The staff here John and Mandy are amazing š Very accommodating, friendly and the hotel is so clean and for the price as well it supercedes other hotels in the same price range by miles. I have stayed here before and the rooms are all so great. Always clean, have clean towels, toiletries and even little biscuits with the tea and coffee āļø You can tell that these are people who take pride in bringing the best they can to creating the best bed and breakfast experience. What many bed and breakfasts fail to do with not decorating, or keeping their rooms clean they seem to go the extra mile at. Also it was so quiet and peaceful and I couldn't hear anyone in rooms beside or above etc. So the walls seem to be well sound proofed. Brilliant stay in immaculate and lovely hotel run by lovely, friendly people. I was actually late checking in and the fact they opened the door for me so late and were so very nice about it shows a lot.

Lovely room I stayed with my 3 children, room wasnt that small considering 4 of us and a double and a bunk bed was in there. Had own bathroom. The room was clean and all facilities we needed. Also plenty of milk coffee tea etc. The owners were really nice, we had no issues at our stay but I'm sure if we had they would of made sure we got it sorted. Location was also a bonus, very close to the main town literally round the corner, 20 min walk to north station which was ideal when I don't drive. Very good value for money.
Nothing evrything was good, no issues

Our hosts Nicki and Michael were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and very spacious with a lovely en suite bathroom. The facilities in the hotel were lovely and the bar area was a nice place to mingle with other guests. The hotel as a whole was very clean and welcoming. The Pine Lodge is situated minutes from the town center and the promenade is literally round the corner. If you're looking for a nice place to stay with your family, I would highly recommend the Pine Lodge. We've already re booked to come back in February.
There is nothing negative to report about this hotel.

Landlady was fantastic, from the moment me and my little one arrived she was friendly and welcoming, it was pouring out and we got soaked, she offered to put our wet things in the dryer and even asked if I'd like them washing, dont get chance to socialise often but was very easy to sit and have a natter with her, was very comforting and friendly towards little one. Absolutley fantastic, will definitely be staying againš„°

Central location, 5 mins walk from beach & shops. Good value for money mid-week. Good sized room. Strong free WiFi. Quick check in. Friendly staff & locals. Clean room. Bed comfortable. Bedding clean. Tea & Coffee making facilities. Good sized TV. Adequate lighting. Warm. Closet en-suite with plenty of very hot water & hot shower. Bar & optional breakfast. Integral roof light/fan. Lots of electric sockets. Wardrobe & drawers. I would return if the price was competitive.
A door opposite room 2 banging, sounds like someone is breaking in to your room. Lively during the evenings - but not intolerably so. Radiator regulator broken & set in max position. View from window is bleak. No chair/surface to eat/write.

Hosts we're absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough to help you. Great value for money. Stayed with a 6 year old for 7 nights, who loved the Hotel. The place was immaculately clean. Pool table and a nice theme in common area's. Would highly recommend if your on a budget. Location close to all activities and beach but far enough away not to be too busy and overwhelming. Will stop again without doubt. Thank you.

The proprietors were very friendly and kind. The room was lovely and warm. We paid £20 for the night absolutely unheard of for what the room was like it was spacious and clean.
