Apart from the fact it is only a 10 min walk to the tower and all the central attractions this b&b is such a nice place to stay. It’s a beautiful, well decorated, clean place with all the facilities you need including a great breakfast to start the day and to finish it off its run by an exceptional couple that will bend over backwards to make your stay feel welcoming. Highly recommend staying here if your visiting Blackpool

If I had to say something it would be our room needs a more powerful shower but that’s just being picky. Love this place

David was there to welcome us as soon as we arrived Got parked no problem the room we were in was very clean beautiful decor the extras in the room we more than you would expect The bed and linen were very comfortable had a fantastic sleep Breakfast room again spotless and Bernice was there to welcome us The full English breakfast was lovely not greasy Plenty of cereal and fruit and you helped yourself to toast and fruit juice Both David & Bernice are very helpful and welcoming had a lovely stay your not far from everything Blackpool has to offer We will definitely be back to this wee gem well worth a visit Thanks David & Bernice

I loved the way they looked after me and my dad,breakfast, room all good

In my room ,room 10 the tv did not work as having mental health issues I love to sit and watch tv and relax, Also I did not like the location of we're it was ,was walking through the backstreet they was gangs of young people watching you and on the Friday night me and my dad was followed by a lad on a push bike walking down coronation street road ,the lad had a mask on covering his face ,me and my dad had to go in to a shop and wait till the cost was clear as we was scared for are lives .

This isn't my first visit but it is my first visit under the management of Bernice and Dave. I rated this hotel well when Sue and Tony owned it but the improvements Dave and Bernice have made are phenomenal. They have simplified the dining room, making it much neater, functional and brighter. The first thing I said when I went in there was "oh my God". Breakfast was spot on, I don't usually care for sausages but I had one and enjoyed it. There were facilities for us to make our own toast so we didn't have to ask for it, we could just get as much as we wanted, when we wanted it. Our room was lovely, with a selection of refreshments, including biscuits. There was also a selection of travel sized toiletries and even a pair of slippers each. I was concerned about how soft the bed was at first because I have issues with chronic pain but even though the mattress was soft, it provided me with the support I needed. Some kind of sorcery. There are plenty of sockets as well as usb sockets for phone chargers. The room has its own iron, ironing board and hairdryer. There is a full length mirror in the room and a beautiful dressing table with three mirrors. I can't recommend this place enough and if you have a car, it's ideal because it has its own parking. If you're coming to Blackpool, I strongly suggest you look for rooms at this hotel before you try anywhere else, seriously. If you have real diagnosed OCD like my husband, you will be okay here. Incidentally, it was his 60th birthday when we arrived and Bernice was disappointed we hadn't told her beforehand, because she would have arranged something special for him. We're coming back here in April, booked it when we checked out this morning.

The location was ideal for us & parking on site a bonus . We arrived earlier than arranged but it was no problem, I was greeted by a lovely host , very chatty & welcoming. Our room was fine for what we needed, lovely towels & toiletries with complimentary slippers too ! Plenty tea & coffee facilities. The breakfast was fabulous didn’t want anything to eat until tea time ! On the whole our weekend was really lovely & made just perfect by our stay . I hope that this new venture works out for you , we will hopefully be back next year for another little break . Thank you .

The B&B was very welcoming, clean and tidy. The two proprietors equally as charming and a great help. Nice to see that smiley face at breakfast. 100% would rebook to stay again.

The bathroom was a little dated, but clean and tidy. We were chatting with the owners who told us they only took over last year and are refurbishing bit by bit, bathrooms next so not a complaint!

Lovely people running the Hotel, not too far from the centre and beach, car parking available which was a bonus, comfy bed.

Unfortunately, across the road from Hotel is the Sandringham, which is, it would appear, housing some rather disgruntled individuals who seemed intent on having their disagreements in the street in the early hours of the morning!!

Very good location near the centre,in a quiet street.Bernice made me feel very welcome.My single room was exactly what I wanted,clean and comfortable.I didn't have the full breakfast in the mornings as I find them a bit much but other guests did and they seemed to be enjoying them.A good experience at a reasonable price.If you go to the Rocklea you won't be disappointed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

A really lovely place with welcoming hosts, the room was spacious and clean with everything you could need. Breakfast was delicious with a full English, toast, cereal, juice and tea and coffee available. Parking was a dream, I pre-booked my spot and I'm glad I did as it was super busy the weekend we visited.

Had a great stay welcomed on arrival by owners personally. I believe the breakfast was amazing however, I didn’t make it down myself. I will definitely be back to stay again. great accommodation and certainly one of the cleanest and well maintained hotels I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in Blackpool.
