The breakfast was very good. There was everything. The staff gave excellent service. The location is good. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. Some buses are very close and some are less. All in all, you can manage

don't know what the linen change policy is, but we came for five days and on the fourth day I asked at the reception if it was possible to change them for us because they didn't change them at all. The clerk said he would take care of it. When we came back in the evening they still hadn't changed them. I called the reception and only then did they send someone to change them. It seems strange to me that five days is not acceptable to change. Apart from that, the cleanliness is reasonable.

The hotel is in an easily found location near Southwark station, bus stops, and London Eye. We love the coffee machine in our hotel room.

When we checked in and paid for our stay, the receptionist did not give us any receipt, which was, at first, totally fine. But then, when we went back to the hotel from dinner, they told us that we had not paid yet and so we were not allowed to get into our room. We were really gross about it! The price was not cheap at all, and we do not want to experience such! It took us quite a long time to sort this thing out. Also, they gave us 2 keys, but only one of them worked, "You have not paid your night", they said. I would consider this as "racism" and "rude", if you don't mind, talking to us in that way and trying to get us into trouble.

H10, was great location from Waterloo tube station. Comfortable beds, and clean rooms, rooms also had Nespresso machines if you're into your coffee. Awesome view from Skybar.

The price through Booking.com was dramatically higher than directly through the hotel which I found out later when my friend booked direct. I paid around 340 ish with no amendments, or cancellations, room only no breakfast. My friend booked through the hotel for bed and breakfast, got a free cocktail for her and her partner on arrival and discounted stays off H10 hotels in the future. She paid around £240. Both stays we're for 2 nights Fri check in.

The service as soon as I arrived was exceptional, I arrived too early to check in for my room, but I requested to leave my bags there and go for a walk around the area until my room was ready. Nothing was a hassle, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The welcome drink was a lovely touch. The room itself was on the 12th floor so the views were amazing, very comfortable bed and the room was very clean. I also really enjoyed the drinks from the rooftop bar, a great way to soak in the views and relax. I will definitely be staying here again on my future visits to London.

On arrival we were told we didn’t have a key card to our room, so we didn’t have any electric, I had to ask the cleaner for a universal card. Reception handed us our cards on the way out to our concert. This morning I boiled the kettle and the electric cut out again !!! this was at 7:50 no one was available until 8:30, although when maintenance arrived he was very helpful we were not best amused as we we were greeted at reception on our departure by the staff they kindly asked us “how was our stay” to which my friend replied we had no electric most of our stay, the response was of nothing but a blank stare, we felt uncomfortable. Although we were happy with accommodation we were not happy with the electric and staff

Traveled for business. Most of my meetings were in the Waterloo area so I was able to walk which is why I stayed at this property. Close to many restaurants and attractions. The bed was exceptionally comfortable- very soft if you like a softer bed- I thought it was great and slept very well.

There really wasn't anything wrong with my accommodations, location or stay. It is about a 4 block walk to Waterloo station and if you have a suitcase to drag, that could be a bit of bother but not terrible if your suitcase has wheels.

Checked in on Sunday Aug 30. 2 gentlemen helped with check, they were so kind. They saw my daughter wasn’t feeling well and got us into a room asap even tho we were there early. They said they cud see my daughter needs to lay down. They even proceeded to tell me where the closest pharmacy was in case I was looking. Both gentlemen were kind and treated us like 5 stars. Wud definitely stay there again.. room was beautiful and clean and a good size!

Location

Bathroom shower was a hazard. Step in bath with partial glass door and no hand grips to enter or exit. Arrived and given a double bed. I requested twins. Asked to move out next morning as no available twins that night. Repacked to get room changed to twins the next day. New room did not have the nespresso machine, opening windows, nor a hairdryer. Paid for the first room upon arrival. When asked about nespresso told it was only for deluxe rooms. Asked about adjustment to payment as twin road not deluxe was later told all rooms the same.

The staff were very friendly and though for some English wasn't their mother tongue they were very accommodating and helpful, going through all the details for every customer as we waited to check-in. Rooms were spacious enough and the mini-bar had a nice variety of items to drink and eat, made use of the daily top ups.

The only complaint I would have is that although the rooms are mostly sound proofed, the doors have small holes near the seals which means we could hear others when they approached or were stationed next to our room. Talking in the halls was quite loud.

Staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. We were offered a complimentary drink (a glass of fizz was a lovely guesture after a long day!). The hotel was exceptinally clean. Service was great. Food and drinks were of good quality and incredibly reasonably priced.

I am being very picky but the only downside was that the room was a little small and my colleagues TV didnt work. Neither were a problem for a one night stay.
