We loved the kid and pet friendly staff there , Adam and Steve made our kids days and nights which was very comforting we were treat like royalty kids even had tears whilst leaving, hubby got home and asked me if we should go and return for a few days more having spent 8 days there prior😳😂 I can say we had 5 different rooms in total and they were up to expectations and needs, they are currently undergoing a transformation from dining area to a bigger bar area so that they can have more room for members of the public to accompany us who are wanting to drink onsite. The place is smack bang across from the beach what's even better is that you are close to tram, train station, pleasure beach, shops and places to eat don't forget the arcades and piers🤑 fantastic stay going to book again for October💪

Very friendly staff, room was clean, exactly as advertised and for the price I would definately stay again. I did not use the other facilities, but there was bingo and entertainment. Pool table in the bar and a great seating area at the front overlooking the promenade. The dining room was a good size. Small carpark to the rear of the hotel, which was full when I arrived, so I could not use it. Pet friendly, which is what i needed.

There were no towels in the bedroom but was given when requested. There are too many stairs, but that's personal to me as carrying a lot of bags.

The owner was friendly and helpful when needed. He was quiet and kept to himself, which is fine for us. They have a bingo night, the kids are welcome at the disco night, I found this to be friendly, but it's more of a sit and chill than getting the kids up dancing. The room we had was clean and tidy and had been freshly decorated to look a lot more modern including the bathroom it's probably one of the nicest budget hotels we've stayed in at Blackpool if you exclude travelodge and Premier Inn (this hotel really undercut them during the 6 weeks holiday weekend). The beds were comfortable, and you had a basic wardrobe drawer and side table, as well as a tv with freeview.

The only thing I found was another hotel stayer came in at 01:40 am quite loudly and woke me up, this wasn't the hotel owners fault, and they soon quieted.

I loved how a few hours before arrival Sarah rang me to ensure we were still arriving when we stated and everything was ready for our stay. When we arrived Sarah simply couldn't be anymore helpful with guiding us on where to park and advice on our stay there. Sarah's helpful friendly service was above and beyond and because of this, we will be returning guests. We stayed in the Quadruple room, sea view and it was perfect with cleanliness and piece and quiet after a busy day around Bpool. Fantastic location, can't wait to return again. Thank you Sarah!

Lift out of order.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating providing plates and cutlery when ordering a takeaway etc. Room was clean enough loved the fresh white bedding! Makes all the difference. Room was spacious one of the biggest rooms i have stayed in in blackpool. Can hear people speaking in corridor when passing but its the same anywhere in balckpool you stay so didnt bother us. (We had 2 children under 5 so they probably made alot of noise) Great location great value for money and would come back.

There wasnt really anything in particular, alot of people go on about cleanliness noise etc but to me this hotel the room size and clean bedding was the best ive had in blackpool so no complaints.

We had the family room, sea view was stunning, looking at the lights from the room with the kids was lovely, room was clean, the price to stay was brilliant, we did have a good time, sometimes when you come to Blackpool and get a dodgy B&B it can ruin your stay but this B&B was good so we enjoyed Blackpool even more. They are also refurbishing the restaurant and Bar downstairs, it looks lovely so far, really modern and bright. We will be booking again :)

Haven't got anything we didn't like to be honest

This hotel was right on the sea front, about 3 minute walk from the pleasure beach and 5 minute walk from the north pier and central blackpool. The room felt very homely and we were greeted by a lovely member of staff jacub, he made sure we comfortable and provided us with all the information we needed, he was smiley and jokey which was very nice to see, especially on a monday afternoon :)

We stayed in a room which happened to have a window that was not sealed and didn’t close properly, now it’s the middle of february and did get quite chilly in the room. we were awoke from how loud the busy main road were due to this broken window. Nothing a dressing gown and some fluffy socks can’t save!

The hotel is in a prime location, near the tower & town. You can see they are clearly refurbishing the property. Our room was fine-our expectations were of a typical type B&B room, had all clean, ironed bedding, fresh towels, shower was new & worked well. Tea/Coffee & kettle. £10 for parking. The room was £39 for 3 so at £13 per head I didn’t find anything to moan about. Good luck to the hotel with your refurbishments. All staff very friendly 😊.

The location was ideal, staff were friendly too.

The car parking. I think the fault is with booking.com and not necessarily the hotel itself. Yes there is parking however it is very limited and you have to pay £10 per night, however as the spaces are limited and are on a first come first serve basis, I felt if we moved our car we would lose our space and still would have had to pay as you pay upfront for parking. So for our 2 night stay we didn't use the car.

The karaoke was great at night times for the kids and family entertainment. All in all we had a lovely weekend and met some great people.

There was no breakfast facilities on that weekend which I was a bit disappointed with as we're the kids but hopefully that won't be for too long :) x we would go back again as it's a great family hotel and there was the pool table and the entertainment keeping the kids entertained and a good atmosphere in general.
