour on the bottom floor and other shops making shopping far more convenient.Overall a positive experience I would highly recommend to stay here especially if staying with family.

The property is under very good management, partially renovated, all the basics available, clean, great central location, very spacious rooms and courteous staff. Islam at the reception is professional and kind. Great in its category and amazing value for money.

the hotel have only 3 Electric elevators only for hotels to provide more blankets for the visitors especially for the small babies and children The lighting in the apartment was a little low

Was surprised to see spacious 2 -bedroom ensuite with a very affordable price. Since it has carrefour at the ground floor, we were able to get out food supply easier.
