Everything! We were given a free upgrade from a double room to a family room as our double room was getting refurbished. The Family room already had been refurbished and was lovely and modern and very clean. Breakfast was spot on! And we tried out all the beds including the bunk beds... Lovely and comfy!

There was nothing we didn't like... The best part of our stay in Blackpool is the hotel. It has everything we love... 2x swimming pools outdoor and inside with Jacuzzis etc and a fab gym. Also a fab bar that overlooks the golf course! It's got everything. Staff so friendly too! So all good! Best hotel we have ever staying in.

The room was lovely, very clean and tidy and comfy! Definitely will stay again ☺️ staff were lovely, very friendly and approachable! One of the cleaners knocked on the door to see if we needed anything which I thought was a lovely touch and she was so kind and lovely, the other cleaner I spoke to was also so friendly and lovely so 10/10 cleaning staff!! We are also considering this as a wedding venue!

Only downfalls was the room was very very hot the weather didn’t help but it reminded me of being on holiday with no air con. One of the Starbucks staff was very rude and abrupt, she ignored me twice whilst looking my way and when I said excuse me a little louder she looked I only asked if they accepted cash and she answered ‘yeah’ I felt shall we say small while stood around other people even another lady pulled her face so it was seen. I just hope she was having a bad day as let’s be honest we all have them! Young blonde lady at reception was very helpful and really really nice. I didn’t get her name sorry

Everything apart from breakfast

I rang the hotel about my eating as I've got terminal cancer so couldn't really eat the cooked breakfast I paid £12.50 for ceral which I was told to speak to the manager again when I was there and nobody was interested in what I was saying. When I went to the village in Hyde they couldn't do enough up graded me for the pool and things and a glass of wine. I had to explain in front of other people what was going on with me which wasn't very nice. And I'm still waiting for someone to ring me about this. My husband wants to go back their next month as its our 25th wedding anniversary but I'm not so sure. So could you please ask someone to get in touch. Thankyou

The location was great and the grounds were lovely. We couldn't believe that this hotel rating was three stars. Should be higher! It was a good distance away from Blackpool promenade but not too far, that you were out of it completely. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The price was very good for the two nights that we were there. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool and spa-like facilities were good but we did find it a little busier than what we would have liked and the pool was a little bit cold. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and options. The room service was a lovely touch and having a Starbucks at the hotel was great. Would love to stay here again.

The pool was cold and the pool area was busy.

Excellent hotel, lots to do during your stay, the 2 swimming pools gym and hot tub were just brilliant. Breakfast was excellent with good quality and well cooked food, also lots of options. Staff were helpful and friendly and offered advice on the local area. Grounds were also lovely, it wasn't the weather for us to have a full walk around but what we did see was lovely. Room had a view of the outdoor swimming pool which was being well used, no noise could be heard from it as the windows were double glazed. Little extras in the room were appreciated, Tea and coffee, kettle, hair dryer iron and board all standard in America less so in UK. Loads of parking.

We were lucky to stay over a weekend so the parking was included, however week day stays have a charge. Just seems a bit mean.

the pool and hot tub and steam room facilities where incredible, the breakfast was fab . the beds where very comfortable. the staff where lovely and helped us out .Having a starbucks in the lobby was excellent too.

there where no bottles of water in any vending machines , we then went to the grill and the bar to get a bottle and they didnt have any too , so having more liquids in the vending machines would be good , the rooms where very comfortable however the room next door to us where very loud and where slamming the doors the whole night whivh made it very difficult to actually fall asleep .

How clean and comfy the hotel is and how helpful the staff are .The outdoor pool swimming in the rain was lovely .The bed was very comfortable. On a whole nice place to stay staff make you feel very welcome .Enjoyed watching people playing golf from the terrace .

Food very expensive for what it is , pub grub ! Did not like that there was a single childs bed in our double room as it was a couples night away felt like back home haha , booked a double so just wanted a double plus it took up room on one side of our bed .

We had a nice warm welcome in the family room with a lovely greetings card, a drink and packet of sweets each for the children. The beds were really comfortable, room was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the swimming facilities. Can't wait to come and stay again. Would definitely give 5 out 5 Stars 🤩 ⭐

The only problem we had was children running up and down the corridor at 11pm and knocking on the doors, understandable with children but when you trying to sleep it's quite irritating. And other people In general just slamming doors late at night. Another thing would be to have small fridges in the rooms depending on the length of stay for like milk, drinks etc

After reading the bad reviews I was a little unsure about booking but I needn't have worried. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean. My room was cleaned everyday with towels and bedding changed daily. Tea and coffee were topped up regularly. I ate in the Bar and Grill one night, a little pricey but the food was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style and no better or worse than anywhere else. Hot food was always hot and the machine coffee was lovely and creamy. There is also a Starbucks on site.

There were no plugs near the bed for charging my phone but that wasn't really an issue as there are plugs elsewhere in the room. Biscuits would have been a nice touch in the room to have with a cup of tea 😀

The Facilities were excellent, so much for the kids. Huge area with so much choice. The reception staff could not do enough to help and were excellent. Blonde girl Eden on reception I’m sure her name was - She was superb & super helpful.

The food! Breakfast was really poor to be honest! I paid £30 for myself older daughter and younger daughter. The choice was so poor! No mushrooms, no chocolate spread, no choice of porridge, only scrambled eggs and no choice of fried or poached. I could go to the premier Inn and pay £19 for the 3 of us and get a far superior breakfast!! Was really disappointed! Went to pub bar & grill on the Sunday, spent £90 on Sunday roast, some drinks and desserts. Average food, nothing spectacular and yet can go to an upper class restaurant in the Winter Gardens with a much higher standard of freshly cooked home made food and pay less!! - Not value for money at all! The entire hotel could do with refurbishment. It needs painting and freshened up everywhere.
