Very nicely designed, clean, spacious room. Very interesting art that most would not know of " The Etymology of Polar"

It’s called a B&B but it doesn’t offer a breakfast. It should rename as a guesthouse.

Knowing Blackpool to be honest is like Marmite ,never stayed in at least 30 years so was a tad dubious about what to expect from our trip. So was releaved.from check in to check out it was easy and meeting Yulia in charge of check in and cafe who is lovely welcoming and very friendly made experience faultless. They don't serve breakfast at hotel but recommended 'Hive ' a venue close by which we went to. Not only did we get a discount on mentioning that they had been recommended by Yulia it was absolutely first class tasty and very filling and delicious. Highly recommended.

If I was being extremely picky I would say socket closer to.the mirror in our room.(110) and maybe complimentary bottled water. (Only as you couldn't get water in room cold enough to drink) soap in dispenser had ran.out but we had our own. Girls found a dummy under single bed but hey I am being picky. Bedding and pillows where clean and top quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, close to North Pier and Winter Gardens. I got a sea view room which was nice with big windows with a table and chairs to relax and watch the sea. The decor of the rooms was lovely with all the art features. Comfy beds and pillows!

My original room had a broken window latch which didn't bother me until I was ready to sleep and could hear all the noise and traffic outside. I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep and requested to move rooms which they agreed to and I was put into another lovely (less noisy) room. Hopefully the window latch has been fixed now as it has been a few months since I stayed, but if not, I think people should be made aware of it, especially if they are light sleepers.

Location was absolutely perfect! Staff were friendly Room was clean and towels provided Quirky rooms which was a lovely touch

Opted for a sea view which meant we were now on the main road so the noise from cars etc during the night was very loud and one curtain was too short so the car headlights came through, maybe blinds and curtains would be a good idea. The mattress was so hard I was unable to get comfortable unfortunately. Fan provided was very noisy. No milk at the coffee station on arrival.

The B&B is located right on the promenade of Blackpool and about a 5 minute walk to the tower. I have to give a special shout out to the staff who were so kind and welcoming! The room was spotless and spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea. The room design was very modern and came with pretty much a cinema inside the room. We made use of the soundbar they had in there and just sat and watched the sea. This place is 1000% the best place we have stayed in Blackpool. We have stayed in many, many hotels here, but this was a standout, but for all the right reasons. If you're looking to spend a couple of days in Blackpool, you HAVE to stay here!

I have nothing bad to say about this place.

I had another amazing stay. I do love this b&b. I love the seaview rooms. I had room 101 this time, which is pink and pretty. It has comfy pink chairs overlooking the beach in the distance. I loved sitting there with a brew. The beds are really comfy and the bathroom is large. The large shower is brilliant. plenty of room to shave legs etc and the towels are all bathsheets so massive. I'll always love this place. Been visiting for years.

I'd love them to do breakfast it would be the icing on the cake. I'd also love them to have a manned reception area. I'm hoping in the future they'll go back to this. it used to be by the front door. So if u needed something or if u had a question ud ask at reception.

What u love about this hotel is, you have beautiful Clean rooms, modern and stylish and great location. Its selling point is being clean and modern which you don’t normally get in Blackpool for say. Its bedding and towels were really good quality, Yorkshire tea and good quality biscuits and a powerful shower that was nice and clean! Would I stay again? Yes definitely!

The downfalls! New owners who I feel are slowly settling into the role. Had to get support for door which was locked when I came back and couldn’t get in! Not grata with two kids under 3. Need. Better lighting as not really dim enough to sleep in. Hallway did need a vaccume, and definitely need the cafe area open and breakfast! Maybe a TV downstairs and more of a vibe !

I loved the black front of the b&b. Our room was stunning, the ceiling art and the quirky on off light was gorgeous. Loved the black carpet and walls. Huge window with sea view, Yorkshire tea bags, bathroom was immaculate with shower gel. Towels lovely and soft. Bed very comfy. My 6 year old son loved it

No real human contact, quiet guy although very nice checked us in. No breakfast which I knew on booking. The room above was very noisy both nights so walls are very thin, just walking around above us was extremely creaky, heard all the laughing and shouting followed my very loud sex, luckily my so was asleep. No fault of owners of course.

It’s was lovely and modern (loved the art element) very clean and very comfortable! (My children would have stayed asleep all morning if I didn’t wake them!) I have very bad arthritis so I get nervous what the bed will be like and the bed was perfect…better than my own! Staff were so friendly too. Lovely little coffee/tea station in the room with quality products stocked. 100% would stay here again! Great location, the sea is around 100 yards from the hotel and north pier is right next to it. Great pricing.

I didn’t see a disabled access, that’s the only negative for me (I need a wheelchair from time to time)

I'm over joyed that this b&b is back open. It's been my favourite b&b for Blackpool for a long time. I loved my seaview room. I enjoyed sitting at the table with a brew in the morning. The rooms at this b&b are Boutique style. Every room is a different theme. The hotel is very clean. My room was immaculate. Lovely huge shower. Bed sooo comfortable with pillows just right. The owner and team are also lovely. Warm and friendly. I love this place so much I've already booked another visit for June. Can't wait

Everything was fab but I hope the new photo ID procedure doesn't put people off. For check in they now request a selfie. Either before you arrive or if you prefer, you can have your pic taken when u arrive. They'll do this for you. It isn't a big deal. I hope people aren't put off. Also a fridge would be beneficial And it would be amazing if they can have 1 Pet friendly room. My friend who I met up with, stayed in another hotel, as she had her dog with her. But she would of loved to have stayed at the Art as she's stayed there in the past and loves it asmuch as me.
