We arrived quite early into Blackpool and rang to see if we could store our bags somewhere until check in and were told this was fine. When we arrived the lovely women who greeted us said we could go ahead and go to our rooms. We had a nice chat with her and on we went. On our way we noticed a box of shampoo, body wash and even perfume for you to take what you need to your room which is handy if you forget such things. When entering our rooms we were pleasantly surprised to find the bedrooms rather cosy and spacious and our bathroom was not too small either. There is also a TV in the rooms, our remote however did not work it whether that was due to the batteries or remote in general I don't know BUT we weren't bothered and did not tell the lady and I'm sure she would have sorted it if we had asked. I was meaning to just let her know ready for the next guests but it slipped my mind. Overall a great stay for a great price and I would highly recomend.

Nothing we were overjoyed with this hotel and the rest of the party agreed that I had done a great job on picking the hotel.

It was a short weekend stop over but the hotel was very nice and ideally situated for all we like to do. Our room was a nice size and clean and tidy. Wish our stay could have been longer but would definitely book again in the future.

No complaints from myself or my family it was a place to sleep and eat the rest of the time we were out enjoying Blackpool, it was like a little home from home for all our needs, so from us it was a great stay

I liked everything about the hotel it is situated in a good place to access both the pleasure beach and bars and restaurants, also the owners where great and very helpful we had the match the next day and the owner said I could leave my car there all day so I didn't have to worry about finding anywhere to park, would definitely recommend.

Lovely little hotel, we had a light that flicked off and the lady came within minute sof us letting her no and replaced it straight away, lively room, an facilities were all there for us ready wen we checked in, towels, tea coffee sugar ect, the bar down stairs was a lovely little pub and Carol who was I. There could not have done any more for us, so friendly and was making with my daughter, who could talk anyone to sleep, 😂she had the patient of a Saint, we are definitely retuning nect year, can not wait, she even showed us a couple of other rooms that weren't occupied, so we can request if we being more family with us, 😁😁

There wasn't any thing that we didn't like, we got what we expected and the eroan who checked us in was fab ect

Owner of hotel so welcoming own key to property so can come and go as you feel situated on the beach front very quiet friendly hotel is great for families and every you need for a holiday is right on your doorstep 😃😃😃😃

Bathroom little small but worked

Good spacious room. Clean and tidy, close to all amenities and McDonald's round the corner which was a 5 minute walk, great location, and the host was very friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Nothing everything was good.

The host rick was very welcoming,nothing was to much trouble room was very clean all amenities in place great sleep comfy bed, the bar wasn't open due to his wife on business and he were doing a gig but the American theme looks great, cant wait to book again.

There were nothing that we didn't like.

The lady with the blonde curly hair was absolutely amazing, extremely welcoming, friendly and fun, the heating had broken but she made sure we was well equipped with electric heaters, we will definitely be going back.

Upon our arrival, owner was lovely and inviting. Room ok, but appeared clean. Had facilities to make brews. Bed was comfortable.

Just a tad out of reach, if you want to go on a pub crawl. Ok if you decide to stay down the south part of blackpool. Near to pleasure beach ect.

very good hotel with parking if your lucky enough as not a lot of spaces, very good value for money room was clean beds were soft

bathroom on the small side. but like most B&B in Blackpool it’s expected.
