Staff were amazingly friendly and very helpful. Nice outside seating area to enjoy a drink if you get the weather.

Hard to navigate the narrow rabbit warren corridors with suitcases. My friend has walking difficulties so up and down few stairs heavy doors and long corridors wasn't easy. Very few sockets and none next to beds. Would advise to take a socket extension.

just a short walk from the Promenade, has Parking available, albeit at a small cost. Room was suitable, not the one we booked but still ok, maybe if we stayed longer than 1 night we would have queried. staff were all helpful and pleasant. Harper also well behaved and loving. breakfast was great, Full Fry up, with additional toast and cereals and fruit joos etc. never got the chance to use the Bar facilities. we would gladly return, next time we visit Blackpool.

no milk in room for Tea and Coffee facilities. no hooks in bathroom for towels. very trivial little things that don’t deter us.

The staff are amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Great bar area which is open late. Reasonable prices, don’t feel like you’re being ripped off. Crisps and chocolate available at the bar too. Drinks vending machine also on site. Hair dryer in room. Plenty of towels provided.

They only did b&b had to go out for a meal on an evening, they only did chrisps and that type of thing, it would have been better if they did sandwiches etc. The hotel could have been a bit warmer the heating was at a minimum.

Staff were friendly on arrival and throughout the stay! Happy to help with any query! No wait at breakfast and lots of options! Food was great! Location is brilliant, really close to central pier and the tower if you are visiting and wanting to go to any shows etc. There are pool tables and darts in the hotel if you do want to stay in and relax for a few hours.

We go to Blackpool every year and we we decided to stay at this hotel again because of all the positives. However, this year we were out in room 11 which was at the top of the stairs beside the hallway door and looked down onto the main road and car park. The door would be opened and shut often and had a Loud creak which made it difficult to sleep in the morning or sometimes wake us at night.

The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The Breakfast was great and rooms clean. Also, bonus was parking on site. It is an additional cost per day to a Max of £20.00. I stayed from Friday - Monday, so a £20.00 cost, and on checkout they just entered my reg again as the Monday one expired at 1.00pm but I was able to then spend the rest of the day in Blackpool as they extended it for me. I had booked a single room but they upgraded me to a double on arrival which was nice of them and I was able to check in when I arrived at 12.30 as it was ready so that was also a bonus. I would recommend.

the room was very clean, the bed was sooooo comfy and the breakfast was lovely too, the guy who booked us in made us feel so welcome , we have stayed here a few times and will definately be back but will book direct next time as i feel we paid a bit too much for 1 nights stay ? speaking with ppl we met and how much they had paid for their hotels going direct instead of a third party.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. The hotel is easy to get to and has excellent parking facilities which is useful for Blackpool.

The hotel seems popular with hen and stag parties, so it can be noisy on a night time when they arrive back after a night out, but we stayed on a weekend , so it may be different during midweek. Having said that my wife and I would stay there again without hesitation as it is a 10 minute walk to the main highlights in Blackpool

Room was adequate and clean. Breakfast was served quickly and piping hot. All the staff were extremely pleasant and nothing was a bother to them.

Toilets in room could do with a little TLC. We were on second floor so quite a few stairs to climb to get to room. Would need to arrange with hotel for downstairs room if you have mobility problems. Bar was opened late but no entertainment on in hotel while we were there.
