It's very quite during day and night... recommended if you want to recharge your batteries.

A bit surprised of the provided breakfast - it's continental despite nothing what's on the buffet was really continental-like...no hot breakfast or ham, cheese, eggs. Everything comes straight from the shop, even pancakes are packaged. Also, breakfast is generally served from 8.00 AM meaning guest may have to skip it if they have to leave early. Another thing to mention: make sure you bring your own hair dryer, because it's not provided.

I loved the cosiness of the huts as well as the lounge and restaurant - we booked to use a hot tub that holds up to 5 people, and it was an amazing experience as well, which will leave wonderful memories for us all of spending a weekend together at the mountains. Food was amazing too, very fresh and tasted lovely. We only had dinner on a Friday night and then breakfast for Sunday morning, but the meals were tasty and filling, and the prices were great. The staff did an amazing job accompanying all 6 of us, and we will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

The only things I can note on were the lack of hairdryers in the 3 huts we booked - did ask for reception at one point but were not followed up on it. As well as a few stains on the duvet cover, but thankfully, they were very small and on the outside, not on the inside of the bed.

Beautiful location with the lodges on one level so accessible for people with mobility issues. Spacious room and tea and coffee.

Cleanliness questionable, as our teacups had a ring of coffee/tea around them. Our room was changed without consultation to a double. This was presented as an 'upgrade', however we booked a lodge as they had twin beds, which is what we needed. Consequently, there was an issue booking in with luggage being moved from one room to another as they tried to find us a twin, because they had given our room that I had booked back in February, away to someone else! Really poor and this has never happened to me before.

The rooms are designed for people with disabilities so they are large and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were huge in comparison to everywhere else I've stayed over the last month. The room was quiet, and the site above Belfast was serene. The food in their restaurant, 'the highest restaurant in the north ' was lovely with excellent staff who found me a table even when they were booked out and full. So good. The walking trails around Devis and Black Mountain were challenging but not too hard for me. With great views of Belfast and the harbour and the north coast.

I had to have a car to get there and that was initially a challenge. A great car rental fro. Mervyn Stewart car yard and rentals was great. Got to explore the giants causeway coastal route and be back in time for dinner. So nothing to not like really.

Location was great, reasonable price, reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was offered and menu looked good, but we decided to eat elsewhere later in the mornings. Mountain view is lovely!

Room rules in a folder advise housekeeping will knock on door and ask if we need anything however, no one knocked before we left at 11am each day. As we were then out all day, didn't get fresh towels etc. Unusual way of approaching housekeeping, so it slipped our minds each morning! Floors hadn't been cleaned either.

I was pleasantly surprised as I had booked last minute and thought for some reason that there would be issues. I couldn’t be more wrong. The location was great, up the top of Black Mountain. yet 10 minute drive only. I booked a Quadruple room. double bed and two bunks. The room was spotless and lovely and warm. The radiators were instant so when u turn valve , heat on, turn valve for heat off. simple. I will stay here every time I visit Belfast. 10/10

Only the fact that I booked this on my last day, I wish I’d known about it before hand because I would have stayed here the whole of the trip.

Excellent breakfasts, filling and tasty. Location had fab views and had very easy access to Belfast, without you knowing as it was very peaceful. The room was very comfortable and had mostly everything we needed. The staff were lovely and always helpful. We also had tea in the restaurant a few nights while we were there and the food and service was fantastic.

Could have done with a TV in the room (Chalet) but everything else was fab

The location was lovely - We weren't actually at the Lodges whilst the sun was up so we can't comment on the Scenery but I know it would have been amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful, Rooms were a really good size - especially the double rooms - plenty of storage space. The restaurant was lovely and some of our guests said their evening meal was lovely. We had some nice cocktails and were offered the restaurant to sit and chill and play games with our teens that were there for a competition. It didnt take long to drive to central belfast, we felt like it was fairly central to everything! It was a bonus that at least some sort of breakfast was included which was a continental.. I loved our stay!

Some of our guests (we booked 7+ rooms) said their rooms could have been cleaner, mostly the bathrooms were not clean enough to their liking. We stayed with 10 excitable athletes of young ages who wanted to have a nice time and play games etc - We had a complaint about them being too loud/talking too loud around 9pm- when the hotel has a quiet policy from 11pm. The rooms seemed to not contain noise very well from the outside.

The place was very clean with a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and Molly the cleaner was exceptionally thoughtful and made our stay special. I will not forget Molly as she placed a vase of water with our flowers so it wouldnt die and cleaned our beds on an often bases. The place was cosy and the staff respected our space and made us feel comfortable. I stayed 5 days and would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to relax and unwind within the nature and enjoy the mountains and walking and viewing the animals. It really helped me to destress from the busy life in london and was glad i made this trip was very theraputic. Thank you to all the staff you were amazing xxx and will for sure be visiting again.

There was nothing i didnt like so no comment on this one. Everything on a whole was good

Great Location, clean, clam and quite to stay. Decent Breakfast. Helpful and Friendly Staffs. Nice Scenery around. Trekking the Black mountain was a superb experience. Definitely recommend to friends and family travelling there. Lot of parking space. Good WIFI connection. Had to leave early in the morning around 4:00 AM, the staff were nice to arrange for the taxis to drop us off at the Airport. Thank you Standing Stone Lodge for the good experience.

Restaurant serve's only Breakfast. No Lunch or Dinner, had to go out. It would have been excellent if at least Dinner was available.
