Jackie, Kimberley, Bergot (forgive me if I misspelt the lady's name) & Darren were engaging and offered a warm welcome. I received advice and assistance with my visit. My room was quickly changed when I mentioned a disturbing noise in the infrastructure - perhaps a refrigerating A/C compressor; I was offered a room with a view, overlooking the market place. In the restaurant, Tabatha was a most wonderful host. So, a big thank you. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service, complete with proper cotton napkins, was superb. In my room the linen was ample & oozed of quality. I liked the heater frame in the bathroom too.
The room doors could not be locked from the inside! In all my frequent travels & hotel stays, this design is a first. It meant that the cleaning lady just burst into my room one afternoon and apologised profusely for the intrusion. 2. Off site parking. 3. Little details like - the light for the shaving mirror never worked, no face wash offered, some stains on the carpet, no complimentary fresh milk in the fridge for the tea or coffee - minor issues.

Property was decorated really nicely (sort of quirky rustic feel). Location was amazing, right in the centre of Cirencester and bedrooms were super! We had Sunday roast before we left which was INCREDIBLE and would highly recommend.
We did originally book massages and and use of the spa yet on arrival we were told the spa had completely closed and were unable to proceed with the massages (which was a bit of a shame as one of the main reasons I booked the hotel). The staff were great and as a result upgraded our room and offered us a free drink, yet would’ve been good to know before arriving. The hotel itself was slightly lacking atmosphere but we did spend a lot of time exploring Cirencester so didn’t utilise it a huge deal.

The hotel was perfectly situated to explore Cirencester. The reception staff were helpful. Our room was of a good size and nicely fitted out. The restaurant staff were excellent.
Our room was at the furthest reaches of the hotel and looked out onto a brick wall; the bathroom door was significantly swollen and was difficult to open an shut and the mattress may have been passed its change date. The cooked breakfasts on two of the three days we were there were something of a trial. Unavailability of our preferred choice on day 1 and day 2, a stale waffle on day 1 and a very lukewarm full English on day 2 were disappointments and, given the drop in temperature, the public rooms and corridors could have had some heating

Great location, lovely decor and a proper treat for the night. Staff (except one, but not 100% sure he was staff?) were lovely and helpful. Room was elegant, big, had a thoughtful mini bar with a great selection! Double sink in bathroom, gorgeous walk in shower, Elemis products, robes and slippers. Fab.
Bar was apparently closed when we got back from dinner and we felt like we were ushered straight past it which was odd. A very rude man (assume he was staff?) shouted at us when we were heading for the lift, which we didn’t know was out of order at the time. Peculiar end to the night.

Great location in the centre of town, so all amenities are easily accessible. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a fridge with fresh milk.
If I was being super critical, I would say I didn't like the horrible view of the staff car park and 'dump' from the room (Bespoke 2) but I wasn't in the room for long and at least it was quiet at night. The lighting was ok, but better bedside lamps would make reading in bed easier. Ideally, I'd like breakfast to be included in the room price.

We have stayed at The KHH 3 times and on each occasion the staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are beautifully made up and the food is excellent. During our most recent stay there was a problem with the heating in our room, despite it being late the Reception team were amazingly helpful and changed our room as well as giving us an upgrade for the inconvenience. We are getting married later this year and will be staying at the hotel as will many of our guests, we are really excited to visit again as it has become a very special hotel to us.

Check in was extremely well managed. We arrived at 11:30 a.m. (way before the 3:00 pm check-in time) and explained to the lady at the reception that we wouldn't be returning until around 12:30 a.m. as we were going to a wedding and reception. We were advised that this would be no problem at all. After being advised of our apartment no. and given a ticket for our case, we left the case in the reception and returned later to retrieve the room key and to find our luggage already in the room. A very smooth and professional experience, given the time and no. of guests also returning from the wedding to the hotel at the same time.
Parking was an issue as didn't really want to leave my car in a public car park some distance from the hotel ... but guess that's what you have to do to ensure you get a prime city centre location.

Stylish modernised hotel in terrific city centre location, with nice bar /sitting area and attached Brasserie. We had three "bespoke" superior rooms that were very spacious and well equipped.
There were no drawers at all for clothes in the rooms - only very limited hanging space. Why do hotels think you do not need to unpack a suitcase? The Spa service was poor - a massage booking was not honoured on time and had to be abandoned. We were not advised to book parking at the hotel. It is very limited and even unloading outside is quickly jumped on by the wardens. There is only one lift for a three storey building. Not a problem for us but be warned.

Very central. On a Main Street in the town but very quiet. We were spending a few days travelling around the Cotswolds so it was a great base for that. Lots of coffee shops and nice restaurants around.
No parking. Hotel should stamp a parking ticket or cover the cost of the parking for the stay. It was a pain having to run out and find a space and put money on a ticket. It was a worry for us to make sure we were not late having to top up parking ticket.

Excellent breakfast and great variety of menu choices
Smell in the reception area was a little off-putting. There was a sewer/toilet smell around the reception area that was not very nice There were some very loud customers sitting at seats by the fire on Friday night who were not residents and very loud. Staff could have warned them about their noise more readily. It meant we had to move to the seats near the front door when we are hotel residents.
