The staff were very pleasant. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and well designed to give an individual touch.

My only issue with the whole experience, which is my fault, was that I could not remember the key code to gain access to the hotel. I could also not contact anyone after 11 pm. Had it not been for another couple coming back from a celebration, I could have potentially been stuck outside all night whilst this was down to my bad memory, there needs to be a fail safe way of getting the code from the site. The area of access was isolated and very ark once the lights had gone out.

So pretty and cosy, the outside area is like a little secret garden, full of plants flowers, ornaments, and at night all little twinkle lights. just gorgeous. The courtyard room I stayed in was perfect. opened and looked out onto the garden. clean comfortable. fantastic shower.

if I had to say one thing it would be there was no bar. I know it’s a B and B but a lot do have a license. Maybe it should be on the description page, there were six of us, we go on lots of weekends away together, and to arrive and sit out in that lovely garden with a drink while we all waited for each other to arrive would have been lovely. we had to walk to town and wait in the pub which wasn’t the end of the world. just we would have preferred to wait there. However I did ring before we came back from the pub and the owner allowed us to buy drink to have outside, had we known before we could have bought it all with us. I would still highly recommend as it’s a lovely place, pretty inside and out. lovely staff, fantastic breakfast.

The building and gardens were well kept and the rooms were beautifully furnished and decorated in keeping with the age of the building. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were very good.

There could have been more warning about the accessibility of the rooms at the top of the building, as I feel that some people would not have been able to manage the stairs - and certainly not with larger cases. While there is parking at the property, it is limited - we needed to block in some cars one night and had to park in the town carpark the next night. Although not far from the property, again it makes moving luggage difficult.

Excellent breakfast and location and good to have free parking . Lovely garden but didn’t have time to use . Great to have fan in the room

Not that I didn’t like the room it was nice but I thought it was to be slightly bigger as I had booked a superior room . Being 2 adults of 6 foot the beams caught us out a few times especially at night . It wasn’t the owners fault but there was roadworks right through the night so very noisy and because it was hot we needed window open . As I say not their fault ! We were up 2 flights of steep stairs which were tricky as my husband had problems with his hip but again not the owners fault !

Breakfast was well presented and tasted lovely. Really set us up for the days ahead. Fresh croissants a delight. Bedroom and facilities first class.

Parking a bit tight but 24 hour car park available down the road, which was free between 6pm and 8 am. Could easily be left blocked in by other residents cars and no means of seeing who they belonged to. Maybe a record of car registrations should be kept. Ttat said, we did not have any problems.

The old brewhouse is beautifully kept and all the rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful, and we had a wonderful breakfast.

We would have preferred an earlier check-in time, It was explained to us that they have a big turnaround and so it is a lot of work to get the rooms ready. They were happy to let us park at the property and we walked into Cirencester which is a beautiful town.

The property was well situated and an easy walk into town. Our room was very comfortable and the room clean. There was a conservatory to sit in and an outside table and chairs. The breakfast was good and quite varied.

having other people walking past our bedroom door in the conservatory area enroute to the breakfast room or to reception. The dormer window blind wouldnt stay down properly.

The property is in a lovely location, close to the town and easy to get to other places near by. The room was beautifully lay out and everything was very clean. There were refreshments provided in the room and the addition of the shower gel, soap and shampoo was lovely. All of the staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked and the wait was so worth it. We had croissants, toast and plenty of coffee whilst we waited. Everything was delicious !

The property had no faults at all. If you need to get a taxi to another location check the price beforehand so that you are not caught out. We were shocked by how much it cost for just a 10 minute journey.

Very homely and welcoming. Location fantastic 😊

Breakfast was between 8-9. Shame it couldn’t be extended at the weekends. Breakfast was lovely, whether it was a fry up, or fruit with yoghurt, nice variety
