We had the friendliest welcome from Annette when we arrived. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our bed was great. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning. Tea and coffee in the rooms with biscuits & hot chocolate. Very dog friendly and close to restaurants, shops and the bus or tram. Very well located. All the staff are lovely. We had everything we needed. We only meant to stay a week while we waited for the purchase of our property to complete and we ended up staying 3 weeks. We were well looked after and we felt like we were leaving family when we left. There is parking in front of the hotel and on street parking. Really close to the beach front. Great value for your money. We will definitely return.

We don't have any complaints. We met a lot of really nice people.

We were a bit later than expected, but on arrival, we were welcomed at the door by the owner of the hotel, Annette. On filling in arrival details, we were given the key to our room with a private bathroom. The room was bright with a bay window, a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage, and all that was needed for our stay, including tv, a kettle, and towels. Annette had already asked our requirements for breakfast. There were 7 different cereals, croissants, toast, and a full English available as required, along with orange juice, tea, or coffee. Annette, her daughter in law, and other staff were excellent hosts. Along with other guests, we had some very relaxed and enjoyable conversations. We had a great time at Hesketh Hotel. If ever we go back to Blackpool, we know where to stay!

Although we visited Blackpool just after school summer holidays, we were disappointed that it felt like everything had closed down. Our main reason for visiting was to see Blackpool illuminations and that we were able to do thankfully. We used the tram, which ran from Starr gate to Fleetwood, and that gave us a chance to visit shops and cafes. There were a lot of restricted entrances to the beaches from one end to the other, without any apparent good reason. Other than the illuminations, I wouldn't advise anyone to visit Blackpool out of season.

It was very welcoming , clean , comfortable, warm , with brew facilities, excellent breakfast , if you request it Annette will make you porridge even with all the other options! how great is that .

Parking , the hotel has 4 spaces to the front, l did manage to park on the road even though there are a lot of driveways & yellow lines with a white van to the back & a dark car to the front getting very cosy , after l had parked , fortunately l did manage to leave without having to go and look for the owners of said vehicles as van had gone but if not l would have had to look for owners , but hey that’s modern life & yes, l would return even with this little moan .

Great welcome from the owner Annette. She was a chatty lady and genuinely interested in us and had some lovely stories to tell. The room was well equipped and the bed was lovely and comfortable, pillows just right for us. The bathroom was adequate and the shower a little weak flowing but hot enough for a decent shower. I believe the room is in line for complete redecoration and a new bathroom in the next few weeks so this will be a new room soon. The hotel is in a quiet area and we weren't disturbed overnight. The breakfast was a typical English fry up but was done very well and tasty. Cereals, juice and toast complete the morning choices. We felt like we were visiting a relatives home and nothing was too much for our host.

There isn't anything that we didn't like....maybe just the shower flow but if the bathroom is being replaced this will be sorted.

We loved everything about this hotel, the owners thought about everything you could possibly need. Let’s start with the beautifully clean crisp sheets, pillow cases, bedding and towels. Towels were changed every day .There’s a little fridge for you to put your milk in if you want to make a brew, warm evening? Don’t worry, they had it covered by supplying a fan. In the rooms there’s every hot beverage courtesy of the host and a large bottle of water supplied should you require it Out on the landing on a lovely well thought out unit is a large fridge, a microwave, an iron and a hair dryer!! It is the single best hotel weave ever stayed at. There is a lift if you struggle with your mobility which was handy for me and the breakfast, second to none. Full English if you want it, about 8 varieties of cereals, yoghurts, pain o chocolate, croissants , all types of spreads, toast, tea/coffee and orange juice A Rare Little Gem and we personally can’t wait to return so keep up the great work Annette,Adam and the Team because what you’re doing, you’re doing right ❤️❤️

I was travelling solo and booked very last minute, arriving within a couple of hours on the same day I booked. I received a lovely, warm welcome. My room was at the back, which was ideal as it was a cool room in the warm weather. A double room with ensuite, very clean and smelled lovely. Tea coffee, etc. in the room, tv, etc, and so had everything I needed. It felt very safe and homely for someone travelling alone. Breakfast in the morning was also very good, well cooked, good English breakfast, There was a choice of cereals too. Plenty to choose from. Parking is also available at the front and back which was a bonus, no problems.

Nothing

Spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was tasty. Very good value for money and within a few minutes walk from the main street. One slight issue with the tap in the bathroom but I'm sure that will be fixed for future residents so not going to be too harsh on that. Owner was very friendly and welcoming.

As stated one small problem with a tap. Other than that no complaints at all. I don't know what else to say here, what's not to like? The form still wants me to type more but I have no real complaints!

The host was absolutely lovely. She couldn't do more for us. The room was comfortable and clean. We did have an issue with the toilet, but we were quickly given access to a vacant room to use the bathroom in there. The breakfast was really nice, good amount and a good selection of cereals. The location was fantastic for us. Close to the Lego event we were attending but also close to the tram station so very easy to get down to the amusements. There was parking to the front of the hotel which again was perfect for us.

Nothing. All was really nice.

We were made very welcome and our room was clean and comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Breakfast was cooked to perfection..plenty of choice. Annette was on hand to see to any needs we might have had. The hotel was full and yet we were taken good care of. Excellent location. Tram spot at the end of the road which soon whisked us to the main attractions. Off road parking which was very handy Slept well,no noise and hotel felt very homely. Young lass serving breakfast was efficient and helpful with a welcoming smile!

That we couldn't stay longer!

The room was clean and comfortable, seemed newly decorated to a very high standard, the food was excellent, breakfast was in with the price which was very good value

The reception area was grubby which gave the wrong impression and the lady who greeted us on arrival was unkempt but very pleasant to talk to, the breakfast area was dated which is common in Blackpool but the fish tank in the corner of the room was in need of a good clean out, not something you want to see when eating.
