Love everything about Maldron at Belfast Airport, from the moment you walk thru the front door until the moment you leave,you are treated like family. Very welcoming,the staff are so friendly and helpful,the rooms cosy and pleasant,and a good size, and bathrooms beautiful, and sooooo clean everywhere,it's just a little straight walk about 3mins into airport,and yesterday morning 9/1/25,was so glad we only had this quick trip as it was -3deg and freezing fog,we don't have breakfast as we leave really early before restaurant opens, but we have had many dinners there and food is marvellous,try the fish n chips excellent 😀and my husband loves the bar area, highly recommended the Maldron to everyone, thank you all for another lovely stay xx

The lady who checked us in was SO friendly. Really took the time to have a PROPER chat and was very helpful with any questions we had, even about the airport. The hotel is literally a 20 second walk across to the airport departures. About a minutes walk from the car park drop off point. The room was very clean, and the bed was huge and really comfy.

We checked out really early (4ish), staff member came from a back room, and after we checked, we heading for the main door to exit ( but even with a 6 year old pulling 2 small cases, myself pulling 2 large cases,) we had to prize open the front doors ourselves, because when we turned back to ask the staff member to open the door, he was gone back in the back room. Tbf, it was the only issue we had here and I'd still stay again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful 👍 I booked two extra days for our holiday 🙌. Location wise, excellent as it was very close to the airport. Literally outside the airport as in next door to the airport. Our flight from London Stansted was delayed for about an hour due to the flight malfunction and was replaced with another flight. We were supposed to take off at 22:00 but left at around 2300 hr. Got to the hotel at 00:39 hours and was still able to check in and everything about the hotel were excellent 👌 👍 😎 🙂 🙌

It was far away from the city centre and Uber is around £100 pounds odds but there is a local bus service from outside the airport to the centre for £12.50 return.

Great location if you are booked in for an early morning / late night flight as it's right across the road from the International airport. Despite being so close to the airport, it's quiet and you can get a good night's sleep! The loo is in a separate room to the bathroom which always helps if you are travelling with someone else. Really good breakfast provided downstairs at extra cost of 14 pounds sterling. Marks and Spencers food is across from the hotel. Hotel is also next to the car hire place so you can easily walk in 5 mins back to hotel.

Expensive for one night for a pretty standard room. The bathroom needs to have little 'condiments' like soap / conditioner etc provided in separate packets rather than one big dispenser. No water was provided in the room - perhaps the tap water is ok? I bought a large bottle in M&S across the road but for the price of a night in this hotel, water should have been provided.

The hotel is ideally situated for early departures from the airport. About 3 minutes walk to the entrance for departures. We had a lovely meal the previous evening. The young barman was so welcoming and charming. The food was delicious. A perfect start to our holiday

It would be good to have a small fridge in the room. However a kettle is provided with tea, coffee, cartons of water and a selection of biscuits. Very welcome.

Proximity to the airport is excellent. The room is comfortable and quiet. Most rooms have been recently renovated.

This hotel doesn't seem to understand that an airport hotel needs to cater for travelers who arrive and depart at odd hours to and from flights. We arrived at around 10:00 to the hotel only to find that there was only pizza available as room service. After a 5 hour flight plus an hour to clear the airport we were in need of some proper food. Expensive pizza from who knows where just doesn't cut it. Although the rooms have been recently renovated it seems that Mario the plumber has no idea how to design a bathroom. Who uses Psycho plastic shower curtains these days? The bath tub requires climbing into to have shower and the taps have to be in the most difficult position possible.

Receptionists were first class. There was some confusion with the type of room but they sorted it out quickly without any problem. Rood was very comfortable with a good quantity of coffee and tea bags and milk. Location was perfect for an early morning flight. Bar staff very helpful

We did not use the restaurant but it looked good. Bar was good. Perhaps the price was a little high but convenience of the location made up for it

Staff services are excellent, and the rooms are exceptional. We really had a wonderful stay and it was a pleasure. The fact that it is also next to the airport is a good thing.

There are no shops, restaurants or shopping centres closer by. It is far away from the town centre, and taxis and Uber are about 100 pounds odds. But bus services from the airport to the city centre for about 12.50 pounds return.

Waking up for an early flight and having to just walk 30 meters to the terminal is wonderful. We have stayed here a number of times in the past when flying out of Belfast International and we have found the hotel acceptable in the past. This trip we found that the rooms have mostly been refurbished (probably during Covid) and the fit out is very good. Our original room had a broken shower head stand as it is a cheap Chinese plastic stand that is not suitable for commercial use but we were given a better room that was excellent. The hotel is very quiet and aircraft noise is almost undetectable. The WiFi is fast and reliable and the staff are very helpful and great to deal with.

I just don't understand that an airport hotel doesn't offer a hot breakfast for travelers who have to fly out early. The hot breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 am so even though we paid for a full breakfast we had to settle for a continental cold breakfast. Not Happy about that! I certainly won't bother prepaying breakfast next time and the hotel needs to advise guests before they book about how late breakfast is available.

Close to airport. Staff were excellent. Very clean bedroom. Public areas spotless.

Check in times for an airport hotel could be better. Landing early in the morning it would be good to get into our room then to freshen up and change for an event beginning at lunch time. 2pm check in was silly. Also the coffe in the room was disgusting. Biscuits and complimentary water were good.
