Good area very helpful staff

No top up off water biscuits on the second day even though it did say top up every day . shower could do with a little thought on corner shelf for shower gel the one supplied at an angle fell off shelf onto my foot Ouch!!! And maybe an upgrade to a proper coffee machine not instant nescaffe coffee. also needs a small table for people to get ready at the mirror or move the t setup and place a little something there like a unit if possible for woman to get ready

Private family hotel, a bit out of town. But, quiet and with easy tram access to the town centre. Proprietor Danny, his wife and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ample, with fruit juice, cereals, fresh fruit and cooked, up to full English. My favourite Eggs Benedict was also available and was just to my taste. The rooms were spotless with option of a nice sea view. We would definitely choose to stay here again, rather than the centre. 👍👫

Unfortunately, the weather was not what you would of hoped for. But, of course, outside of Danny's control.

.Got to our room and decided to upgrade to a slightly bigger room with a bit more space which was a lovely room. The breackfast was amazing quality and staff were helpful when making changes to certain breakfast items e.g if you did not want egg on your full English.Staff were chatty and kind would stay there again if I'm ever back in blackpool.would reccomend if you want a stay in a quiter area of blackpool away from the busy attractions and a tram stop is just across the road that can take you near the places you want to see .Thankyou for having us.

It was spotlessly clean . Danny and Trevor made our stay, they were very welcoming and friendly. You’re not far away from the tram stop which takes you into town. Car parking is free and off the main road. The rooms are spotlessly clean and modern even having usb sockets for charging phones ect. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choice from fruit, cereals yogurt and cooked . Danny and Trevor work very hard and made us feel at home. Thank you for a great stay we will be booking again.

A huge thank you to Danny, Colin and Derek! 🙏 A fab hard working team with Top class hospitality!! Nothing was too much trouble! Room was clean and very comfortable! We had a partial sea view on top floor which was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and was served with great care! It was an awesome location, Tram stop just across the road, short ride into the centre. Plenty of places to visit and eat nearby. Lovely to be set on the Promenade front to watch the evening sunsets! 🧡 Would definitely return and recommend to others! Thanks again to Danny, Colin & Derek! Will see you in the future! 😁

Lovely hotel where you feel like a person and not a random guest. Room is small but very cosy and practical. Had everything I needed. Hotel located on a busy road but when the windiws are close I couldn't hear anything. Tram stop literally in front of the hotel which is super convenient.

Mattress was not the best. Had to leave early one morning and could get anything for breakfast even though it was included.

Danny was excellent, always cheerful and a wonderful host. We both slept very well, ready for a day in Blackpool. Breakfast was delicious, with an abundant choice for all tastes. This was a great find, a charming, cosy hotel on a quiet, relaxed part of the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.

Only a suggestion. Please change the white LED lamps in the breakfast room to more friendly, warm white LEDs; I promise it will enhance the beautiful music you play at breakfast. Further, there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Not especially for us. But bathroom in our en suite was tight. Those with a larger frame would struggle. Just a tip ! wasn't a problem for us but as the breakfast was our best . En suite was our smallest.

Just returned from a 2 night stay. Very clean, comfortable accommodation in a good location with excellent free parking. Could not fault it. Danny was the perfect host. Extremely attentive, he made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from including a very tasty full English. We would definitely stay here again.😀

Nothing to not like.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Danny and Trevor were amazing hosts who couldn't do enough for us. Facilities in the hotel were great, located just far enough away from the 'Noise' of Blackpool but within easy reach of all attractions. Food was fab and we'll definitely be back!
