Most things here are great,nice hotel with great facilities

I was charged for the car park £10-00 even though I registered the car for my 1 night and was parked in a disabled bay as I am a blue bade holder bit dissapointed with that

Ideal location for our purpose, practically at the main gate of the Brands Hatch circuit (here for a bike Trackday). The receptionist was superb; efficient, friendly, accommodating and couldn't do enough, a real credit to this establishment, will return just based on this. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and again, did their best to rectify a food order gone wrong, without excuses which was appreciated. The head staff was simply fantastic, and again a credit to this hotel and so was the table runner/ waitress. The bar is always a pleasure to return to, as it is a mini-museum. The bedroom was spacious and quiet, shower is very good and toiletries are provided. The hotel has a sauna and steam room, changing rooms with lockers plus a swimming pool which are all well maintained.

Parts of this property are lacking maintenance. Our room had heavily stained carpets and sealant needs replacing in the bathroom, which are minor points compared to the rest. You pay £10 per vehicle to park here for the night. The food was poor in the restaurant, it was too basic and expensive, I would have expected better quality and fresh ingredients for the price.

We had a privilege room and it was really nice. Perfectly situated as we could see the track outside of our window. Food was good. It was quiet enough in the room but we were there for the superbikes so quite like the sound of bikes rumbling past.

Just a couple of things. Could do with a toilet brush in the bathroom. Also I see other reviews saying about the service etc. To be honest I think the staff did their best. I picked up that they kept having to run from bar to restaurant etc back and forth. The hotel could do with employing more staff, it's not the existing staffs problem they tried their best I feel.

Room was great although would have preferred to have been told about the room change before it happened as I had checked when booking in if I would need to move. Also no facility for invoicing as storm had knocked out the computers - still waiting for this to be emailed on to me. Breakfast was fine but couldnt book in for dinner as you were fully booked.

Additional parking charges - this should be covered in the cost.

Literally at brands hatch race circuit so if you're there for an event like I was then you have about a 2 minute walk. Restaurant / sports bar open in the evening. Food was OK. Not stunning but not bad at all. Pool table and tv's in there. Room was great. Massive. I think they may have given me the better bigger room but it's available as a £15 upgrade. Really comfy bed and nice shower. Don't know about the spa as I didn't use.

There is a charge for the car park but it means your car is watched and safe. I was not actually charged anything so I'm not quite sure how it works but it's a tenner a night.

Charging for parking is an outrage!! The TV signal was annoyingly intermitent.

Goof facilities, staff was very helpful, comfortable beds, well heated and well-sized rooms

The fact that it had a indoor swimming pool and there was a sofa bed ready made for our toddler. Bathroom was a good size for family of 3 and plenty of room in the shower for me to bathe my toddler after dip in pool. I was relieved to see it was a walk in shower and no tub. The walk in made it easier to bathe my toddler. Staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we walked in, it defo made us want to rebook another visit in the future. Spa facilities weren’t luxurious but you pay for what you get, it’s a cheap break. And the swimming pool was just the right size/depth for families with small children. The swimming pool was the main reason I wanted to stay here.

No AC. It was a very warm night and we didn’t want to sleep with window open because it was right next to our toddlers bed. So it got very warm and we were gutted there was no AC. We didn’t notice the fan in closet till the morning after.

Very comfortable. Lovely staff.

Lots of little bugs on the floor in pool area. Pool had very strong smell of chlorine.
