The relaxed welcome feel. We were able to come and go as we please but we’re offered everything we needed. Parking in Brighton was easy because we were able to purchase a permit from the owners. The location was excellent within walking distance to the beach and the town centre.

The only thing we could find to improve on was the direction of the water in the shower (6). When it was on full it pointed at the wall of the shower making it difficult to stand under and when it was turned down so the water fell in the centre of the curlicue, it was hard to control the temperature. This did not effect our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

It’s clean, comfortable, quiet and fairly spacious. Well within a walking distance to the city centre. The street is pretty lined with Georgian? houses. We stayed only for one night to visit our relatives, and it served for that purpose very well.

It was really our fault, but we didn’t know that there would be no one to let us in when we arrived at early evening. My husband had not checked his email before our travel, and we couldn’t get the instructions to let ourself in. When we were finally able to make contact with the staff, they were patient and helpful.

Very clean, comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. Lots of tea and coffee facilities.

I was on the top floor and having recently had a total knee replacement it was particularly difficult. As I was staying alone it would have been nice to have some help getting my bags upstairs. Therefore someone to check in with would have been great Window was rattling in the wind. Also, windows were pretty grubby and needed a clean. Beautiful house but a bit sparce and could be a bit cosier. However I was very comfortable.

The Guest house was clean and tidy, the rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. Tea coffee etc in the room along with shower gel etc. shower worked well and bathroom was very clean. The location was brilliant pubs and shops, restaurants all very close but also only a 15 minute walk to the main town, i360, etc. the beach is about 5 minutes away. The coded entry to both the front door and bedrooms works well. We left our coats in the wardrobe and luckily a friend lives near by and went to collect them but that was after excellent customer service from the owners to leave them in a safe place. All in all a lovely place and when we next come to the area we would definitely stay here again.

It was a five minute to the Brighton Pier, but very quiet at night, lovely village vibe with shops and restaurants just around the corner. Clean, comfy and great for just a night's stop over. There was no reception or staff, just let yourself in with a code and on and out as you please. Although I had a small single it had everything I needed.

Not that I didn't like it, but had never stayed at a place before that had no reception or check in and you just went in and to your room, but that was fine once I'd realised how it worked.

Loved that it was self check in, made it easy to get settled in. Located on a quiet road, so had a great nights sleep! Central location meant it was easy to get to the places I wanted to visit in Brighton. There’s loads of restaurants & cafes nearby and also not far from the beach. I arrived a little early so popped in to drop off my bag and the staff were super helpful, popped my backpack in a safe place until my room was ready and when I popped back later to check into my room, my bag was inside my room. Loved that there were sachets of oat milk among the tea and coffee making facilities! Overall I loved my stay here , very clean and cosy, will definitely return in the future when I visit Brighton!

I can’t think of anything negative about my stay, it was perfect

Bed was REALLY comfortable and bedding so good. The room was clean. all the facilities were great. Easy check in and out.

Bathroom was tiny and was hard not to soak the floor and hair while waiting for the shower to warm up. No mirror near a socket for hairdryer/hair straighteners. I couldn't lock the window and the window is quite visible from other properties. So could not open the curtains while getting changed. Ideally a sheer curtain or blind or a frosted lower window would be better.

The self check in and out worked well. Great location to explore Brighton and the surrounding area. The parking permits worked well.

I didn’t receive any communication about how to check in and had to ring on the day of arrival. Communication wasn’t great about booking the parking permit and again I had to ring as emails weren’t replied to via booking.com or the website. Following both telephone calls - both issues were resolved very quickly.

Self check in was straight forward and convenient, my parking permit was waiting for me exactly as described. My room was spacious, cozy and clean. The bathroom was basic but all necessities there and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The spacious balcony was an unexpected bonus, but best of all was the bed - possibly the most comfortable bed I ever slept in!

Only tiny thing to note was that the tv didn’t work, but this didn’t bother me

Room was clean, quiet and warm. The bed was very comfortable with high quality bedding. Bathroom very good with fluffy towels and very good shower gel. liked the cafetière with ground coffee, and both cow and oat milk sachets provided. Fresh decoration and interesting artwork on the walls - faultless!

Nothing! A little concerned no staff on site but codes for access to property and room provided in good time, and worked well.
