An Unforgettable Stay with the Kindest Team! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tune hotel for two days, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! From the moment we arrived, the reception team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had some issues with our luggage, but they were incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. The staff at the reception truly made a difference, making sure we had everything we needed, and their warm smiles and helpfulness turned what could have been a stressful experience into a truly enjoyable one. I’m so grateful for their assistance—it felt like they genuinely cared about us, not just as guests but as people. Thank you, Tune hotel, for having such an amazing team. You made our stay memorable, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a personal touch. There was a lot of noise from sort of extractor fan outside my room

The location is excellent. The hotel is good, with spacious rooms. Rooms with windows are also bright. The nearby Greggs is very convenient.

I didn't like that you can't open the windows, so there's no fresh air. The air conditioner works, but I noticed it's very dirty. There's also a slight sewage smell in the bathroom. However, these are minor issues because opening the windows, which are very large, might raise safety concerns. Still, I would prefer a room with windows that can be opened. I was also very surprised by the tiny toiletries, such as the shower gel and the very small piece of soap.

The Hotel was basic, no facilities, you get a good sleep in a good place. The room was enough for 2 adults, no carpet, so you need to bring your own slippers, toilet had toiletries and towels. Staff were friendly and ready to help. The location is the best thing about the Hotel. Everything is walking distance, shopping, the Dock, restaurants and buses. Good for short stay.

I was not aware of the cleaning service role. It happens every 3 days, so you will not get toiletries, fresh towels, and bedsheets changed before your third day. This needs to be clarified in the description section. The room doesn't have cattle, you need to go to the main reception to get coffee or tea (not free), but they give free hot water in a cup.

It Was my First time to stay at the TUNE HOTEL & I found the staff exceptionally friendly . They could not have done more to welcome me there. & Although we only live on the Wirral, we do stay in a Liverpool Hotel from time to time. Compared to Several hotels there. I found " The Tune Hotel, the most welcoming of them all. At our next event in Liverpool, we will be staying ONCE AGAIN at The TUNE Hotel. Thank you All there at The TUNE Hotel. There was NOTHING.... We didn't like... Truthfully & Honestly .😀

I am a regular guest at the Tune Liverpool. The staff are helpful and polite, especially the lovely lady with an American-ish accent. So friendly, helpful & polite. The room was the perfect size for me & a friend. Bed was very comfortable and linen was immaculate. The room overall was very clean with the exception of a dusty TV. My only negative would be the Air Conditioning. Its pretty pointless and being in a room without a window it was extremely hot. I may not of been using it correctly though! And for the price I paid, I cant really say its a complaint. I just wish the rooms were cooler. Bathroom was immaculate and showers very good. Drinks at reception are really well priced. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage for the whole day when we checked out as we was not heading home right away, just for 2 pounds each! They also allowed me to check out late, at 12pm, free of charge! The staff seemed happy to do so and I was not made to feel like i was being an inconvenience. I LOVE the Tune and will continue to use this hotel on my regular visits to the beautiful city that is Liverpool. Thank you for another wonderful stay 🥰

Air conditioning was not brilliant.

+ The Tune Hotel is in an amazing location situated between the docks (a 10 – 20 minute walk), shopping district (less than 5 minutes), and Lime Street train station (15 minutes). + The room was far more spacious than I was expecting, with lots of room for luggage etc. + I also really appreciated that my room had a wide array of hooks available for hanging things; I'm not sure I've ever seen a hotel room with so much hanging space, which was great. + Likewise, I was impressed by the amount of shelving in the bathroom, which is really helpful (but never guaranteed) when you're travelling! + Plentiful hot water in the bathroom + Good wifi signal in the room + Power outlets located conveniently by the bed + Staff were always friendly and helpful

- TV reception was really poor; every channel was fritzing and cutting out, to the point that it was nearly unwatchable. - I couldn't get the heating to turn on :( - For me, the bed / pillows weren't the most comfortable - No kettle in the room, so no nightly tea ritual :( - My room was located at the end of a *very* confusing and poorly-signposted path: out the elevator, down the hall, into a little alcove with steps leading up to the next level, then into a hallway where I had to go up AND down another set of steps, through a great wood-panelled hall that didn't look like part of a hotel at all, and finally into another hallway branch (signposted as "Hotel B") with more rooms, where I finally located mine. Not the most fun route for dragging a heavy set of luggage!

We stayed for 1 night, and we were in the perfect location for what we wanted. We were going to a gig at the pier head, which was at the bottom of the road, and went out round mathew Street afterwards, which was a 5 minute walk. The following day we went shopping which again was only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping area. Definitely recommend staying here. I really like the idea of having ironing rooms on each floor so you didn't have to call reception for an iron. The room was clean and spacious couldn't ask for much more from what we paid for the room.

It was like a maze trying to find our room, especially after a few drinks on the night time. But very well signposted

While the hotel boasts a prime location and exceptional service, there are areas for improvement that detract from the overall experience. During my stay, I noticed a lack of deep cleaning in the accommodations, which was disappointing. Additionally, it was frustrating to encounter stuffed drains on multiple occasions.
