As long as you don't expect anything big and fancy and it's not a B&B, it's simply a roof over your head, it's a nice little inn that's about a 10m walk away from the Blackpool Tower area. Johnston was a very friendly host and made sure we settled in and checked out efficiently and easily. Overall, I'm definitely going to be using The Mercy Inn again.

My bed seemed to not support my weight as I am a large person at over 6ft and the slightest movement made the springs crack and dented easily, but the other bed was fine. Note, this part is a reflection of the area, not the inn: As it's located near the heart of Blackpool, the locals are a lively bunch so don't expect a quiet street, especially if you leave the window open.

This hotel was very nice it was just up the road from the coach station and coral island which was perfect for us as I’m disabled so I didn’t have to walk far. It does say on your booking confirmation that there is a £50 damage deposit but that’s ok as you do get it refunded I’ve had mine back already. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and he allowed me to keep my walker downstairs which was good as saved us having to keep carrying it up and down the stairs every day. Our room was right at the top of the stairs which was handy for us as me being disabled I didn’t have many stairs to climb. You don’t get given keys for this hotel it’s all PIN numbers one for the main door and one for your room which again was helpful as then we didn’t have the hassle of trying not to lose the keys 😂. The room was very nice the bed was comfortable we had tea, coffee and a kettle in our room and a private bathroom and the shower was also nice with shower gel and shampoo available. Obviously you would know from booking that there is no breakfast available but we weren’t bothered as we don’t really eat breakfast anyway and on the day of checkout we went to McDonald’s as that’s only just down the road. Anyway thank you for hosting us and we will definitely be back in the future.

Everything about this property was amazing. We had just came from the Merlin Hotel after having a horrific room there. The room we had at The Mercy Inn Hotel was in immaculate condition!

There wasn’t much to dislike about this property to be honest, excellent value for money, clean and tidy room with a fan. Great TV signal. The only downside was temperamental phone service and data, as well as Wi-Fi that’s free but wasn’t working. But these things are almost insignificant compared to all the greatness of the room.

The hotel was very nice. We spent a week there. The kitchen was big and nice and the room we stayed in had all we needed. It even had a heater. It was a wonderful stay.

The property was within walking distance of many of the attractions and the beach which was very handy. We arrived quite late due to work commitments and a long drive but our host was also very friendly and even offered us help with our bags.

Very family friendly, let my mum keep mobility scooter downstairs, accepted us in at about 10:30pm (due to us changing hotels) very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Was exceptionally clean,bed was so comfortable,also loved having codes for doors as it meant there was no risk of losing key and also meant me and my husband could come back at different times without having to knock the door.
