I stayed for 3 nights and loved every second. This was my first time traveling solo, and this hostel was absolutely perfect for me. The location is amazing, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything tidy. What I loved the most, however, was the staff! They are such wonderful people and, in my experience, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible even when I didn’t have any plans. They organize daily walking tours, family dinners, indoor games, and night outings. They genuinely make an effort to ensure everyone is having a great time. For me, it was definitely worth the money. Special shoutout to Squid and all the other team members!

the bathrooms are a little too small

Onefam Hostel in London is an incredibly cosy place. It’s perfect for solo travellers looking to make great friends. I had the opportunity to visit twice, and each time, I was treated exceptionally well. "Onefam" truly feels like a big family. If you're staying at this hostel, your days in London will be filled with happiness and lots of laughter. It’s a magical place. However, there’s one thing you should know... no matter how many days you stay, you’ll never want to leave. Thank you, Onefam (and the wonderful team), for giving me two perfect stays.

A great location, great facilities, free veggie dinner every night, and a walking tour during the day, plus a drinking game/night out every evening! I was solo traveling through Europe for a month, and Onefam Waterloo was definitely one of the highlights of my stay in England. I loved the adventurers I got to meet and the memories we made together during my time at the hostel. And of course, a big shout-out to the lovely staff members at Onefam Waterloo: Hector🇲🇽, Elize🇦🇺, Neus🇪🇸, Reilly🌎, Justin🇦🇺, and Shanice🌎. Thank you so much for being welcoming, reliable, and so much fun! I will cherish the time spent with you all for a long time. You guys are exceptional, and I truly wish your experiences at Onefam lead you to where you want to be in the future.

That I could not stay longer!!

Third time's the charm, they say, and it couldn't be truer for my stay here. Once again, this place has exceeded my expectations. The familiar comfort feels like a second home now, and the staff continue to amaze me with their genuine warmth and attentiveness. Every single one of them, from the front desk to housekeeping, deserves a shout-out for their exceptional service. It's the little things that make a big difference, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The rooms remain impeccably clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is simply inviting. Of course, I can't forget to mention the wonderful people I've met during my stay – it's always a pleasure to connect with fellow travelers in such a welcoming environment. I can't wait to return for a fourth time!

Returning for a fourth time felt like coming home to a beloved family. The warmth and familiarity of this place never cease to amaze me, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests, and their dedication to providing a welcoming atmosphere is evident in every interaction. The rooms, as always, are immaculate and comfortable, and the overall ambiance fosters a sense of community and belonging. I'm already counting down the days until my fifth visit!

Would have liked curtains for the bed

I had a great stay at Onefam Waterloo Hostel! When I first walked in, my name was on a welcome board and Jo at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. They offered to put my bags in storage before check-in so I could go into the city without lugging them around. The rooms were nice and had a storage locker in them. Everyone that stayed and worked at the hostel were so friendly and respectful to each other. The hostel also offered free dinner, guided day activities, and a group to go out at night with! It was very clean, very fun, and had a certain sense of community about it. I would recommend Onefam Waterloo to anyone visiting London!

I love staying at OneFam Waterloo! This was my fifth visit, and it truly feels like a second home. The staff are amazing; they create such a welcoming atmosphere and go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. In my last review, I forgot to mention a few special staff members. Dan is such a kind and humble person, and he's great with both the guests and the other staff members. Marta, the manager, is also incredibly kind and makes sure everyone has a fantastic stay. She has such positive energy! Tori is full of energy too, always active and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Monica is a wonderful person with a truly kind heart, and she's always ready to help. Gabi is fantastic as well – she's friendly, focused, and always has a smile on her face. Then there's Tony, the quiet but happy and kind guy. And Elize, who is such a lovely person, I can't praise her enough. I also met a wonderful couple from New Zealand and Canada who were so welcoming. Even the newer staff members are doing a great job. And I can't forget Shanice! She's amazing and so kind. Shanice, I owe you a drink – let's sort that out next time we're at the pub! This hostel has my heart, and I will definitely be back again and again!
