Everything. Laura as a hostess was superb, greeted us before I'd even got out of the car to take the pressure out of finding parking spaces. Couldn't have done any more for us, nothing was a problem, and made our stay here even more enjoyable. Even my 13 year old son commented on this and how he'd definitely come back if possible. As a base, the hotel had everything we needed, and the choice at breakfast was more than we expected and catered for everyone. Room was small, but we expected this as it's what we booked, and it was clean & comfortable, and with fresh towels every day, and more if required, we were well looked after. Perfect location for all the amenities, I didn't need to drive anywhere, which was pleasing. Thank you to all the team there, we both had a wonderful stay.

Leaving.

From booking in, we were made to feel so welcome by Laura. What a happy, bright, fun woman she is. Made to feel instantly at ease and at home. Bedroom was advertised as a small double, but ample of room for 2 people. The bed was comfortable and 2 pillows for each person. The room was warm and cosy. Breakfast was lovely, served by Laura and her team. Could pick how much of each item you wanted. Plenty of tea, coffee, and fruit juice. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. There is plenty of sockets. There is 2 mirrors for us ladies, 1 full length, 1 half length. Towels and tea, coffee, sugar are replenished daily. Highly recommend this hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you guys for a lovely weekend.

As a fat lass, the only issue, if I had to pick one, was I struggled to access the toilet as the sink is in the wrong place. Had to squeeze past the sink to get to the toilet. I would have had the sink in the room where the small mirror is next to the door. But I was aware of this prior to booking as I checked the reviews. And I managed well enough.

We was pleasantly surprised by everything from the minute we arrived to leaving. Absolutely outstanding, very friendly felt very comfortable and welcome the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us especially myself as I have dietary requirements which was met with no hassle! The breakfast was amazing as much or as little as you want, cooked perfectly along with nice presentation. Also I must add my boyfriend left his phone at the bar as we was chatting to Gary over a quick drink and he literally chased us down and handed it back within minutes to which my boyfriendwas very appreciative. It's very clean we loved having the bar and beer garden is a sun trap. Laura, abbie and Gary your are fantastic hosts! We will be recommended and obviously we will be definitely returning! We were visiting Blackpool for the annual Rebellion Festival and our usual accommodation had unfortunately closed. Fairhaven had a suitable room at the right price available so we booked. We weren't disappointed. The manager and her team couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome, the room was perfect for our needs- including an excellent shower - and the full English breakfast set us up nicely for the day to come. We were so happy with our stay that we will be booking again for next year. The included picture is from our room - a pretty good view!

As soon as me and my Mum arrived, we were welcomed with a smile and informed of everything to do with our stay. The hotel itself is just lovely and personable. We had a twin room which was clean, comfortable, warm and nice and quiet. We were there for a Fitness Convention at The Wintergardens and it was a 5 minute walk away. Everything we needed was within a short walking distance. I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again 😊😊

That our trip wasn't longer.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing and hot. What ever you wanted you could have. Room was nice, plenty off tea coffee in room. Young girl at breakfast was lovely, compliments to her. Needs recognition for her work but she probably gets it anyway. Cheap car parking if you can get on. We was lucky. £5 a night. Hot powerful shower as well which was good. Spotless bathroom and house keeping both days, which is unusual now a days. Highly recommended, will definitely return. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Wasn't anything not to like.

Very clean hotel, breakfast was nice, toiletries and towels were included which was a bonus. Location right next to everything cetral - exactly where we wanted to be. Hosts were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Room was small but it was because we booked last minute and only had small rooms left. Wasnt an issue as we were barely in the room. Was a bit noisy early in the morning with seagulls and other guests as we had the window open but again this wasnt an issue as we get up early anyway and had plans to go to pleasure beach.

Excellent hotel.best weve stayed at in blackpool by a mile. Hotel was spotless from bar area to the rooms. Breakfast was excellent.laura ,Abbie,Michelle,gary and other staff were brilliant went above and beyond for you. Nothing was problem to them. Best service we've had from a hotel. Will definitely be using this hotel from now on when i visit blackpool.

Room was a bit small. (Our fault for booking that size)would book bigger room next time. But this did not affect our stay. Had a great time.

Me and my family have just Got back from blackpool ...had an amazing new year thanks to the fairhaven staff and all the work they put in for everyone... MIGHT OF BEEN COLD AND RAINING ALOT OF THE TIME BUT THEY PUT AN AMAZING NEW YEAR ON FROM ...FOOD ... TO MUSIC ....TO FIREWORKS ....WITH A HUGE SMILE ON THERE FACES .... THANK YOU TO THE BOSS AND ALL OFF THE STAFF...AND WE WILL VE BACK WOULDNT STAY ANYWERE ELSE IF I WENT TO BLACKPOOL X😍😍
