Silent and peaceful place

The front desk staff on duty from 1450H is very professional in accomdating me and giving assurance that what ever is mu needs or concern shes just a dial 0 away and she will make the necessary action ASAP

Theres a remote tv in the bedroom but there's no tv, The complimentary soap, slippers and other toiletries are not yet available upon checkin nad mosy of all while i was in the shower room all of a sudden i heard someone in the livinh room, , when i checked its the maintenance guy who just went in without asking permission or even ringjng the door bell

Very close to shops, restaurants and ironing facilities, but the problem is that the rooms contain traces of cigarette smells

In rooms connected by one door from the inside, the smells of cigarettes and the smells of what they are doing in the other room, such as...1207 and 1208 there was no privacy at all

Exellent hotel with excellent staff the girls on reception make you very welcome and always greet with a lovely smile the hotel is very clean and close to all amities the pool is very relaxing and again lovely staff are great this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we wil for sure be back soon exellent hotel and rooms at budget prices 100% recommended we will be back soon and I hope many of you do to Thankyou for a relaxing break away

it’s near to shopping centers, cafeterias etc.. the front desk staffs are kind and helpful especially the one on day time(on the day of my stay). she always make sure that my room is ready whenever I stay in this hotel..last time, I forgot something in my room and she called me as soon as the housekeeper found out..I really like her!she’s very good at her job! i won’t rate the hotel 10 if not because of her.♥️ my bad, I always forget her name..but that day, they were 3 on the front desk (2 are new staffs)..good customer service as always!definitely keep coming back on this hotel!

Location of the hotel is excellent. Welcoming & friendly staff, always ready to help. I would recommend this Hotel for guests planning their stay in Sharjah or Dubai and am looking forward to visit again soon, in sha Allaah.

I would have rated the Hotel 10/10 instead of 9/10, if the fitness center was more functional and properly equipped.

It was a good and unique experience in this hotel, as it met all my requirements and the room was as I requested and it was also very clean, and the receptionist (Joe Ann) was very kind, dealing and cooperating with me, and I will definitely come back again to this wonderful hotel

There are no downsides to this hotel all was as i was looking for in 1 night

honestly the staff is very good in behavior and the room was clean and peaceful and it was my second time in this hotel and their service are amazing and again I'll choose this hotel for the my future visit in sharjah

the staff is very friendly. the ladies at front reception are smiling all the time to customers and very professional. no matter if it's Joan, Jane or Venus, all 3 of them are willing to help with any querries. the rooms are clean, the housekeeping is doing their job. we were asked all the time by the housekeeping manager Noushad if we are satisfied (it's very good that he is requesting feed-back as this is a way to improve all the time). we strongly recommend the pool. clean, hot water during winter and we see every day the pool boy cleaning the pool, taking water samples daily to verify the quality. he is struggeling to keep all area clean and in proper conditions. a big like!

the internet connection is pretty slow and we faced sometimes internet breakdown. if this will be improve, for sure they will get some more stars. also the location is in industrial area, so you can't see beachfront or fancy buildings from there. but it's close to grocery shops (just cross the street) and close to sahara mall.
