Great hotel entertainment was fabulous and everyone was so friendly

The owner or director made a lot of guests feel uncomfortable as she wasn’t the most welcoming, could see her openly giving staff members into trouble for little things , I understand they need to run a hotel but it is the customers who makes the hotel money and it was a very busy hotel so would be nice for her to be more welcoming and understanding and not throw her weight around with customers and staff

Great location, lovely sea view good sized rooms

It said on your website that the evening meal was £20 for a 4 course meal but it was £30 for a 3 course meal which wasn’t worth £90 that I paid for the 3 of us . We were told the evening meal was between 5 and 6:30 we got there at 5 was told there were no space’s, so come back at 6o’clock which was ok but felt like they was rushing us because they finished at 6:30. The portion size was very small also.

Room was spacious and shocked at separate bedroom and big bathroom, which included separate bath from shower. Great view of beach front Different towels everyday The evening entertainment were good, Paul Mac, Matt Styles especially. Love a bit of comedy & good old banter. Keep up the laughs and p#ss taking! Chris cain ward, brill👍 Stayed from 9th untill 12th August 2024 One of the best places i have stayed with family, but easily good enough for a laugh as couples. Defo, booking this suite we had again.

Having to pay the room price based on 6 sharing, when only a family of four. Prefer to pay per person per night. But the extensive coffee and tea availability in the room made up for that.

Great friendly staff, very keen and happy to help. Brilliant evening entertainment. Really good that it’s a 24 hour desk, snacks and drinks available to buy in the hotel plus plenty of tea and coffee in the bedroom. Really good shower! Much better than you usually get in a Blackpool hotel! It’s a very clean hotel inside, except for bedroom windows.

There’s some little bits in the room that were dated or needed a bit more attention to detail. Black bits on the shower seals, shower head hanging pole thing coming off the wall, windows really need cleaning inside and outside of the room we stayed in. All these things are minor,

The staff were very friendly and the chef made excellent meals. It did not meet my expectations as told reception that heating was not working and waited a day and a half to wait fixture. The bath towel is small not able to wrap around body. The sheets were not changed 2 day despite me hanging sign to say the room was ready for housekeeping g. The lift is deplorable rather slow only holding 2 very slim people or 1 larger build person. One had to wait up to 1/2 hour at times to get lift. Many guests stayed they would not return. The show bar had excellent performers.

Location was superb, bar and bar staff were great. Entertainment was also great. Didn't have much interaction with staff, the two that I spoke with for check in and my misplaced room card were also good and efficient.

Stairs and lift not the best but not sure there is a lot the hotel can do. Lift wise you press what floor you want and then it stops at each floor on the way. There was blinds but in the morning they let a little too much light in, would have been better with curtains This is me really nit-picking as it was really good and would stay again

The location was great. Most of the staff were really friendly and very helpful. There was just one staff member who was a bit arrogant when trying to get served for a coffee. There was no que at all but waited 20 min for him to stop faffing about before he served us. Although this should not have a reflection on all of the other staff as they were great. The hotel was clean and the rooms were reasonable and comfy. We have booked to stay again.

We got quite a few emails for a few days before we arrived suggesting that we make use of the all inclusive drinks package but when we arrived and asked for the package we were told it wasn’t available for this particular weekend. Just something to be aware of if you’re staying over a bank holiday.

We had the Gleneagles Suite, on the face of it looks beautiful. Walk in shower is lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Icons show on Saturday night was very good. Staff were lovely.

Look a little more closely and there’s draughts coming from the windows, ill fitting blinds, the sofa beds are sagging. Could do with a couple of chairs. No shelf in walk in shower to put shower gel or shampoo, even a plastic shower stool would help. Had to ask how to work the shower….there’s a knack to it, hopefully sorted soon 😂

Location, room was clean and tidy, bar staff friendly, cleaners thorough, car parking available

No top up allowed on tea and coffee, told only on arrival. The receptionist with dark purple long hair was the most unhelpful person with a rude Manor. We paid for a late checkout and the door was knocked on 4 times on separate occasions asking us if we were going soon,THEN to top it off we took stuff to the car and when we came back to get the cases we were locked out of the room!!!
