Heavy traffic around the hotel. Parking issues. Very busy frontdesk (still smiling). Slightly slow internet speed. Lack of smart TV. Less variety in breakfast.

the Wi Fi is very week in the room . I complained multiple times. the IT engineer. didn't solve it either . the hotel restrict the WiFi access to one share per person example if you are family of 4 only 4 share per room either 4 cell phone but not to laptop. unless you disconnect one of the mobile phone . . so if you have any work to do online this is not a good place .. the Rooms are small with small cupboard . no drawer very tiny for family . is good for one person . Parking lot .outside the hotel on empty lot. the laundry machine took 10 hrs to wash and dry. but you have option to 2 to 3 hrs cycle but the garments will be wet.

The receptionist lacked the basics of welcoming a new guest. She maintained a poker face, provided very short answers whenever I asked about anything. As for the room, the door didn’t have a chain lock which made me feel unsafe during my stay.

I stayed at the Golden Tulip apartment hotel in Sharjah for 4 nights with my friends and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shopping, restaurants, and the Corniche. There is a 24/7 supermarket downstairs, which was very handy for buying groceries and snacks. The hotel also offers free parking and daily bottled water. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a seaview and a fully equipped kitchen. We had three bedrooms and three toilets, two of which had bathtubs. The beds were cozy and the rooms were clean. The hotel provided daily house cleaning service, which was efficient and friendly. The kitchen had enough cooking utensils for five people, and we enjoyed making our own meals. The staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful, and they answered all our questions and requests.

The apartment was surprisingly very big. Rooms were clean. Kitchen spacious. Bedding was clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved the apartment. Carrefour downstairs. Cornice opposite hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Loved the place. Would recommend. Checkin was quick. Towels and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was good. A good variety. I loved their banana bread. Would book again.

The front staff not friendly. Looks asif they hate their jobs. No smiles, and thank you. There was just one Phillipino smartly dressed woman who was super friendly and smiling.

The location and large apartment. The bed was comfortable and lots of hot water. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any issue.

The hotel used lots of carpet cleaner in the hallways which bothered my allergies tremendously. The kitchen was lacking in dishes as there was only two of each item. No cutting board or dish soap and a very small towel to dry dishes.

The location was very good. The Rooms were big and clean. Masjid was available in the Hotel with proper Immam.

We can't use the Gym and Pool. The opening time was 11:00AM and closing time was 8:00pm. We were on a business trip and we are out during this time so we can't use this facility. We have stayed in other hotels and the pool and gym opens at 4:00am till midnight. Hotel must change the time for pool and gym.

flat was very spacious, very quiet, housekeeping and reception and maintenance staff super and beyond helpful, despite very busy and understaffed, and in general because of helpful staff the whole stay was very pleasant and comforting

no window view, and location of the hotel is good but also a bit hard to reach if waling with stroller, i mean we managed but car traffic some shops we never visited because of the position of hotel being in the middle of the road junction

I've stayed here multiple times and have given a previous review. This is a very good hotel for the price. Sometimes the staff can be a little curt, and some of the interactions with them are not as pleasant as I'd like. However, the hotel is clean and lovely and best of all THE BUFFET ON SUNDAY IS AMAZING!!! And its very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

The smoke detector was glitching and they thought we were smoking. We don't smoke at all. They woke us up in the morning at 4 am and they weren't nice about it. We had to prove we weren't smoking. I was very angry about this. Other than that, the rest of the trip was fine.

staff, quietness, cleanliness and location. Great location. Close to almost everything. There are many services and restaurants around the hotel. There is also a Carrefour branch just below the hotel. The hotel overlooks Al Majaz Waterfront. Steps to find yourself on Al- Buhaira Corniche. You will find a warm welcome from the reception staff, especially Mr. Ali. The rooms and suites are spacious, clean, quiet and reasonably priced.
