Location great and very clean and modern.

We didn't take the breakfast option, but there were no Tea or Coffee facilities unless you paid for a cup of tea.

I liked the digital do not disturb the mood lighting

Very good hotel for people looking for cost benefit. If you will just sleep and take a shower it is a very good place. Walking distance from the Royal Mile. About 10 minutes easy walk. Close to the Royal mile you will need to go uphill but not a bad one . Bathroom really clean. Beds Ok and room clean. Be aware that some rooms have no window so make sure you look at it when making the reservation. Rooms with windows are much better. I would definitely stay again as the cost and benefits overcome any disappointment you may have.

They clean the room and change towels every two days. For me it did not bother but for some people it might be a problem...Room is not too big and there was no wardrobe however they have place to hang clothes on the walls. This might bother some people but for me it was OK.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Edinburgh. The hotel was located exactly next to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, the venue of the conference I attended. The hotel is very modern, and although the room was small, it was very comfortable, the WiFi is excellent. I also liked the breakfast, coffee is very good, although I missed a bit of cheese and ham, but for people that like to eat fruits, yoghurt, muesli and cereals for breakfast, they'll find several options. Staff is very kind and friendly, and always supportive in anything we might need. For sure if I come back to Edinburgh, I'll stay in this hotel.

I missed a kettle and tee/coffee station in the room, I use to drink coffee or a hot beverage. This is the only thing I didn't like.

Staff were brilliant, so helpful, welcoming, friendly - made the place sing and would return because of that.

Some lights in my room weren't working and little snaggy things like soap dispensers not being full (hard to use).

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was always happy to help, nothing was wrong. Location of the hotel is really great. You have smart TV in your room with Chromecast and Youtube. Hotel offers really fast internet connection.

Comfort is limited, but it is a cheap hotel so you can expect that. Especially the size of the room surprised me negatively. No closet, nothing. Really just for sleeping. Breakfast was really basic but good. Especially the sweet and savoury pastries were delicious. Unfortunately the breakfast offer is so limited that on the third day we already went to the city for breakfast. Also I have to mention only one electric socket next to bed and none electric socket in bathroom.

Room itself was nice and comfortable after a long day walking around. Location is a little off the beaten path but still sufficiently close to everything. Staff was very pleasant whenever we came in and out. There's a little counter of drinks and snacks if you want something quick on the way or a nightcap in the lobby.

We stayed in a twin room and for some reason all of the outlets were all on one side of the room so one bed didn't have access to any outlets. Also be careful of the buses - they tend to take you to a street that looks like it leads to the hotel, but is under the bridge with no staircase to get up, so it's a bit of convoluted journey from the buses.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds, nice hot shower and fluffy towels. The room technology for lights, temp control , etc. were a challenge but easy to learn. Standard rooms very small with no place to open your luggage so had to use our beds. Hard for 2 people to move around. We upgraded to largest room on 4th floor which was awesome with a sofa looking out over the city. I highly recommend paying the extra money for these rooms. Best thing we did was pay 20 pounds to have a bag of laundry cleaned, returned the same day!

Rooms very clean, while staying for 4 nights the towels were changed once. Location very okay - about 10 minutes walk to the centre/castle. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The downside is that there is no socket in the bathroom to plug in a hairdryer or straightener or toothbrush. There is also no option for ‘European’ sockets in the room. Breakfast mostly sweet, unfortunately. I think the hotel should think about a subtle change in the breakfast offer towards more ‘salty’/traditional breakfast items.

Very close to tram station, bus stops, Edinburgh castle, city center and hay market(amazing place to visit if you are a Harry Potter Fan). Good breakfast selection especially if you are vegetarian. Was travelling with my parents we arrived an hr early and we were allowed to check-in without any hassle. Check-in is lot quicker in comparison to other properties I have visited. Staff(entire staff but especially Lydia, she helped with the checkin and any queries I had) is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for an amazing experience and stay!
