The Room was Very clean - it all felt very new. The beds were comfy with a choice of pillows. The shower drained well!!! Plenty of room. Air Conditioning and a good sized flat screen tv. The manager even phoned in advance to make sure he was catering for our plant based food requirements!

There was some outside noise (Music?) from a nearby pub (I think) that was going on, on the Friday night (but it was very low noise and I think we left the window open - so our mistake, to be fair). Everything was fine on the Saturday night (we did shut the window - not sure why it was open as the room had great air conditioning!!!)

Very Clean, smart ,disabled shower perfect for my partner who has mobility problems .Most hotels say they have disabled rooms but don't have the proper equipment and the lower bath you step into is not suitable at all.Well done Holiday Inn . Lifts were excellent ,quick and lower ground perfect for the carpark.

Could have done with more milk for Beveridges.We always take our own coffee ,tea ,sugar. Only three milk capsules a day .!! I'm sure if we had asked we would have been issued more .We really don't like asking as no doubt we would have had to ask three days running.. As we plan to stay for another three nights in eight to ten weeks time .We will see if the daily allowance has been increased.

As a result of the hotel being at full capacity I was afforded the honour of using the “accessible room” I can only say that it seemed to me to provide everything that a disabled person would need. Although I am not visibly disabled, I could still appreciate the obvious fact that a wheelchair could get through the door and around the bathroom/bedroom with plenty of space. The bathroom in fact is a wet room and there is a seat provided in the shower which has a drench and a manual held shower. It was a little disconcerting having no lid on the toilet, but a small adjustment for me. There are two sinks in the wet room at a low level to accommodate a wheelchair user. There is a connecting door which I assume is for separate sleeping arrangements for a carer. There are also red Emergency pull-tags in the bedroom by the side of the bed and in the bathroom. I sleep with the window open, must have fresh air… But even though the room is at the front of the building opposite a pub, it wasn’t overly noisy with traffic passing, and I had a good night sleep. By the way, they even provide firm and soft pillows for you to make your own choice. All in all the room was absolutely wonderful. And the breakfast? As always, the staff, Chelsea and Raizza, were helpful and friendly. As always, Wadi and Zara answered any questions I had, and as always, my stay was delightful. And ….. What a marvellous hotel, which listens to quests’ comments… My thoughts on the cutlery holders were immediately implemented, and I was happy if not a little surprised to see, they had put the handles facing upwards to prevent contamination of the business end of the forks and knives - bravo HIE !

Although not a criticism of the hotel itself It’s worth noting that access to the carpark isn’t easy to spot It’s merely an alleyway the width of a car - almost hidden between the Gurkha restaurant and the hotel itself which is slightly set back from the pavement (showing purple lighting) If you find the Prince Arthur pub…the HIE is directly opposite (and right beside it … the access way) There is of course another way into the carpark accessed by driving in a square line around to the rear of HIE

The location of the hotel is great. Around 10 minuets drive from the M3 Motorway. Situated in the middle of town, with access to all local amenities within a stones throw. The room was bright, comfortable and inviting. There were more power sockets than I have seen in any other hotel room, so you can run/charge everything you need to at the same time. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely, with everything we needed. There is a carpark below the hotel so you can access your car by using the lift and staying undercover. You are 1 mile from the railway station, 5 mins taxi ride. Less than an hours travel from London, we will certainly be using this hotel again.

Location is fantastic - right in the centre of town. We stayed on a bank holiday Monday so was not noisy but a Friday and Saturday night might be a little different. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - could not do more to make our stay welcome and enjoyable. Rooms were clean, fresh and had a very new feeling. Everything was geared to the best possible customer experience including proper blackout curtains, a wide shower with options of 2 shower heads, a big mirror with plug sockets right next to it, hairdryer, iron and board in the room neatly tucked away and comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of hot and cold options and surprisingly good coffee - I was not expecting that so thank you so much! Yorkshire tea sachets in the room was a delight after having diabolical Typhoo tea in Travelodge accommodation!

Only minor issue was something that sounded like refurbishments happening in the floor about that infrequently sounded during the evening and night but not very loud.

The hotel was immaculately clean and I was surprised that it had been open six months. Everything looked brand new from the carpets, bathroom and even the cutlery. The cleaners must work very hard. There was always a smile from the staff and helpful recommendations about the local restaurants. The hotel was perfectly situated on the Main Street with parking at the rear of the building with an access door for guests unloading vehicles. The manager, Robert was friendly yet professional with an overall perfect hotel.

The building was exceptionally clean, stylish, spacious and comfortable. Room was clean and well stocked with towels etc. Appreciated the heating facilities. Bit of difficulty using TV but all okay. Free wifi which was very quick. Lots of plug sockets and lighting options. Shower was simple to use and got hot immediately, good pressure and maintained temperature. Such a comfy and welcoming bed. Hotel quiet overall. Staff were also so friendly and accommodating. Haven’t had a better experience in a hotel thus far!

Muffins and croissants at breakfast were a little stale and the milk from the coffee machine tasted like it was starting to sour but otherwise no issues, rest of the breakfast was lovely.

All good and the hotel is very new and in great condition. This is a great location for Farnborough and the surrounding area, and Fleet has a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

My only gripe is that housekeeping changed the towels each day, which did not follow the notice in the bathroom. I don't need fresh towels each day and it is a waste of resources. But most hotels still do this even if you leave the towels hung up in accordance with the guidance.

Lovely room, very clean and modern. Super shower. Central location.

Getting ev charger to work was a faff, but we managed it with help from staff. Car park terms were draconian if you made a typo at check-in, and poorly sign-posted for access (best to come in the back, not the very narrow alley from the front). Restaurants in Fleet are a bit of a challenge. Just eat/drink at the 'Spoons opposite hotel.

Friendliness of the staff , helping to find the perfect room for my situation feeling closed in when I am not able to open the window much ,as the windows are safe and security wise protected and when I am noise sensitive, staff at check in and check out very friendly and professional Great parking

The breakfast room was tiny and in the middle of the lobby , but breakfast was very good, so all well in the end
