Location & view perfect. Lovely listening to the waves crashing at night. Breakfast was good & good service. Friendly staff.

Communial door outside our room banged against wall everytime someone came through the door. & i see it has left a hole in the wall from doing so.. needs a door stop. No shower gel , shampoo or hand soap in bathroom could easily fix a refillable dispenser on wall one above sink one in shower. I like to wash my hands properly. So had to go to Sainsburys & buy items.. also nowhere to put your toiletries in the shower I find it hard to bend down especially in such a small cubicle.. no hairdryer in room & couldnt get hotel WiFi to work.

The family room was spacious and comfy with excellent views. The hotel staff were absolutely delightful - helpful, friendly and efficient. The pool was great, as was the jacuzzi. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and a drink in the hotel bar at night. The location is fantastic, so convenient. Would definitely rebook!

There aren’t that many suggestions I could make. It would be great to have some shampoo in the showers rather than bringing your own , and maybe a little more choice at breakfast like fruit salad or yogurt but really these are minor things. Everything was very comfortable, clean and good value.

Excellent location, clean rooms, pleasant staff.

A little basic, but the value price reflected that

The location was great just a bit of a problem finding parking for the car Breakfast was good, starting with cereal or juice followed by a cooked breakfast where you could chose what you wanted. The service was quick and efficient with very pleasant waiting staff

Nothing, everything was good. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Tv on the wall. Hairdryer supplied. Light switch for the bedside lights also had 2 USB sockets

We stayed in a family room with balcony which was perfect for us. Beautiful view of the sea and pier. Comfortable beds, clean and staff are very polite and helpfull. Would definatly stay again / recommend.

My only issue was our hotel door shut fine but it did gap at the top left corner and was quite stiff to open both from in and outside. The balcony could do with a little tlc paint but otherwise very nice and clean.

Proximity to the beach, sea view from the family room. Size of the family room. Friendly staff and evening entertainment. The pool with jacuzzi whilst small where an added bonus.

Depends what you are looking for but breakfast and evening meals are very set in terms of menu and timings. There are however many options within close proximity.

Celebrated our 60th (Diamond) wedding Anniversary at the Royal Pier, Every thing was A1, could not have wished for a better place to spend this special day in lifes calendar, special mention to staff (Manager) Alex, Maria, Sharner, Joan, Julie including ALL STAFF, always friendly, and helpful. Special Mention The Chef, and his lovely home made cooking. Hotel a little tired, but expected in this very old building steeped in History of Princess Beatrice before coming to the throne as Queen Victoria. God Willing we will return.

Unfortunately we have to name the lift. Very old, lost count how many time's i had to climb the stairs to bring down the lift from a upper floor for my Disabled wife Maybe a little T.L.C needed.

Seaview was very nice and hotel very clean. Staff very pleasant.

The lift is so small I couldn't get my walker in. We had a family room with a double bed a single and a bunk bed, we are 3 adult women so one had to use the bunk bed and the mattress was awful bed springs all over sticking out so we used the other duvet to make it a bit more comfortable. The breakfasts were very basic and the first morning we waited 45 minutes to be served they could have brought a pot of tea while we waited.
