I would like to thanks Meena (please forgive if my spelling is wrong). He met us at the front desk. He was extremely helpful, kind and supportive. He arranged a room for us, me and my son who slept at the reception. We travelled all night so the child and i were exhausted. We spent beautiful 9 days at the beautiful room! Thanks again to Meena! Plus food was excellent!

From the early morning tourists occupied summer beds. It was impossible to get a bed at the beach. Empty beds were covered by towels and could be empty for hours. Management need to do something with it! Ones collect all the towels and teach people how to behave. All other clients was really unhappy. Stuff at the restaurant could do the jod better. Serving of the table was not done properly, everyday!!

Atmosphere, location, sea side with own beach, nice pool, easy to reach from airport’s

Food quality can be better. For orthodox Christmas they closed the pool after 12pm. They used the area for Christmas dinner. It was better if they invited all customers to this event instead of only full or half board customers as compensation of stealing pool time :) Half of the tables were empty at the end and it’s not sync with the Christmas value. Last thing, there can be more animation for young and old.

The staff of the Hotel were very helpful and smiling all the day though I had a different needy guests however the hotel staff handled them very well. Also when I make a request to one of the reception staff, I find all the staff knowing my request and dealing according to the instructions I gave. The facility itself was very good, clean and a lot of activities to do. The hotel gives free rides (go and return) to the most of Sharjah malls and to Dubai mall which is great option. The location of the hotel is very good and I didn't suffer to go any place from the hotel.

The rooms needs one more light bulb as it is kinda dark. Because I was working from the room I needed more light. But in case of relaxation it is the best The entrance of the hotel is a little tricky so you may lose it when you are coming.

The lady selling excursions became upset with me because her prices for the Safari bbq was higher than what I found on Groupon and included less activities so I declined to purchase. When I asked about other excursions she told me she didn’t want to help me because I told her I found a better price. You can purchase your excursions from Groupon and vivator

The hotel is located in a very strategic location, designed to enjoy nice sunny beach days. What I like the most of this place was the staff, they were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special kudos to Kristina, Samith and Natalia in the front desk - the Sri Lankan Chef( forgot his name), Shshikala and esp. Waleed (George) in the restaurant and finally Mithun with the cleaning team. you guys made our holidays even more special.

I think the bathroom needs some updating, but something that I really hated was the treatment received by the manager of la Bamba (Adel) he was extremely rude with us and his collaborators. a stain in what otherwise were perfect holidays

The property is old but the furniture is renovated and clean. Best thing about the hotel is location and it is reasonably priced considering that the hotel has its own beach. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the restaurant employees are doing their best starting from the lady how takes your room information was kind. overall the balcony with the sea view is the best and the room is with excellent space. Bathroom also huge and they have connecting rooms for families.

Nothing that I can complain about, fair price and enjoyable stay. Not luxurious but clean and neat.

Great beach, great all inclusive services, great pool, great food, great staff, especially Victoria at the front desk and Adel in the beach restaurant.

Parasols at the beach need an updated, very dangerous in windy weather, we just saw a woman hit by a non-fixed parasol. The other thing we did not like that the hotel let locals come in, despite that the hotel was nearly 100% full. The pool area got too busy. No problem with local people, only not enough space if the hotel is full.

beachfront. they upgraded the room amenities. they do some extras since our last stay 4yrs ago. staff are friendly and accommodating.

The beach was just amazing, so clean and lovely, The facilities were always clean and in good condition. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of foods and beverages.. the dolphin beach sports station was much appreciated as it was our first time jet skiing and we loved it.. my request for connecting rooms was granted and much appreciated as we were a family with small children..

The construction work in front of main entrance but this didn't affect our stay..

Transfer: the driver met at the airport, helped with the luggage, the car was good. Staff: all nice people who are ready to help. I celebrated my birthday there and the whole team congratulated me and gave me a birthday cake. Many thanks to them for this) Food: was HB, a large selection of dishes, the breakfast is really very varied as written in other comments. Beach: very comfortable, there was some rubbish, but that's from tourists.
