Location was amazing, easy to walk or ride fast all the popular places of city, we really enjoyed our stay, bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower clean and fresh, in kitchen there was everything you would need, although room was not big and I would like it to have more light, all in all it is cozy hotel in the best part of London!
It was cold temperature in the room on the day we arrived, I suggest to turn on heat before guest arrival, because it really took time for us to feel warm in the room, after a long trip it would be nice to come and feel comfortable to take off your coat and shoes in the hotel room. But it wasn’t disaster, after it got warmer, we really enjoyed our stay.

The shower was the best I’ve ever used anywhere. Easy to operate and plenty of hot water. The pillows and bed was super comfy. Joshua the facilities manager was extremely helpful and the cleaning staff were so attentive. The hairdryer in the room was broken so I used the screen on the tablet downstairs to inform reception. It was replaced in no time at all.
It was a little lacking on kitchen utensils and would have been nice to have a one ring hob asan extra option to the microwave. Also beware if you are short ( I am 5ft 1” ) as I was unable to reach the top shelves to access the plates and it was even difficult to wash up as it is designed for taller people. 😂

I have stayed here a handful of times and as always the room was clean amd tidy. I noticed since my last stay an additional door has been fitted between the entrance and the kitchen area, presumably to minimise the noise from Waterloo station. The hotel overlooks the tracks, while the noise has never bothered me much the door definitely keeps the noise out especially the early morning ones! The hotel is in a great location and several transport routes near by and bars and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the option to make your own food with a fully equipped kitchen area, its well stocked with everything you’d need to make a meal, crockery & cutlery, fridge freezer and a mini dishwasher. Tea and coffee and cleaning products if required. I have also had food delivered and collected from the main entrance. There is a key code access to the rooms and another key code for each room. Lift onsite too. The bar downstairs is lovely, staff really friendly and food looks delicious although havnt eaten here myself (yet!). One of my favourite places to stay when in London. Check in can be done online and via this app the hotel have always been quick to respond to any qestions and queries.
My last stay the black out blind did now close, It is controlled via an electric panel but for some reason did not work. I pulled the window coverings closed although these are not black out but a minor issue for me apart from this issue I have never had any issues on previous stays

The property is a hidden gem, it’s not like the super hotels you see such as the Marriott, Hilton’s, hyatts but that would be an unfair comparison. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was helpful, courteous yet very helpful. Sorting out nuances and making allowances for my arrival. Providing they don’t rise prices this will potentially be my place of choice moving forward. Saving me about 100. The location is acceptable, the only reason it hasn’t got perfect marks is due to the price point not being a bit less and the full experience not being digital. However that doesn’t discount that it’s a good option
Price point negates negatives

Rooms where lovely and modern, great location and a co-op over the road so was great to get drinks and snacks to keep in the fridge, theirs also cooking facilities which we didn’t use but would be great if you where staying longer
The trains going past are very loud when your trying to sleep, their was a very loud announcement which kept going of I’m guessing in Waterloo station until at least 2am, it was so loud and kept going off, the room was also very cold I think the duvets need to be changed to a winter one now as it took a really long time to warm up.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Good size studio for one or couple. Location was central and easy to commute from to other neighborhoods. Easy check in and check out.
As some others have mentioned, you can hear the trains. I managed that noise and slept well most nights there. Expect some lively noise from wine bar. I would suggest having a dust pan available as I spilled a powder in the bathroom and had a hard time disposing of it.

Stowaway was lovely! The bed was super comfy and very big, the location was unbeatable, I would highly recommend this spot for anyone staying in London. The facilities were also clearly newly renovated, great shower and small kitchen area. Very smartly designed for the small space. I was concerned about reviews that mentioned the sounds from the train station, but it didn't bother us at all while sleeping.
The reception is closed until 4pm which was a bit frustrating when we arrived early. There wasn't anyone at the actual property to help resolve issues, but thankfully they were responsive to calls. Otherwise great stay overall.

Great little space for an overnight, close to all amenities with a Co Op over the road and a short walk to Waterloo and into the city. Comfy bed, plenty of kitchen stuff if you don’t fancy eating out, lovely hot shower.
For some reason the air con had been turned to 32 degrees and a fan heater left on, plus the towel rail turned up to max. So really glad we checked in before going out as it took the air con hours to cool the room to a bearable level. Generally really clean though one of the towels was definitely not clean. Also, there is a lot of noise from the trains, street and other guests. Take some earplugs and you’ll be all set.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, handy to have, kitchenette. There are no staff on site all digital, but they responded quickly to emails and were helpful. Great location
The restaurant downstairs had a party and was very noisy. However, it did end early. It is not a problem when it is a leisure trip, but I was on business.so u might need to take that into consideration. Next to station so be prepared for trains noise not a problem for me but might be for others There are no staff on site all digital, so don't forget to take your door codes when going out. Write them down in case the phones battery runs out.

For a small room it did not feel cramped at all. The bed was so big you could fit 3-4 people in it. It was clean throughout and had a lot of facilities such as a dishwasher, kitchenette, microwave, USB ports, etc. The place itself is unmanned and the communication (pre-written messages) from the company was outstanding, giving is the codes to access the building and our room in advance of our arrival. The building is a 5-10 minute walk to the London and even underground stations.
You could not open the windows even a little bit, this led to the fire alarm waking us one morning as one of our neighbours were cooking. Another downside is the proximity to the railway line as you could hear the breaks of the train screeching every so often.
